Arguably the best coffee in Amarillo. Great service, they're pleasant each time I have visited. Strata has the freshest coffee around. They have great food items also.

Strata is a top notch place. The food is fresh and delicious, the coffee is on point and the service is some of the best in town. You can't beat the location. There is a small outdoor patio that is shaded and cozy but the indoor seating has plenty of tables, plush chairs, and tons of room for friends. Don't skip on this place, you'll regret it.

First rate coffee roaster and shop. They have expertise in light roasts to highlight fruit and floral notes on pour overs. Great ambiance, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Outstanding stop on I 40.

If you’re looking for 3rd wave coffee that has particular flavor notes - this is your place. Good atmosphere for discussion and study. Nice outdoor vibe too.

I could tell the staff was busy but they still got us our coffee quickly and were very friendly! Inside is a very indie industrial vibe; fun place to just chill!

This place is kind of like a hidden gem to me. The 1st time I went there I got great customer service and amazing coffee! I continue to go back and get the same great experience every time. Also, they do fun events like Trivia nights, which I think sets them apart from the other coffee places here. Not to mention they also serve alcohol, which they cocktails are great! There is something to be said about your small local spots, and I love this place. Support local and give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Stopped here for brunch on our way through Amarillo. The horchata frappe and avocado toast were delicious!

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. The quality of the coffee is excellent, and aside from the presence of an alcoholic bar, I consider it an ideal café.

Stopped here on our drive from Texas to Colorado and enjoyed it so much we stopped on our way back throughway. Incredibly friendly staff and really good coffee.

We only ordered iced drinks but they all tasted great. Nice strong Iced Coffee and no burnt taste like other places. The blueberry lemon cake was good as well not too sweet.

Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, average coffee. Note: it may be the standards I’m applying are too high. The coffee is quite ok. It well may be the best 100 miles around.

I have been going here at least twice a week for a couple years. Never once have I had an experience that wasn't perfect. The staff spoil me every time and give the highest customer service and quality out there. Best coffee house in Amarillo. So glad to support local and support these peeps!

We spent one night in Amarillo and on the way out stopped here for breakfast. I got the berry green tea which is so delicious and the croissant egg bacon cheese sandwich. That sandwich was beyond flavorful. The eggs were fluffy and seasoned really well. Bacon crisp. The croissant was buttery. A good indulgence! Loved the tea too. A little too sweet for me, but not docking any stars for my personal preferences. Lastly, the staff was incredibly thoughtful and nice! Quick service through the drive thru as well. Thanks, Strata!

Not bitter or burnt, but still has a strong flavor, which seemed like a good medium roast, nutty, not overly fruity or charcoal tasting. I went with two of my littles, it was pretty busy with patrons already sitting, eating, chatting, and drinking coffee. No one seemed bother I had kids (a complaint in other coffee shops), but my kids were generally quite and remained seated the whole time. I order three sliders, which we shared and my three year old absolutely loved, a half caf Americano with more heavy cream than I like to admit I drink, and a small strawberry banana smoothie. Smoothie was a hit with the kids and it was good! I have been in Amarillo area almost three years and I'm just now trying this place out, and I regret it! Even though I'm in between canyon and Amarillo, making this a spot tucked away not convenient to me, I do think I'll drop in, as it's worth the drive! My only thing, which is small, is the lid they use. I love that it is sturdy and closeable, but the round spout is odd, yes, definitely odd. But I appreciate the sturdier design.

Stopped by here on my way home to Memphis. Hospitable baristas, delicious caramel macchiato, & nice little spot. Would definitely stop in again if ever in Amarillo again.

I stayed there for a bit more than an hour, just studying and it was great. Also, a bit unrelated, but nice music playing. It adds to the nice and chill atmosphere. Will definitely come back !

I ordered an iced latte with brown sugar cinnamon, half sweet, and it was perfectly balanced and delicious. Definitely worth a stop!

We stopped by here after stopping for night in Amarillo, the girls working were so sweet, the coffee was delicious, and BONUS they had gluten free banana bread. The girls offered to heat the bread it was really good!! The atmosphere is a nice vibe with great music, and they have glass mugs, nothing worse than coffee out of paper cup.

Coffee drinks were well done, and food was a very pleasant surprise. Cubano sandwich made with real chunks of carved ham (not the more predictable processed luncheon meet), stone ground mustard, pickles, etc. Delicious. Got ours to-go today, but just the kind of great atmosphere you’d love to hang out, have a coffee and catch up on email or news. Didn’t get to meet the owner “Ty” and his brother who I assume were enjoying a well deserved Sunday off, but Tara took really good care of us. Well done! Will be back for sure!

We got a couple of drinks and some breakfast items as well. All deserved 5 stars. The lids on the hot coffee drinks were new for us and took some getting used to, but we liked them and an added bonus with the built-in stopper.

The black cold brew was great and the croissant and sliders was delicious. The atmosphere is pretty nice, clean, and the playlist they had going was great. Whoever set that up has great taste! There were also plenty of tables to work at with a decent amount of outlets to plug into. The internet wasn't blazing fast, 35 mbps down and 19 mbps up, but it was enough to get some work done. Overall very happy with this place. I'll be stopping here when I drive through Amarillo from now on.

Quick service. Great coffee. Simple but tasty crossiant sandwiches. Clean atmosphere. Cozy. Clean bathrooms. Reasonable prices.

We stop for coffee here when we visit the medical centers. Always well served and consistent quality. On check out, the tip percentages are unreal. There is not table service. The seating is okay, could use a better arrangement.

It is well hidden and the sign at the door is not immediately grabbing attention so you may need to make an extra effort to find it the first time. The coffee us excellent but food choices are limited. Overall a great spot for a coffee break.

Please wash your washable rugs they're washable. Dirty rugs really take from the whole vibe. The art on the walls is nice though. I enjoyed my drink and my husband's drink. The service was good. The rug unfortunately was nasty.

Their coffee is good, but be warned, their smoothies are just ice and fruit, maybe under the guise of “healthy” but honestly it only gave me a bad taste in my mouth and was super disappointed. Smoothie king for life

Sadly I will not be back here! I’ve been here a lot and have had great experiences, but this time they had naked anime girls dancing on the tv screen. There is no need for that in a public setting where kids could be.
