Food was good, staff was grumpy and annoyed for no reason. Not a really good image for Subway. If you really can’t act normal to a customer because you hate your job or you’re grumpy for some reason, just quit.

The subs were very tasty but the customer service was unacceptable, the lady at the counter looked annoyed all the time and looked at you unfriendly and didn’t say your welcome or speak a word once. Very disappointed because the food was good but that behavior just killed the atmosphere.

We love Subway, but we sometimes Don't like how the staff treats that brand... The place was extremely dirty, no one cared to clean the tables, the cashier would explore my credit card in his hands, for some reason, the wifi router worked from the third time. The personnel were quite rude, not polite and friendly. I wish market management sometimes checks out these Google reviews to have some "clean ups" for at least once in a season. In terms of the food- the best as always ❤️ Cheap, tasty, and pretty healthy.

Sandwich artist refused to correct his mistake when he put honey mustard on the sandwich instead of regular mustard I asked for. Not a huge deal, I get it, but I don’t like honey mustard and shouldn’t pay for the employee’s mistake. He even challenged me and asked “what are we going to do”. I wish I had said “you could do your job and correct your mistake” But I just walked out and left the sandwich. No harm done. I couldn’t help but notice the employee was extra kind to the patrons before me, even giving them free cookies. I had to wonder, did the employee not enjoy having to serve another minority? Hate to assume the worst, but something was up with this guy.

Poor service. Although we arrived about 20 minutes before closing, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. We were huffed at for briefly looking at the menu and then rushed out. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand how late arrivals can be annoying, but treating customers this way is unnecessary and bizarre!

“Unfortunately, my experience at Subway was quite disappointing. I arrived at the establishment 20 minutes before closing, only to be told that I could not place an order. The attendant was noticeably discourteous and indifferent, displaying a lack of enthusiasm and professionalism. Furthermore, when I requested to use the restroom, I was denied access on the grounds that the establishment was already closed, despite it still being open. I hope management will address these issues, as the service quality leaves much to be desired.”

My experience and my five friends’ experience was extremely disappointing. Today is my first day in Amsterdam, and unfortunately I was treated with disrespect by the staff member Shila. She looked at us with disdain, had no patience with my difficulty speaking English, and even laughed and mocked me together with another colleague whose name I couldn’t ask because I felt too nervous. I truly hope no one else has to go through this. I have always liked this franchise, but after today, my friends and I will no longer be eating here.

If you enjoy surprise charges, being upsold every 10 seconds, and being treated like an inconvenience, this Subway is paradise. I removed bacon and asked for just two slices of ham — she charged extra. Ingredients? Measured with a microscope. The sandwich was okay, but the experience? A comedy masterpiece of how not to run a restaurant.

When I went to buy something, there were three staff members, but they were working very slowly. One middle-aged female staff member was wearing plastic gloves, but in the middle of her work, her cell phone rang and she answered it with the same gloves she was using to touch the food. She was talking all over the food, and I felt uncomfortable, thinking that her saliva was getting on the food. It was so unsanitary that I decided I would never go there again. Subway should do more to train their employees.

The worst subway I have ever gone to,I ordered and choose my meat and cheese, I asked the guy there (I think he’s the owner) if there’s abs alcohol in the sauce, he was so rude and angry and told me don’t you have eyes to see than he pointed to the vegan sauces list, I told him does the garlic sauce has alcohol he said angrily, if you don’t trust me just eat it plain! How would I eat a sub plain!!!! I choose barbecue he kept saying rude stuff so i went out of the store unsatisfied!

Food was okay. But the Indian older lady named VEENA was so rude. I asked her to change my gloves because she had touched bacon right before she was gonna touch my sandwich - she made a huge fuss out of it & rolled her eyes at me. She was upset that I refused to take a sandwich that she touched after she touched the meat. Very disappointed with the service. Do not recommend this place at all. In general, they are suppose to change gloves between each sandwich (that’s how it works in Canada)) A few mins later my siblings went to get a sandwich for them and she’s telling her coworker that they will ask for glove change and laughed right afterwards. Then when they asked for glove changed - both of them looked at each other and laughed.

The cashier tried to stole our money for water we didnt want, we said it like 5 times and he still put it on receipe. Please check your receipe before starting eating. We was charge 6€, i asked my money back and they gave it to me. But it should not be happening. There was no people behind us thankfully. And we also asked for one big ham and we got 2 separeted so we still lost 1€ for nothing.

Complete scam since they charge the drinks twice. Employee acted like he didn’t understand but he knew they are stealing money from their customers. Don’t ever go here if you want to pay the correct price
