The Coffee House is a convenient spot for quick bites and coffee near Disneyland. Many love the Dole Whip and hot matcha. However, some customers have complained about the coffee quality and long wait times, especially during peak hours.
Tip: Order ahead on the app to avoid long lines, especially in the mornings, for a quick grab and go experience.

The Baseline: For a coffee shop the baseline involves the quality of the roast, the taste of the coffee, and the preparation of specialty drinks/food items. Food: The coffee here has a great taste, is well prepared, and is roasted well. The menu is good for coffee, but the food offerings are better than most coffee places due to access to Disney chefs. The grab and go sandwiches are bigger than most coffee houses and the lunchtime salad menu is amazing. The size is big enough if you order a large. Service: This is a Disneyland experience so the staff are always above the baseline. This was no exception and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ambiance: Since it is a stand, there isn’t dedicated seating immediately available inside. But once you get outside there is a lot of seating for the Disneyland hotel. It is a fun place to enjoy your coffee.
I stop by here to grab a coffee even when I'm not staying at the Disneyland Hotel. My go to drink is an iced raspberry white mocha (it's not on the menu), and they make it perfect every time! I highly recommend grabbing a drink here before heading into the parks!
This place is always super packed, especially in the mornings, of course. It's not too big on the inside. There is literally enough space to place an order and pick up. My recommendation is to place your order on the app, and it will be ready when you're ready. A quick grab and go, and you're in and out. I typically order: 1. Guava cheese danish - I wish it had more guava like the guava danish at the Polynesian. 2. Raspberry puff pastry - It looks like a non frosted pop tart, but it's so much better.
Absolutely love the cast members very friendly food is delicious and love there pantry presentation i love coming here Absolutely fantastic!
Right off the lobby, next to Goofy's kitchen is the Coffee house. Open at 6, the have several coffee options, croissants, doughnuts and selection of yogurts, sandwiches, etc. Basically, whatever you could want for a quick grab and go. There is no inside seating but right outside there are several tables to sit and enjoy the quiet. I popped down every morning for my vanilla latte (it was perfectly made) to get some work done and watch the world wake up. Later in the day, make sure to swing by before they close and get the most amazing dole whip outside of the parks. You can get a regular one or a boozie one. The rum is the perfect complement to the sweet-tart of the dole whip. This is definitely a must see!

This is a great little place, and the best part is they serve Dole Whips without entering the park (and without waiting in the long line). Also they have a Dole Whip float with a splash of rum, which is very good!
They do an amazing hot matcha here and if I'm in the neighborhood there's no way I'm no stopping in for one. It goes great with croissant as well ;)))
Thank you Ashley G for being patient , and nice with my family while my grandson was crying and being loud. This place is small and busy as they make your coffee drink and pack your food. The review is for the cold brew was a 10! If you like your coffee black and strong this is your place! If you want light water down coffee with lots of sugar flavors go to the park lol. The other coffee drinks were good as well. Thank you for the straight up caffiene!

I had to get a hot matcha to start off the day and this spot got it done perfectly. I got a large hot matcha sweetened with honey and with almond milk. It was the perfect flavor and temperature. Probably one of the best matcha’s I’ve had. I’d definitely come back again to try their other menu items.
This Coffee House is a convenient spot for quick snacks and drinks inside the hotel, with a charming Disney touch. However, the quality of the coffee could be improved to match the otherwise delightful experience. ☕️

This place had some tasty drinks. We tried the iced americano, iced matcha and hot oat cappuccino. All were great. Good foods were the chocolate chip cookie, cheese Danish, fruit platter and the breakfast egg and cheese biscuit. The breakfast burrito was just ok. The only thing is that we actually ordered a guava Danish and they gave us the cheese. Also they gave us almost one extra of all the food we ordered. They were very busy and just handed us the bag. We didn't notice until we got back to the room that we had all this extra food and some wrong items. Something to double check next time for sure.

I needed coffee - STAT! I thought about going to Goofy's Kitchen but I was in a hurry and opted to grab coffee next door. The Coffee House is located outside of the Disneyland Hotel heading towards Downtown Disney. The menu is limited, but if you're only getting coffee to go then this place is reasonable. I did look at the goodies, but nothing really enticed me. I really wanted a breakfast sandwich of some kind with eggs and sausage, but to no avail. I ordered a small cafe mocha ($4). Nothing special, but glad I didn't have to pay $10 for a coffee! Service was friendly and fast.

Not the worst coffee that I've ever had, but definitely not the best either. For some reason, you have to ask to have your coffee made extra hot for them to make a regular temperature cup of coffee, otherwise, it's just lukewarm.
This place has a lot of potential and very conveniently located , and does have good coffee and staff but the sausage burrito had NO sausage. The croissant sandwich had great ingredients but it was so burned. We still ate it but come on Disney.
While convenient to the Disneyland Hotel, this place serves bad coffee by today's standards - think about the average standard of US coffee some decades ago and if you're happy with that, you may be happy here. Not only are the coffee grounds not ground fresh to order, the coffee (even the espresso based drinks) is not brewed fresh to order either. I can't comment on the food offerings as I only tried their espresso and cold brew. Both brewing methods were terrible. The best coffee in walking distance is the Starbucks in Downtown Disney, but that can be quite a walk (15-20 minutes) especially given security and crowds. I don't view Starbucks as particularly high quality, but like many chains, it offers a reliable level of quality.

We bought two lattes and ultimately threw them away. Truly, one of the worst hotel, coffee shops I’ve been to ever. I’m not talking about the prices. The coffee is terrible.
Avoid like the plague! You will wait forever to get your food. Ordering breakfast and the overall experience at the Coffee House was horrific. Disney should consider either closing it down or significantly expanding it so it can accommodate more guests and be better staffed. I had to wait in line 20 minutes to order food, and then it took 30 minutes to get my order (after the staff at misplaced it). It was pretty clear the staff was overwhelmed and extremely disorganized. I spoke to the manager, and she really didn't care about the experience. Food was also cold when received. It was a bad start to my day and others felt the same way - visibly, and communicated their frustrations.
So I’m stuck in the lovely Disneyland Hotel for a three day conference. Let’s just say if I’m faced with a choice of being sleepy or drinking a hot beverage from Coffee House, well… looks like I’m gonna be getting in a lot of micro-naps during sessions this afternoon. Gas station coffee would be a major step up from Coffee House, in both taste and octane. And cost.
Drinks are less than sub par, far below average. My son actually opted to toss away his hot chocolate which I scolded him for until I tried the drink myself. I let it slide. I decided to order a coffee from here and it was like steam milk with some gross light coffee. I similarly tossed it. Maybe I was wrong and got another coffee the following morning. Same deal. Now on my 6th day at the Disney Hitel and got a Bailys Frapee. Which they serve iced… and it was actually kind of gross. You will find I don’t leave review often but this place needs this feedback and I hope they improve from it.
11/24/25: Negative encounter..,Service assistant Named Bon . I asked for a refill in the carafes for the coffee bar. All carafes were empty. She stated to me that there were coffee mate individuals and they would refill the carafes when they had time. Yes, they were busy and working hard but, you can BE KIND! She immediately asked someone to refill the carafes and it was done within 5 minutes. So, why be unkind! Not sure and confused as were many patrons that witnessed the interaction! Disappointed in service!
