They seem to be having some structural issues within the place. It's getting fixed,but there's no seating at the moment. The service is FIRST rate. The evening staff all recognize me and give me exactly what I ask. I'm disappointed they got rid of the sweet onion sauce without teriyaki. Bring that back

Every time I come here there’s great service especially from Yahir he’s super friendly and makes the best sandwhiches. I can tell he wants people to enjoy their food and isn’t just throwing it together to get it over with. Every time I see him in the store I know I’m gonna have a great sandwhich.

Another great tuna sandwich on wheat bread. The oatmeal raisins cookie was just right. Nice and hot inside was good for the cold day. No coupons no problem.

It's good sandwiches I get to choose whatever I want whatever toppings whatever sauce whatever cheese so this is one of the few places that you can go and have everything exactly the way you want it and watch them make it right in front of you you can't really ask for anything more than that so yeah whenever I need a quick meal this is a good place to go.

It's good sandwiches I get to choose whatever I want whatever toppings whatever sauce whatever cheese so this is one of the few places that you can go and have everything exactly the way you want it and watch them make it right in front of you you can't really ask for anything more than that so yeah whenever I need a quick meal this is a good place to go.

Sandwich was fine. Soda machine dispensed large chunks of black substance into my drink. Don’t know what it was but the thing should be torn apart and cleaned at the very least. Possible public health issue. Staff offered pre bottled drink so no complaints about them.

This location is slightly better than the one by Walmart in American Canyon just down the road, but both locations are owned by the same person and neither accept corporate coupons that come out in the newspapers. We have not really eaten at either since they stopped taking coupons, not just because we can't get a bit of a deal, but because the principal of it all. If you are going to own a Subway you should follow what corporate puts out.

Last time I bought in that store, I ordered my sandwiches and when I got to pick them up they said that my order did not appear in the system but in my bank account the transaction had been carried out and the manager said that they could not give me my sandwiches or my money until my order appeared in your system? Seriously, I realized that she only cares about the money and not the costumers, she did not argue much so I had better ask my bank to make the claim, not more in that store.

I paid 8.50 for a foot long turkey and provalone cheese sandwich..toasted. nothing else.! Man..not doing that again! Especially when there are some amazing sandwich shops that offer better meat,better bread with better prices!!! Come on now!

Employee was very adversarial. A female I had not met. Owner refuses to accept any published coupons. Usually, the employee Saul is very nice but not here on this visit. Sandwiches were not good. Unable to view them making your sandwich. Will go to Vallejo.

They skimp so much on the wraps and sandwiches. It is literally a 1/3 of what's advertised. They didn't use to be this stingy. Better off going to a real deli. The only thing thats good is the cleaniless of the place and the staff. And they forgot to add the avocados that I was charged for. NEVER AGAIN!

I order sweet onion teriyaki chicken TOSTED! it very cold and bread also not tosted! Plus they put a sauce that tasted fruity like strawberry, when I never order it! It’s also like that when I order DoorDash ! Just because we are not in person to order and not seeing what they are putting! They don’t care what order we get or if it’s correct. They don’t verified with us if this what we want! And no matter if they tosted . They only do it Less than 15 seconds! I seen it done that in person…They do NOT care about customer service and getting what we want! Food is also very cold and could get people sick of getting any kind of meat. I honestly do not recommend going to this subway because it’s the same thing ordering in doordash! Very not happy!!!

I asked for the full amount of meat on the wrap and got charged for double meat. I am not going to ask for more of each condiment after the place a tiny amount on my sandwich. Will not be going back there, I'll drive to another location.

We ordered three sandwiches on there app at 11:45 and our food was supposed to be ready by 12:05, we arrived to pick up our food at 12:15 and they hadn't even started making it. We ended up getting our food at 12:40. Then when we got back to work to eat we found our sandwiches were made wrong. My advice is just go in to order so you can make sure your food is prepared correctly.
