I would like to extend a huge thank you to the store manager Meagan. She was so incredibly nice to me and friendly and bubbly and really made me feel like we had been friends our entire life. It's wonderful when the employees make the customers feel special.

This Starbucks location is a solid, convenient stop for a quick coffee when you’re on the go. My drink was made correctly, tasted consistent, and the pickup moved fairly smoothly even with a steady line. The store looked clean and organized, and the staff were polite and efficient without feeling rushed. Seating is decent if you want to sit for a bit, though it can get crowded during peak hours. Overall, a reliable Starbucks—nothing mind-blowing, but it does what you expect and I’d come back.

I came here immediately after a horrid experience at Buc-ee’s. I’m driving cross country from Florida to San Francisco and we stopped at the Starbucks for a morning, coffee and protein. We only had one baby snafu about personal cup credit and he was so nice about that. He just fixed it immediately for me so that I could get my reward stars and my discount for the two personal cups. The brew Verona was delicious and I also tried the new Italian sausage egg bites that were cooked just right. I would definitely come to the Starbucks again if I’m ever in the area.

This location is your typical Starbucks experience. The inside of the store is pretty clean and the baristas as helpful and nice. Our drinks were as we were used to them being and, as always, delicious. They were slightly limited on their reusable cup selection but still good. Restrooms could be slightly cleaner and probably updated.

The staff is nice, but usually seem annoyed when I order breakfast and when I ask for advise on what kind of coffee to get they usually say there there is the menu to look at. The store is not very clean. Usually I get asked to pull around to wait for my breakfast sandwich. Today I was happy I was not asked as parking is a mess and the staff never finds me quickly. But, then I opened the bag to eat, (I attached a picture). Not bad it still tasted good but, the cheese had melted so I could not scoot it all over. UPDATE: The morning crew is still rude but the mid shift & evening crew are all helpful and nice. The food is always fresh and great tasting. Update: 2025 Morning crew has improved immensely!

I used to like Starbucks but now only end up getting something because my husband still enjoys it. This location was recently remodled so it looks nicer than previously. Its always clean and the ambiance is welcoming as are most of the baristas. My main concern is that I feel these baristas haven't been trained properly because they end up screwing up my drinks every single time. I usually just ask for nonfat for the drinks and Decaf because as a breastfeeding mom I don't want to risk passing that onto my child(caffeine). I also can't handle regular milk too well but not a huge fan of the alternatives so nonfat is my go-to as a treat despite the slight repercussions lol. This would probably be my last time going here since I ordered nonfat, no whip, no foam and Decaf. Clearly there was whip cream and after taking a sip it's regular milk and regular espresso. The sticker is clear on the side yet the baristas failed again to make it the way it was ordered. My husband never asks for modifications so his drinks are always fine. I've known a couple other people who asked for mods get their drinks wrong too at this location. Perhaps it's too busy and they don't stop to make sure they're making the beverages right in order to keep up or they simply don't care. All I know is I don't recommend going here if you need any modification to your orders because it won't get done. If you simply need fast and friendly then I'd recommend this location.
