Food was warm and tasty. Played the games on the table tablet without being told that these had to be paid for. Had to search for our waitress a few times for various things but she was attentive when passing by our table. Way too much ice in our cokes, should have remembered to ask for them without initially but staff happy to change them.

I tried the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. It looked good but nothing like the photo in the menu. lt was very dry, and the pico and sour cream sides were practically non-existent. I won't be ordering that again. On the other hand, my wife had the loaded baked potato soup with a salad and it was excellent so I ended up mostly eating her food.

I love Chilis i’m always ordering pickups from there! But literally ever. single. time. they NEVER add my Nashville hot sauce in the bag. I never understood it if you don’t do it online then please take it off. There hasn’t been 1 time out of my 7-8 times ordering that i’ve got my nashville sauce in the bag. Disappointing.

Made an online order for two bowls of chicken enchilada soup for pick up. I get home and opened up the first bowl of soup only to be disappointed. Almost $7.00 for a single scoop of soup??? Typically it would come with shredded cheese and tortilla strips to put in it, but it didn't come with either. I wasn't about to drive all the way back. Do better!! That WAS my favorite item every time. Do I actually have to dine in to get the actual amount of soup I paid for??

We went on the 17th around 1 and our service was terrible!! My chicken was rubbery and our waitress didn't even act like she wanted to serve us! We didn't get any refills and when the manager came by he made it seem like I was complaining for no reason. His exact words were, "hmmm nobody else has complained about the chicken". He did take it off and after that we didn't see our waitress anymore and we still had food to pack up. The Host was the nicest one there. He also got us to go boxes. It was a horrible experience.

It had been a long time since I have been here and now I know why. The food is ok but the service really lags behind. Not the waitress fault they just can't get the food out if the kitchen. Even the managers get kinda snappy at the customers.

Placed an order online to be done for a specific time because that's how long it would take me to get there after I made a stop I needed to. One minute after placing the order, I get the confirmation text. SEVEN minutes later, a full 15 minutes early, I get the text saying, my order is ready for pickup. So it only took seven minutes to make and bag 4 entrees? Food was cold by the time I got home, of course. Probably because it was precooked and tossed into containers.

We didn't get to eat. Riley was our server. We were sat and drink order taken. Another server brought us our drinks. Then we see our Server at the stand talking with another server. We waited over twenty minutes. My husband walked by her going to the bathroom and they were just chatting about a boy. She finally comes over after getting her fourth table, and asks if we need more time. After having waited twenty minutes we said we'd just take the check. We walked in right over an hour before they closed and walked out at ten, never even giving an order. If I was the kitchen I'd be upset a server waited until 30min till close to even ask if food needed to be ordered when the guests had walked thirty minutes before.
