The food is OK for the price. It's near the house and I do like a couple of the sandwiches. It's hit or miss with the works. Most are kind and helpful, occasionally it seems like someone is having a hard time. I'm sure they aren't paid enough. Will drop by occasionally.

Clean DQ with fast service. Fun decor. I ordered the tacos and they were good. Unfortunately my dining companion did NOT have the same experience. She ordered steak fingers and they were absolutely horrible. They were tiny, dried up and terribly overcooked. Fries were good though lol.

Food was green (lack of changing the grease), we also saw workers, i think manager, using there hands (no gloves) stuffing brownies into blizzards, other than that service was nice, guy running the register with the long blonde hair is an angel but I think manager with the lip thing looked very irritated

DQ’s tacos are usually the best. Not today. My first clue should’ve been when the box was handed to me. Bottom wet and covered in food scraps. Got back to my office (2 minutes), and all 3 tacos were cold and soggy. It was gross. Staff was friendly, just clearly complacent in their jobs. They didn’t even offer napkins when I sat there clearly trying to clean the bottom of the box before sitting it in my seat. Do better Dairy Queen.

Service wasn't the best messed up on the order twice the sundaes we ordered were almost basic except the hot fudge sundae looked lik a milked sundae personally I won't be coming here im going to the one on western service is way better an they step it up

So. I left a bad review a few months ago. Dairy Queen asked me to please give them another try. Today I did. Cold fries, soggy burger AGAIN. I grew up on Dairy Queen. Sooo disappointed. This is my last time to go to the location on Western. Shame on y'all. 😔

I’m not sure who works there on Thursdays around 12:15 PM, but I just wanted some ice cream so I went through the drive-through and I remembered that Dairy Queen offers special deals on certain days, but I had already driven up too far to see the specials, so I asked at the drive-through what the specials were, and the lady taking my order just very rudely told me to read the menu, so I didn’t even bother with getting food, I just ordered my small vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles like usual. She did not ask me if I wanted anything else and I was going to order something else, but she cut me off and just told me to pull up to the window. At the window, she handed me a chocolate cone, and I told her that I asked for vanilla, but that looked pretty good so I would take that. She rolled her eyes at me and ran my card and then handed me back my card without saying a word and when I tried to say thank you, she just closed the window in my face. I would’ve actually bought a meal instead of just ice cream if she would’ve been nice to me. There is one lady with red hair there that is always super nice to me, and I have had a few people be rude when I order, but I chalked it up to that just being the fast food industry, but I’ve never had an experience like this here and it discouraged me from coming back.

I ordered a number 1 combo without tomatoes and mustard and it had both on it and then i got a number 3 combo which is supposed to be a triple burger and it was a single burger, I paid $24 for 2 little burgers and cold fries, I don't recommend that location to anyone, trash💯

Went there tonight asked for a burger with only ketchup, got everything on it. I had to wait 10 minutes just for my food to be cold. And what topped it is I paid for a large drink just to get carbonated water.

Waited 20 mins for food and still got my order wrong. No fries in the kids meal. How do you forget fries in the kids meal. Only reason I'm posting here cause when I called I was cussed out for complaining on how y'all got my order wrong. You are lucky my kids are with me and I don't call the cops and the threats you made over the phone. I hope the whole staff is fired along with the manager.

Ok, so the atmosphere was really cool. People were nice, but they could not get my order, correct. And it was pretty simple, Hunger Buster Jr., no lettuce extra tomato extra pickle add cheese. I had to go back twice just to get the wrong order all over again, not cool. Do not recommend it. Staff was nice, though, so, that was a plus.

Every time we come for medium blizzards they are not full and the bottom 3/4 are just vanilla custard without the toppings. :( Two years later - We’re still having the exact same issue!! The blizzard you see here with 0 toppings is the bottom half of my salted caramel truffle blizzard. It’s a bit ridiculous to pay $6 for a blizzard and get half straight soft serve. Lame Also, I pulled into the drive thru 5 minutes before closing and I’m pretty sure the lady inside called me a not-so-nice word…
