Galentines Day Roseville Girlfriends Group brunch was awesome! Great company, food, service, atmosphere.
🥂 Brunch Bliss at The Mimosa House 🌸 The Mimosa House is one of my absolute favorite places for brunch whether it’s with my besties or someone special, it never disappoints! The food is always amazing and makes me so happy. I highly recommend the Crab Benedict with house potatoes SO good! They also have a great selection of drinks, and the service is always friendly and on point. There’s even a lovely little park right next to it with rose bushes and a beautiful palm tree, which just adds to the whole experience. Every visit here is a treat! 💛🌴🌹
It was our first time eating at the Mimosa house and I got to say it was a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was noteworthy. I ordered a delicious Dubai chocolate cold brew coffee. I ordered the chocolate elephant which is French toast with peanut butter and chocolate drizzle. It was really good. Almost everyone had some type of eggs hash, browns and or bacon and sausage. It all was really good. Their sourdough toast was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was nice and you could tell that people were enjoying their mimosas cuz everyone was talking a little louder over each other. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely return or visit a different location.
I first want to say I've been to this place on multiple occasions with my wife and this place is amazing for breakfast or brunch. Very clean amd active, friendly, fun environment. I love the food here it's always amazing. I've ordered the crapes as well as the French toast strawberry, of course, and were both amazing 10/10! I've also ordered their Chilaquiles and I'll give that a 7/10 which is really good because I don't like most restaurants Chilaquiles. My wife always orders the crab Benedict, and she loves obviously😅 10/10. As for there Mimosa's well they're called the Mimosa House for a reason so 10/10. We'll definitely be returning as always!!!!
The best service ever , Johnny hands down took good care of us. Had the pancake combo with all bacon. The vanilla & cinnamon was popping. Had the 3 mimosa sampler. It was everything and so worth it. Had the brut and it was so good I almost couldn’t finish the 3rd mimosa. Definitely coming back to this location.
We went on a Saturday for brunch but they were able to seat us pretty quickly. The food was okay, your standard brunch fare. I thought it was a little pricey for the amount they give you. It’s pretty loud in there. I think families and middle aged people would love this place, but maybe the younger crowd would feel anxious because of how loud it can get.
First time here, finally. I'm sure it was better when they first opened, but my experience was meh. The food was okay. Bacon was burnt. I had the clavicle French toast meal. Service was a good little wait. I had to pull up Google and ask, "Do I be seated, or do I grab a seat?" Our server was nice. it just left us alone quite a bit, which I feel impacts the tip. The ambiance was not that comfy from what I was expecting, and this is a small establishment. Google pictures can be so frustrating from the real truth. Still enjoyed my time, and my mimosa was great through it all.
The food and service were good! I had been to this location there for a team brunch but by the time we got our table it was lunch time. We kept waiting for 1hr. 30-45 mins just get our table. There were a few tables open and we had requested the employee to connect them together but we were denied since they wanted to keep it open for the other customers with small party.
The Chilaquiles was great. Next time I might ask for less salsa, it was soaked at the bottom of the dish. Definitely not a complaint was still delicious. Rock Cod was delicious. Ordered with extra tartar sauce. Bun to fish was good. Wait time was longer than expected. Service was spot on. Would recommend.
My friend and I went around peak brunch time and were able to be seated almost immediately. Our server was incredibly friendly, although service itself was a little slower than expected - again, it was peak brunch time and pretty busy, so we did not mind the wait at all. Our food came out hot and delicious. Our longest wait was to get the check, but we just hung out and chatted since we didn't have anywhere to be. If you're in a rush and need fast dining, this may not be the best option unless you come at a less busy time. We ordered the Samoan Toasties with the coconut on the side so we could add as much or little as we wanted and they were so good. I got the chocolate elephant French toast, which was loaded with toppings. My friend got the fruity crepe and added a flambeed banana and reported deliciousness.
Great mimosas, which is sort of the point. The first drink I ordered was a Valentine's special. Was is good? Yep. Was it worth paying twice as much as their regular mimosas? Not really. My server was very attentive. I ordered the Baja California benedict. Really good. Hash browns...also good. I ordered this because I would never make the effort to create the dish at home. In that respect it was good. Entrees are priced right around the $15-17 range. Mimosas are $6-13. The restaurant wasn't too busy. I waited less than 5 minute for a table, though there are a handful of seats at the bar. It's a popular spot for local moms to day drink and gather.
We had a lovely Mother’s Day at Mimosa House. We like that they take reservations. I wish more places still did this. Our wait to be seated was not long. Maybe 5-10 minutes when we showed up, and we were a party of 8. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided real Menus rather than online ones. Thank you. The food came out reasonably quick and was hot. The food was well presented and appetizing. It tasted good too. My complaint was that they gave me a paper straw. They disintegrate in your drink and you can taste the paper. Cost was a bit high for breakfast food, but it was very good breakfast food. So there is that. Outside seating is great until it rains or the sun beats down on you. The umbrellas at tables outside were far and few between. Inside of the restaurant is on the smaller side, so they use the outside for larger parties. Overall we will likely come back but would want a reservation for an inside table so we aren’t rained on.
Friday July 18, 2025. First time here. Walked in, not sure where I ran into the nice hostes, and she guided me back to the small hostel stand. I asked for a back corner seat where she took me with menue items.3 minutes go by and she brought water to my table. Review of the menu, all items look great! 12 minutes later, the server came over to take my order. He introduced himself as Tyler. Bar was filled with people (at firstI was going to sit therebut a woman'spursewas occupying the seat). There is outside seating, which one side was full when I was there. I ordered an Americano, but Tyler said the machine does not work ☹️. I went with the regular coffee. I then proceeded to order the Bacon and Eggs (scrambled soft) with Country Potatoes and one Pancake. Off David went to place the order. Coffee came back immediately, and coffee was very good and hot! About 17 minutes later, the food arrived. The food presentation was very appealing. Pancake was large and delicious and probably should put two of the syrup containers with the pancakes. Eggs were cooked as I requested. Home style Potatoes were very good. However, the bacon looked and tasted as if it's been sitting in a warmer all morning. Should have taken it out the warmer and put on the flat top to try to get some sense of crisp instead of the Soggy texture. Good bacon to serve such a waste. I ask for an original mimosa. Mimosa came right away. Mimosa was PERFECT. MImosa here is not in a Champagne Flute, but in a Wine Glass filled to the top You only need one!! Very chilled and can actually taste the even balance of Champagne and Orange Juice!!. The check arrived, which came to $42.56 plus $10 tip. Will probably be back with a friend(s) for an update.
The wait was approximately 10 minutes, and the food was lukewarm. Our server, I can not recall the young man's name, was ok, besides the fact that he did not pay attention to detail. I ordered a BLT no bacon, yes, no bacon with egg whites and hash brown. It came with potatoes, the gentlemen fixed my order but it's the small thing. My fiance ordered the vegetarian breakfast burrito with salsa and black beans. The salsa comes on the burrito, so it was a wet and soggy breakfast burrito. She would have preferred the salsa on the side or a heads up from the server that the salsa was on the burrito. We also ordered 2 mimosas each. They were alright, but I've had better. The grand total was approximately 60.00$, including a tip. Yes, we still tipped, but it definitely was not over the scale.
I had the filet and shrimp Benedict and if it wasn’t for the Tabasco, salt & pepper I had put on it, it wouldn’t have had any flavor at all. I’m not saying it tasted bad, it just didn’t have any taste at all. Even the hollendaise was unimpressive. Service was adequate and bloody Mary’s a little weak. For the amount you’re going to spend eating here, I highly recommend going elsewhere
Very disappointed!! I will not be back ever. I love eggs Benedict, and what makes a good dish. Is a runny egg. My egg was over cooked!! Problem 1 & next I was over charged for our mimosa. Did bottle service, $25 - not worth it. No service!! And was charged $7.50 for a shot of vodka that we didn’t get!! (It was a splash of vodka, & oj) It was an extra $1 charge, from menu. And I confirmed with waitress!! With “bottle service” you pick 2 flavors. Again, I confirmed with waitress about charges. It looked like it was $9. So I said so you want me to pick flavors & that’s an extra $18?? No, no… blah blah When I called and spoke to manager, she did nothing to make things better.(however, manager said we should’ve received a full shot of vodka because that’s what I was charged for!) but again, no resolution. All she said was, I’ll talk to them… See pictures… after paying $25 for a none bottle service. We get one small shot of juice. & another little shot that that said has vodka in it. Ummmm just juice! But thanks for the extra charge. Horrible customer service, I blame for not fixing it
Don't try the Benedict special its disgusting. Told the server really didn't feel like i should pay $22 for something I didn't eat. But the server didn't care to even try to make it right. She dropped our food never asked until the table was done an she dropped the check off to ask if it was good. The 1 soda didn't get refilled never asked if we wanted another cocktail. Very disappointed in the service and the food. Hunny you should never assume we are terrible tippers! Because two of the three have or still do your job an we do it ten times better.
