Not the easiest place to get in and out of due to traffic. Ordered on the app. Pulled up. Employees were very nice. Got my order fast. Just got a cheeseburger and a drink. The burger was luke warm but the slice of cold, stiff cheese made it crappy. No pride in serving food anymore.

The food was good, but it could have been better. The oil for the fries needed to be changed so they didn't taste fresh. The burger wasn't hot and it lacked flavored. It took almost 20 minutes to get a drink refill. I work in the area and I know this location is overwhelmed with customers in the drive thru at all hours of the day. I chose to eat inside to get better service, I am willing to go back and update this review.

Every time I come here I always wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I’m just at the point where I just order my food for dine in and be able to enjoy the free refills. Also everytime I come in there’s always homeless people/sketchy/blackout drunk people in there. Other than that I always get good/ok service from the employees.

Just hanging with my grandson we ordered food and have some fun in the play area. We ordered food, the ketchup dispenser was empty so I had to ask foe ketchup salt and pepper, black supervisor looked upset, almost annoyed that I asked, she gave me two ketchup, 3 peppers, 2 salts. Thought it was taken awhile for the food so I got up and a customer was bringing are food back, they gave it to the wrong family. I then asked the same angry faced woman to remake my food, the other family said we didn't eat anything and your employee was standing there hoping I'd except that. Incomplete order with wrong items. Horrible service, complete waste of 50 dollars for overpriced fast food and time in line; they will give you wrong food, keep half of it for themselves at that and ruin your family dinner. Outrageous, keep away, avoid.

I was waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru line only to move up a couple of inches. I changed my pickup order to counter pickup to avoid the line. Despite the fact that there were at most 3 customers (including myself) inside, I waited another 25-30 minutes for my order. I never experienced this at other McDonald's locations. I do not recommend this place.

My husband and I watched as the cashier was rude to some of the students coming in. Regardless of age, they're still paying customers. The store does get full during lunch. Of course, it can be overwhelming. However, these students were polite even when it was obvious the employees were overstepping. I told my daughter and her friends to stay away after that experience. Chick-fil-A is steps away and they exemplify hospitality at all times.

I ordered a quarter pound meal. I paid. At the window they directed me to a parking place. In about 10 minutes they tried to give me an order of McNuggets. I said no. In about 10 minutes they tried to give me a chicken sandwich. I told them just give me a refund. They needed my credit card to give me a refund. I just left there was no way I was going to give that incompetent my credit card. I will never go to a McDonalds again.

MARY had horrible service! Ordered inside to go and the whole time she took my order and other customers orders she was very rude and made it a very hostile environment. Once receiving my order I asked for my sauce and another employee just threw it at the bag and walked away. Would not recommend coming here.

This is the worst location to get tea. It’s close by so I come here for the last few years but this location their tea taste terrible! It always taste old and not done right. Like watered down unsweetened coffee. I’ve had to throw it out quite a few times. I just always hope the manager would fix the issue. Nope. Please clean the machine, get a new one or follow the recipe, why does it taste so bad you’re going to get customers sick.
