Tyrone allen is rude I came in to get a pizza and asked for garlic butter on the pizza and he said it would be extra I said I didn't mind that but I usually don't get charged for it so he started talking shit so I asked for a refund and later I looked his name up on Facebook since he didn't wanna give his whole name so I can report him to corporate and on his page he said he will spit in customers food who give him a hard time so my baby's father called and cussed him out and he later deleted the post i would not recommend this location at all

easily one of the worst experience I've ever had. I placed an online order for a simple half pepperoni, half cheese pizza. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was given an all-pepperoni pizza. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee, who assured me they would remake it. What followed was an infuriating wait. After 35 minutes of standing around, I had to ask about my order again, only to discover that the employee had completely forgotten to put in the remake request. This meant another 15 minute wait for the correct pizza. In total, I wasted nearly 50 minutes of my time for a basic pizza order that should have been ready in minutes. This level of inefficiency and forgetfulness from staff is completely unacceptable. Seriously need to re-evaluate and train your personnel because the current team seems utterly incapable of handling even the simplest tasks. I will not be returning.

I ordered 3 large pizzas and between the delivery fees and about 3 other different fees, it came to around $50. Once we received the pizzas, they were so burnt that it was hard to eat. I've added some pictures.

At first the lady took our order and did not give a receipt, I kindly asked for one she played dumb and said the machine was not working seven the person after me got a receipt time goes by and people start trying to come for their online orders and non of them were ready and they started taking bs about people right in the store with all of the other costumers I was just like wooow they should not be working if they will talk bad about the people that are giving them business ps the people in the picture were the ones talking bs and the lady was the one playing dumb by not wanting to give me my receipt when I have the right to know why my order is 22 dollars if it’s just a pizza

I ordered cheese puffs and it was pepperoni I went in again and got it replaced and guess what I found MORE PEPPERONI PUFFS ALL I WANTED WAS MY CHEESE PUFFS AND THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY!IF THEY WERE BUSY I WOULD Have UNDERSTOOD THEY WERE JUST STANDING DOING NOTHING! Also the puffs looked like they’ve been thrown in and smashed up

I ordered them for delivery and when my food got here, my pizza was destroyed and I was missing half of my items. I tried calling the store several times and no one ever answered the phone. While they may be cheap, I would just order from a different Little Caesars if I was you. Either that or pick a different pizza place.

Most Little Caesar's locations are great, but this time they did a very poor job on pizza quality. The sauce was missing from a good 2 inches around the whole rim, and there was even less cheese. This picture shows what the whole pizza looked like.
