BEST. GREEN. FRIED. TOMATOES. EVER!!! I came for my birthday a year or so ago and brought my child to celebrate theirs. My kid got a pulled pork slider, chicken with two sides (Mac'n'cheese and mashed potatoes); I got the fried green tomatoes with aioli sauce and tilapia with two sides ( mashed potatoes and collard greens) We loved it and will be coming back!!

We got the recommendation to visit the Anaheim Packing District from our concierge and chose Georgia’s for our spot. The food was great but the cornbread stole and collard greens the show! The BBQ sliders were delicious and perfect portion for my daughter. The fried chicken was good but not great. The cornmeal batter was a different take on fried chicken and gave a great crunch but I think I prefer standard flour batter. Wish I could have tried more but food is filling and well portioned.

I like this spot over anything else in the location overall. It’s inside what I call a massive food court. There’s lots of places to eat and this spot is spot on! First: it has seating, which is hard to find in that building. Other food spots don’t have their own seats and you have to walk around the place to find a spot to sit down which is challenging. Second: this place was able to cater to my severe allergies. Priceless to me, nobody else in the entire location could do this!! And there’s a lot of eateries. Third, the staff was top notch. From ordering to coming to my table frequently asking if I needed anything and cleaning constantly. Fantastic staff! And the best saved for last: the food was delicious! The menu has a great selection, covers picky eaters, which was my daughter, she even said the corn muffin was good which she never does. She’s the ultimate food critic. I had grilled chicken and mashed potatoes with veggies. The chicken breast was juicy. Mashed potatoes were beyond delicious, and the vegetables were perfect, not too hard and not too soft. She had the chicken wings which she’s very picky about those. And gobbled up the corn muffins 🤣 In the photo I wrote the words she described how those corn muffins tasted because I am allergic. Overall… I recommended this restaurant: its food is great, the seating availability is great, the staff are great and the price is right. It’s like a classy clean mini restaurant in a large chaotic food court. A hidden gem 💎

Upon arrival, Samantha our server provided some fresh cornbread to try. It was hot and fresh. I couldn’t get enough of it. I had the fried catfish along with grits and mac and cheese. The catfish was freshly cooked. It was hot but the seasoning was just right. The Mac and cheese was to die for. I finished my whole plate. Samantha was super nice and really enjoyed helping customers to make sure they have a great experience.

Chicken burgers was delicious the cabbage and the sauce go great together. It's the perfect amount of spicy not overpowering and not under spiced really good. Great combinations the fries are 🔥 too. Mac and cheese aswell. Yumm yumm 😋

The food was unique & flavorful. Plenty of sauce added to my chops. Disappointed that I couldn’t buy fried chicken a la carte. Black owned but I didn’t see any black workers lol. The service was a little dry & rushed but they were pleasant enough. The restaurant is located inside of an inside food court. Lots of hustle & bustle & parking was tough. Worth it but be prepared.

It’s in what I consider a food mall. There is a hot dog place, ice cream place, etc. The atmosphere is ok because it’s not in its own building so that’s how I rate it. You are served a free piece of cornbread with some nice butter. It’s pretty good cornbread. I ordered smothered pork shops which comes with two sides. The pork chops are good, not great. The chops are real tender when you get to the middle. The gravy is good, not great. The greens I ordered are real good because of the creativity and spice used to flavor them. The Mac and cheese are good, no great. They have some thickness to them but no write home amazing. The star of the show is the greens. The meal without a drink will run you almost $24. It’s definitely worth trying as I drove from Newport to Anaheim.

The complimentary corn bread was delicious!! The pulled pork was good. A little coleslaw on the sandwich would have been good. (I thought it came with some but didn't see or taste it.)

I had the pleasure of trying Georgia’s and I can tell you that the atmosphere and service was on point I was greeted with some great service, now let’s talk food: the fish was amazing however the portion size was super small should had said a sample size, the chicken was okay not on a high list for me, but the sides failed for me I ordered the mashed potatoes and gravy the brown one and the gravy messed up the side as it was not to my liking not sure how you can go wrong with a gravy but this one was a fail. The greens also had an odd taste so definitely don’t recommend those two sides. I finished off with the small side of dessert the sweet breads that are powered that’s was tasty fluffy and delicious they are so mall you might want to order the size 5 or more I just got the 2. Overall I would come for the environment and fish and desserts with their great customer service…..

Menu looked appealing, first time and last time ordering. Food took about 15 minutes (Ordered a salad and sweet potatoes) they prepared the salad wrong, went to show receipt that clearly stated no cheese and there customer service to resolve the issue were rude. They starred and made me feel very uncomfortable. 3 different staff approached me and 2 provided me with different wait times and the 3rd one was the one cherry on top who was the most rude. Sad to see that my own Latino culture could make you feel some type of way. No disrespect towards Georgia but her staff need some customer service training.

Today we ordered for pick up and the shrimp and grits that was packed was disproportionately prepared and not what I’m used to getting. For reference, I’ve added photos of the shrimp and grits from previous reviews — this is the preparation I’m used to receiving. Then, I’ve added my personal photo and video of the order I got today — absolutely plain, lacking flavor, seasoning, and color. No matter how much I mixed it, there was nothing within the grits itself. Upon calling the restaurant, the manager we spoke too had tried to explain to me that’s how it’s served because “it’s shrimp over grits” and I really had a difficult time making her understand how it’s not normally how we’ve received it in the past and I tried to kindly ask if there was a way to just pick up another one in replacement but that idea wasn’t really entertained and my request felt ignored; she immediately suggested getting a refund through DoorDash (except we ordered on their website). When services don’t acknowledge or try to resolve an issue, that to me suggests customer service doesn’t matter and that’s fine, it is what it is.

Me and my wife came from out of town just to try this place. We were very disappointed with the food. The fried chicken and waffles that my wife got was dry. She just did not enjoy it at all for myself, I got the spicy chicken sandwich with the coleslaw. It was all right. I’d give it a three out of the 10 the coleslaw was not good at all so I got an order of the pig fries. That was good. I would recommend that. The service was great the waitress that we had was very good

I ordered from this establishment via Uber Eats. I tried to separate the pieces of fish and it fell apart. Upon inspection the fish was not fully cooked. The fries were not crispy but soggy. I called the restaurant to let them know and the person just said “I’ll let the kitchen know” and have a good day then proceeded to hang up the phone. I did inform Uber Eats about this. Was looking forward to some soul food but was greatly disappointed by the food and customer service. Poor customer service and poor food.
