I love Pie Five and the one in my city didn't make it and closed. On a road trip I got to visit this location. The staff was nice and the guy making my pizza has a great memory. He had me list my toppings, and I got at least 10, and he remembered!!! I tried their new stuffed crust pizza today. It was good. It was thin, but soft. The cheese is listed as parmesan but has the same melty pull as mozzarella, but the nice sharp flavor bite of parmesan. I'd get it again. Overall, this was a good experience, with good customized pizza.

My very first time here and I gotta say the food taste great the pizza is exactly what I thought it would be I definitely recommend this place looking to try something different I really loved the quality of the taste and in the service I will definitely be back

Great pizza, but the place was a bit unclean when we visited. As non busy as the place was, someone could've been cleaning. However, the pizza was fantastic as always. Always a good selecti of cheeses, toppings, and sauce. And the service was good as well.

Wife takes the grand kids there and they like it. I see why, individual personal size pizzas made to order . So we were in the neighborhood and were looking for deep dish but couldn't find a place. Not really a traditional pizza joint, more of a fast food version. Let me say this, the young lady who took our order looked and acted like she absolutely hated her job, the customers, and life. She gave us a "if looks could kill" glare, didn't answer our questions, I have never experienced such a bad customer service interaction. Made us feel unwelcome but we went ahead and placed our orders. The young man and black young lady that were also working were great and friendly. We ordered four different pizzas with 3 different crusts. We liked the Gaucho Steak and High Five meat with Panzano crust and parmazon stuffed crust best. Thin crust not-so-much. Overall more of a kids place or someone not wanting to much. Fast service, decent prices. Hope the girl that has so much hate or personal problems gets help.

I ordered a personal pizza and when I went to eat it it was not even cooked. Floppy, soggy, my fingers could go right through it. Then to top it off I bit into it and bit into something rock hard that almost broke my tooth. Definitely won’t be back. For an already overpriced pizza this was without a doubt the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had.

Found out why there are no sizes on the menu. Tiny kids size pizza, soggy microwave pizza. Don't bother with this $15 pizza!!

Placed on line order with a tip for pick up. Drive to store 32 mins later when pick up time confirmed. 2 employees look at one another and said we haven't even started making them yet. So now, I have to sit and wait another 10 mins for pizzas. Only 5 customers in store, so they were not slammed. No offer for discount on delayed pizza a free dessert on them. Pretty bad customer service.

Went at 11:15 right after they opened. On 10/31/2025. The only person seen in the store was a bald man with a longer beard. After eating a piece of my pizza I found a piece of hair under the cheese. I reported this and showed the hair to the man in the store. He offered to make me a Togo pizza but no other solution to this problem. Will never return to this store. He should have had a beard cover on or trim his beard much shorter.

Disclaimer, never been or order from this establishment. Figured i give them a try. Ordered on the doordash app. I was little skeptical at first as they didnt offer any size for their pizzas. Figured they just had one size that was a normal descent for the price they charge, average is about 15.00 a pizza. I was HIGHLY disappointed when picking up my order and was handed the kids size small box! Pizzas are pathetic small!!! OVERPRICED!!!!! Do your self a favor and order a pizza else where, unless you like overpriced small pizzas that taste mediocre

I ordered through the Pi 5 mobile app and had a very frustrating experience. My pizza wasn’t ready until more than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. When it was finally done, they informed me—only then—that they were out of the key ingredient that defines the pizza I ordered. At that point, I no longer wanted it and asked for a refund. It took them another five minutes just to figure out how to process the refund, and they couldn’t even provide a receipt or any confirmation that it had been issued. The entire experience was disorganized and disappointing. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I got my order via uber eats and they didn’t even give me the food I ordered. Then they wouldn’t answer the phone to correct it. I don’t know who order I received: this is very poor service. The uber delivery person said he tried to tell them and they wouldn’t give the correct food. Below is what I got verses what I ordered.

Disgusting. Burnt pizza. Subpar cleanliness. Numerous restaurant SOP violations. CEO Brandon Solano would be sickened. This restaurant would not pass restaurant inspection standards in any state. I didn't receive a pizza. They claimed they didn't know how to process a refund. I have contested the charge on my credit card and contacted the DSHS with photos and videos.

We walked in around 635pm and saw almost every single chair up on the tables. The young lady who took our order did not greet us or ask what we would like, we just got a blank stare. Staff is unrecognizable from the paying patrons, no name tags, no shirts, just random assortment of graphic tees. We went to find a table and started pulling chairs down (as there was no other visible option for seating), and we were promptly told by one of the workers (again had no idea if he was a worker or not) that the table we were trying to use was closed for the night. (Picture around 650 for reference) Now on to the pizza. This is a low budget Mod Pizza and the same price while getting less pizza. There is no reason the pizza should be as flimsy as a New York style pizza when it is (at best) a 10” pizza. When we left at 705, we were the only table with chairs down. The young worker quickly came by and put the chairs up so no one could eat in the restaurant the rest of the evening. Overall, not worth it. Mod Pizza just down Stacy has better options and their customer service is much better. Only reason we tried this place was because of a coupon. Thankfully we didn’t spend full price for the two of us.

Stingiest topping quantities I’ve seen yet. Would think we are in a famine, not a pandemic. Makes fast food competitors like Dominos and Pizza Hut seem like a 5-star restaurant.
