First night I ordered it was excellent. Tonight it was the opposite. Ordered beyond orange chicken. Didn't get it instead chicken that was hard as a rock. Horrible. Will never order again!!!!

I'm definitely giving it 2 stars, hoping they'll improve. I've eaten at other Panda Express locations, and both the flavor and portion sizes are in line with the price. Here, I felt like they were using every grain of rice out of the employees' wages. They served very little, and the protein portion, even though I was charged for a plate with 2 appetizers and 1 side (which was really small), didn't even reach 8 oz per portion, including vegetables. Please review the comments and correct this, because if it continues like this, I predict you won't be back for long. It's unfortunate that you're in Doral, and even the employees who speak Spanish try to speak to you in English, which is barely understandable. At least for now, I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it at all. There are better food options nearby in this area.

Very bad experience. Bad service, terrible treatment with customers. They seem to hate working there. One of the employees, I think the manager, my wife told him to please have the drink (juice) without ice since he was coming out of a virus and she served him up to half the glass. Without ice it is served like this hahaha it's not worth the insult. They didn't even think they were giving away the drink... The lady in question was super rude.

All Panda’s are the same. This is no exception. Its 8pm now and they practically don’t have 60% of their menu items. They have just cleaned their pots and pan. Time and again this has been raised to Panda Express HQ , but they too seem to not care. Guess 1 page newspaper ad will draw their attention.

Bland food. The fried rice had zero flavour and was not fresh.. The chicken/mushroom was cold. The steak entree was ok at best. The spring rolls were disgusting.. You could tell they were frozen type that were reheated. Ive had better food at shopping mall food courts. The coup d grace was the fortune cookie with nothing written on it. Avoid this place.

We come for lunch to this plaza because is what’s closest to our job, when we go to lunch is to have a good time, you can’t have that here as the staff is very rude. Both the girls serving up front treat you as if you are trash. Mean faces and mean attitude. Won’t come here again. On top of that, I asked for Brocoli and Stake and paid extra for it….this is what they freaking gave me.

After reading several comments, I noticed that the issue of tiny portions is widespread. I've visited both Panda locations in Doral in recent weeks, and the portions at both restaurants are tiny. The employee places rice grain by grain as if counting them, even if you pay extra. Oh! And hair in the food, too. Absolutely disgusting.

Kung Pao Chicken had 1 pc of chicken and spoonful of peanuts. Charged extra for beef I didn't order. Took food home and cookie was not included in kids meal. Cashier lady continue to punch imaginary items on the bill. And the sad thing is that it wasn't busy at all. One person in front and one person behind me.

After reading all these reviews it’s so sad to see that since they opened this location it’s been the same and nothings changed. Went in 2 weeks ago 40 minutes before closing and they had about 5 cups of rice and 10 poor pieces of orange chicken. Decided to try again and went last night, A WHOLE HOUR before closing and they also didn’t have any food left. The food I did receive was undercooked and disgusting. My orange chicken was pink inside and my husbands chicken teriyaki was filled with fat pieces and no sauce. Terrible.

The girl’s answer to me requesting more was “that’s enough for one order”. I just walked out since I was ordering for my whole family.
