It took 15+ minutes to get our food. I'm not sure what the holdup was. There were only a few people inside the restaurant and we only ordered 2 combo meals. Once we finally got our food, it was fresh, hot and delicious.

I havent visited any Burger King in over a decade before this visit. When I asked and learned that the "Flame broiled" taste is fake I was done!!! Anyway I got a fish sandwich. Fast food fish is a huge gamble at any food joint. The fish part was a bit overcooked. The breading greasy as heck. It seemed a well run store & the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a reasonably pleasant experience. I got what I paid for.

Everything has to be done at a kiosk now. Had to go back to the counter after we received our food to request cups for our drinks. They were sold out of onion rings so unable to order the steakhouse Whopper.

Use to love this location. Most of the time mobile orders have been great. Last two times I’ve watched the drive thru go by and ended up having to eventually go in and grab it. They don’t pay attention. So just order in the drive thru and don’t waste your time on the app. 💁🏻‍♀️

Stopped to grab a quick bite while heading home! The fries were undercooked! The sprite lines need serviced, it tasted like straight mold! The ocs was edible! Service could have been better!

Either indoor or delivery you are waiting atleast 45 minutes for one sandwich. Ive lost whole lunch breaks to this place. I just waited an hour for an hour that was never made (ordered 4:32, cancelled at 5:36, no contact from Burger king themselves) i had to cancel and never received my food. Its exhausting to have to wait this long for no communicable reason and its tiring to eat here.

The employees were screaming at the top of their lungs arguing infront of the lobby and my child forgot 4 things in my order and had an attitude when asked to fix the worst service ive ever had and I work in yhe restaurant business . Hire new people .

The drive through employees were quite rude when I pulled to the mobile order spot because I had a mobile order. My order took 17 minutes to get. And then it was completely the wrong order. I'm allergic to jalapeno and was given jalapeno bites. This location does not care. It's worth the trip to daleville to a good restaurant

First I waited 10 minutes at the counter for someone to acknowledge me. Seems like the employees are blind to the customers. My sandwich was ordered with no cheese and I still got cheese. There was black hair in my French fries. I will not be back. You need to get your store together.

The employees here are absolute garbage at their job. Rude. Slow. I get you probably dont get paid much but if you are so miserable work somewhere else. Order was wrong and the food was cold.

Do not make a mobile order after the dining room closes. Usually a thirty to forty minute wait for even a small order. The drive thrus been empty for ten minutes or more. They do not care less about mobile orders. And they make you wait every time it's happened three times here.And I don't even know why I came again.Because my daughter likes it.And there's not many options late at night.

We went through drive thru about 30 minutes ago. I have tryed calling the phone number that is listed numerous times and nobody would answer. Our chicken sandwich was completely raw!
