The price has gotten crazy, I left paying $36 for an adult and a 4&5 yr old to eat, 1 donut each, 6 pk of kolaches, and an iced coffee and 2 chocolate milks! I don't eat this kind of breakfast much but when my kids were in school we used to pay $1-1.25 for a kolaches I get inflation but wow! For the price you can get bacon and eggs at a restaurant! But my grands enjoyed it!

Ordered trough app ahead of time, arrived at 8:07 when app est 8:02. Waited 5 mi. In pick up window line and was told order not ready and go inside or drive around again. 30 degrees f outside had my son who wanted to be able to open window to grab order himself. Went around waited 7min and picked up. Not understanding why I had to do all this when others order at window and they get it ready right there for them. I had only 2 items donut holes and kolache.

Asked to pick my own donuts twice and whether it was a language barrier or stubborness I ended up paying $30 for donuts I did not want and the manager was less than helpful.....edited to reflect what happen when I got home. Took a bite of a kolache to discover a hair!! It did not suprise me as the manager and staff were eating in the kitchen area. This place is gross and not helpful. I will be avoiding the chain.

I hadn't picked up donuts from here for a long while and today we bought a dozen mixed donuts and we all got the runs. My dog loves donuts and he also had a piece nsd got the runs. The glaze were not even glaze. They were like two days ago. My children were excited and after upset. The Asian guy at the window was rude when i asked him if he had a certain donut, he replied, how many very rude. Three different donuts, same reply. He looked like he knew we were the ones going to get bad batch. Forget This Place.

Bought 3 kolaches sausage cheese. I took a bite out of one of them pulled a thin long piece of hair out of my mouth! I gagged so hard I almost threw up. I just called 3 times to address this and let them know no one answered the phone. So I am now writing this review. Won’t buy here again.🤢

This location is absolutely horrible. I have been here a total of four times and each time is absolutely a disaster. I was hoping that at least one of my experiences would be good but I was wrong. This morning 12-13-24 was absolutely the last time for me. First of all customer service is out of the question, no greeting no eye contact NOTHING very low spoken and rude , I ordered a sausage and cheese kolache and a bag of donut holes and a milk, the donut holes and the kolache were just as cold as the milk. And this has happened every single time I have this place a shot. Somebody needs to manage this place better.

I’m not one to usually write reviews but this is the third time this has happened. I get off of work around 2 am and when i get home I usually ask my sister to go get us some shipley’s, the food is always good but every time my sister comes back, she always tells me about the rude lady at the window who is impatient and mean and basically all around just a terrible person, how she gives attitude because they don’t have something even though it clearly states on the menu that they do. One time can just be a bad day, but 3 times is unacceptable and unprofessional. (there are more examples but one should be enough for a business)

Shipley’s has always been my favorite place for donuts and kolache’s but I just opened my box and I can’t believe the quality of the donuts and the amount of bread around the sausages of the kolache. Not to mention the cost for 12 kolache’s and 12 donuts $47! Wow! The quality has really went downhill and the cost has gotten ridiculous! I won’t be coming back to Shipleys!

For Fun

I ordered kolaches from them this morning and they were all soggy and gross. Too late to take them back cause I’m at work. The sausage is all soggy too. The whole kolaches are just wet, it’s disgusting.
