The fries were cold, the server in the drive thru was polite, but whoever was managing the fryer for the fries failed!

Kiosks don't work properly or offer an option for a cash payment. The workers are basically teenagers who weren't trained properly and will walk away from the counter at the drop of a hat.

Kiosks don't work properly and refuse to give a cash option! Workers shrugged and said they can't help! App and kiosks wouldn't recognize my points or crowns amount, so I couldn't use them. Workers didn't care, said sorry and walked away. The kiosks don't offer the same choices as the app, like extra dipping sauces with an order that's supposed to get two! Y'all wanna be paid, but don't care to actually work and do proper customer service!!!!

Just ordered DoorDash this morning! They got my entire order wrong! Asked for sweet tea and was given lemonade ! And asked for no pickles on the burger! WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE !!!! Hire a new opening crew that Knows what there doing!!!!!!!!! 10-04-25 8:30am DOOR DASH ONLY GAVE ME A RETURN OF 2$ when they messed up my entire order

I went inside to order some food. The kid at the counter got frustrated through my receipt at me.I talk to the manager about it. She didn’t even say nothing to the kid. He should’ve been automatically terminated.

This was a horrible experience. We were treated as if we weren't even spending money while we spent over 20$ . The customer service was so unprofessional and the fact is the food was thrown together. The people before us who ordered more than us by the way got their food first. I will never return to this location. It's sad 😢 really because the smell outside is actually what brought us in. But customer service and friendliness is what matters and they have none 💯 Plus they didn't even try to sell the cup I bought. Just an all around upsetting experience.

Went through the drive thru 11/26/24 last night there was a younger looking woman she forgot 2 of the things I ordered, she wasn’t even packing anything she was just talking with the lady that was packing, and watching her, and I’ve worked at BK before I know their duties. The only thing she did was get my drink. They take way too long to get cars out of the drive thru. I got out the drive thru checked my bags and was missing 2 items, I go around again, tell them in the speaker, and she only gives me 1 of the items, then I tell her again it’s 2 items. They had lots of cars and this woman was just standing there…

Trash service. Tables are always dirty!!!! Ladies serving food have THE WORST ATTITUDES! FRIES WERE DAMM NEAR EMPTY !!! I need a refund ! Your staff at this location is rude and can't even make burgers correctly ! I understand things will get backed up and or happen but doesn't give them the right to talk to customers in such rude way!!!!!!!! And out of spite they gave me a quarter filled fries !! With how expensive food is now days I expect my food fresh and full at least get what one paid for !!!

Rude employees, cold, dry burgers, old fries, soggy onion rings, and getting a drive through order at 9 pm when it is supposed to stay open until 12 almost impossible. The only thing that didn't suck was the root beer and strawberry shake.

I ordered double cheese, they charged me for it but no double cheese so I drove all the way back only to get attitude and a funky looking burger.i got the picture to prove it but corporate won't even get back to me. I'm done with BK.
