Abby is legit the best waitress ever. We come here after a hard day at work just to see her. She always brightens the vibe and is generally so quick and friendly, all the servers are but she's our fave!

Amazing!!Celebrated by birthday and had a really amazing time. The Server/Waitress Shawnie was extremely kind and helpful with the 3 for me. She made sure my mom and I were having a great day. The food was excellent and exactly what we wanted it was the best yet. Everything was clean and we were seated immediately. Best birthday celebration thank you.

Took some friends (old and new) out for lunch, and had a great time! Had to wait for a table, even though there were several tables open. But the food was well worth the wait, and the service once we were seated was flawless. I highly recommend the combo platter -- it's amazing!

The food portions are large for their special pricing. You definitely need a to-go box. Food is great. Chili was too spicy for me but I took it home in hope of calming it down. The 3 for $10 menu is quite a bargain. Service was good considering how many tables she had to cover. And with the social distancing she was running across the restaurant back and forth. 4/24 food again, was very good. There is no hostess to seat you. There was a short wait to get seated. Later when it got busy there was quite a few people waiting to be seated. One lady was quite inpatient and starting yelling and went back toward the kitchen yelling. People have to remember that the pandemic has caused problems in getting hired help.

My friend and I went to lunch here on 9/28/21 right when they opened at 11 a.m. I wish I would have paid attention to my server's name because she was so nice and personable. The food was amazing, we had ordered their chicken crispers! I admit, dining out is a rare occasion for me and it has been a couple years since I've been to this location. Based on previous reviews, I must have been lucky because I did not have a negative experience at all. Maybe it was the time of day, maybe it was because I was nice or perhaps it was just luck.

I was in the mood for a DBL BBQ burger. The first time 3 weeks ago, the burger meat was seasoned perfectly during the cooking! It was so good I had to try it again the following week but it wasn't seasoned. That's the difference between GREAT and just ok. Chef's, pay attention and please season the burger meat! Still enjoyed the meal and the service was awesome! I'll be back.

If you grew up in Lodi you grew up going here. Long before all the other shopping centers were there Chili's was there feeding people and serving up some good drinks. I don't know if there is a better place to sit down and relax with some friends on this side of town but I would bet not. Thanks for the countless great memories Chili's

They have new management ( Sam) and they are really turning things around post Covid! The restaurant is much cleaner, vibrant, and it shows with the amount of customers that are here. The food is cooked as ordered and the service is friendly and quick. If you gave up on Chili’s I definitely recommend you give it a try again! Great place for families with kids !

I placed an order to be picked up, and they ran a little late but no big deal. The curbside attendant was awesome! He apologized for the wait and asked if we needed any extra sauces or silverware. He displayed excellent customer service. The food was really as well, and they give good size potions.

Okay, we've coming to this Chili's for a while now. We love the food and the service has been great, until today. We got seated at our table at 5:26pm, the waitress didn't came to our table till 5:47pm. We waited 20 minutes before we can get attended, the waitress comment was "So sorry, I didn't even know this was my section." So, we gave her a break, but the rest of the evening she was M.I.A. We came here for my boy's 10 birthday, which I told one of the servers, and they completed forgot about it. Then when I asked our waitress to bring take home boxes, she forgot as well, so I got up to get them myself. I'm still giving this place a 5 stars because their food is always great. And 4 stars on service, every other time we've been here, it's been really good. And a one time bad service is not going to make it all bad.

We enjoyed our experience at Chili's. I hadn't been here for a while, but was pleasantly surprised. We were seated quickly, and quickly ordered our drinks. The service was the best! We ordered and received our meals promptly. Our server continually checked on us, quickly getting anything we needed. All staff that we interacted with were the best! Our food was pretty good and the portions were plentiful. Overall a really good experience.

We and 2 other couples decided to try this place again on 8/28/24 since they were doing a "3 for me" deal. The food was very good. The attentiveness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff was unbelievable! Kudos to our great server Surena! She didn't even flinch when we asked if 3 separate checks were doable. Also, wanted to note that my husband spilt his drink all over the table and dripping onto the floor. I flagged down a guy, Jared, and he immediately cleaned it up and brought my husband a new drink. Later, I found out from another staff member that Jared is the manager. Amazing! I respect him for quickly solving the simple issue without ordering other busy staff from their tasks. We've already decided we'll be adding this Chili's to our group's happy hour/dinner rotation. Good prices, good food, and great friendly staff!

Sundays are Happy Hour days so I got 2 drinks for the price of 1. This location is a busy one but I come with my best friend and the staff is very attentive. I ordered the triple dipper platter. Nashville Hot Mozzs, Sliders, and Bone in Honey Chipotle wings. Spent $28 I’m not mad

We went out to celebrate my son’s birthday and had a really nice time. I took my son, daughter, and grandson out for dinner. My son ordered the honey chicken sliders, wings, and fries. My daughter had the shrimp pasta, I ordered the Santa Fe salad (a bit too spicy for me, but still good), and my grandson enjoyed pizza. Overall, it was a great experience with a welcoming atmosphere. The manager, Mr. James, was very kind and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated the service and had a wonderful night together.

Literally one of the sweetest gestures ever. My toddler and I just left Chilis. We had to take our dog to the vet to get stitches so killed time by getting lunch. I was already very emotional about our dog but also was dealing with a very tired toddler. Went to go pay and our server bought our lunch for us! I didn’t even get his name, but it was so very sweet of him. I’ve never had an act of service done for me and it caught me so off guard. Thank you!

Food was pretty good, drink we ordered was great, and the service from our server Kingston was fantastic. Made sure drinks were never empty, was easy and pleasant to talk to, helped a nearby table with getting their photo together, the kind of service that certainly encourages return visits.

Surprisingly we had a great dining experience, for a chain Restaurant. I've been to other Chili's and THIS LOCATION is top notch. Kudos to mgmt and a well trained staff. I would however work a bit with the hostess and her nonchalant attitude. Our server Was Excellent and her attention to detail was impressive! I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this location.

Chilies restaurant is very good and the service is very good and the employees are very nice and they help you if you are vegetarian or have an allergy they are very helpful. Their food is very good and has a lot of flavor and they have really good French fries with ranch on the side, they also have really good chips with guacamole and with a spicy sauce. But their bathroom toilets is overflowing and one of the faucet does not work and with the soap dispenser also out of soap or not working. You should try their pasta it taste amazing and is full of favor including some spices in it. But otherwise everything else taste amazing and you should definitely come to this restaurant and get their food.

It was a great quick lunch. The waitress who seated us was amazing. Actually stopped what she was doing to seat us and made sure we were seated at a table because my husband was in a wheelchair. Our actual waitress was training but did amazing. My sandwich was the best I've had for over 2 years. Came in to give it one more shot and your team scored. Thank you so much!!!!!

I had the 3 meat Fajitas. the chicken was lame and bland. the steak and shrimp were pretty good. Next time I'm gonna stay with my usual -- full rack of ribs. Very good for +/- $18

Server was a great. Solved my problem very fast. I’ve ordered Mushroom Jack Chicken Fajita but mushrooms were dirty. It looked like it was made on dirty grill with small black pieces of soot. But my order was remade on a fly within few minutes. Fajitas was great. A portion isn’t really big but it’s enough to feed average guest I guess. Silverware was chip like bought at Walmart $.99 for a pair. Steak knife was little rusty. I’m giving 4 stars to this place but it worth about 3.5 May come back coz food tastes good.

Bartender ran the whole bar area tables included. Keep in mind there was hardly anyone at the bar. Tv's weren't all working. Food came out ok, but dirty dishes took forever to remove. Plus drinks took awhile to be served after they were ordered. Usually we get good service, maybe they were short staffed.

Always enjoyed food and service here. Went today,about 3:30, not busy. We had the 6oz steak dinner. Steak was under cooked, for medium, seamed much smaller, but they filled the plate with broccoli. We were supposed to get cheesecake for dessert, but after waiting 25 minutes, and they were not busy, it never arrived so we left. Don't think we will eat there anymore

Normally we enjoy our meals when we eat there, but for some reason the food wasn't up to par. I thought it was just me since I wasn't really hungry, but my wife was starving and she made the initial comment about the food just being ok. Our server was great. She let us know she was "all over the place" but she was on top of her game. The place was clean and there were multiple TVs covering most angles and seats. We'll give that particular location another chance, but it won't be any time soon since there are many other options in the area.

Nice waitress but she was rushed, terrible food service chicken was cooked little too much and was hard to chew and digest. We were table of six and it was long wait had to wait a long time to order the meals too. It was busy and people were not being seated soon so we waited. Nice view of my. Diablo there out front at Chili's restaurant. It was ok after all but took a whole. Three stars. They could do better!

One of our meals was a chicken sandwich, it was survived crispy on the outside and still frozen in the middle. I had salmon it was very good. Server was either new or really not trained. Food dropped before silverware, asked for steak sauce didn't get till nearly done with meal and only after asking twice. Asked for pepper for soup and didn't get until asking other server walking by. When she dropped the change back from my cash payment it was suppose to be $18.98. She said she didn't have change, so she only gave us $18.00. Or we could wait and she would ask manager for some coin.

Customer service wasn’t that well. A group of 4 and I arrived 1h 30m before closing. We waited for more than 30 minutes before we were asked for drinks. Long story short, the food was cold and bland. I mentioned to the manager that she doesn’t have enough servers and she said they did, which was a lie. Isabelle was the only server for the night. She did her damn job very well, professionally, and cordially. They’re was not a mistake when she came to us. Thank you Isabelle. Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you to the manager who took $40 off our tab and charged us $30 instead of $70. Overall a great place to eat at decent prices. Extra star for that. 🙏🏾

Our server was not at all concerned with the accuracy of our order. He missed several of our choices. Brought the wrong food. We also waited over 30 minutes for one of our family members. No apology. This is not typical for Chili's. If the server doesn't want to do his job then he should work elsewhere. The food runner was great and apologized for each wrong order. Management, please check in on your servers to see if they are customer focused. There are so many other restaurants we could have chosen. Sad.

Chili's has been my favorite place to go for years, but recently the quality of food, and service have gone downhill. After taking our food order the waitress never came again to check on the table. It wasn't even busy she only had two tables with customers in her section. We went looking for her to get a refill on drinks and found her on the side of the restaurant that was closed (because they lacked customers). She and all the other servers were hanging out chatting in a big group. Every Chilis is like this now and I won' t be going anymore.

I really wanted to be able to give more stars! My son warned me before we went to lunch at this Chili's location that it had like 2.8 stars. I told him no way that's right I love Chili's. Well I can only give 3 stars. So the server was phenomenal! She answered all our questions and was super helpful and attentive. The issue was with the kitchen staff. I got the fajitas (I always do!) How can they screw up fajitas right!? Well I ordered the triple but got 2 orders of shrimp 1 of steak. What was delivered to me, well the normal triple. This would not have been a big deal except then instead of leaving my food and making it right in the kitchen, the guy who brought my meal then takes it away. Now half the fun of the fajitas is the presentation! When you take away my food even after I ask you to just leave me the part that's correct, and you don't Well you have now ruined the meal! So he takes away my food and then when I get it back half the shrimp just didn't quite look cooked enough. I'm sure it was okay but it was questionable. So it was thrown away at home. Oh and the Tortillas were hard. So had to request new ones. Sadly I just wasn't very satisfied with the meal. The company, my adult son of course made up for the meal. The server she was great and definitely wished she'd delivered the fajitas, she said she'd have left the food and brought me more shrimp. My guess is the kid running out the fajitas needed lunch and got to eat the chicken. So yeahbas long as you don't customize the triple fajitas it should be fine. The staff are very nice and the place is clean and well maintained. Hope you have a good meal. 🎶 "Chili's Baby Back Ribs, BBQ Sauce, I Want My Chili's Baby Back Ribs!" 🎶

Something is off on their chicken wings. Second time in a month I get the same rancid taste from their fried wings. The rest of the food is good, but something is off. Maybe the oil their using. Other than that it was good. Not good enough to make me come back soon like years ago.

This could be a great little neighborhood spot, because there are lots of cheap appetizers and a few drinks specials. I think the chicken wings are not very good and there was an up charge on my bill although the server said I could swap it for free based on the combo I ordered. This wasn’t a problem, but I didn’t figure it out until I looked at the bill. The payment machines are very dirty and nasty. You do get a family friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. They also do a little birthday song if you’re celebrating. The quality of food and service has degraded over the years. Serving sizes have been reduced as well. I ordered a salad and the lettuce was wilted and the chicken was tough. My husband requested a substitute for ranch but his meal still came with ranch. Used to enjoy coming here as a nostalgic guilty pleasure but it just doesn't hold up anymore.

The management seemed clueless about seating people.The food was good but all three orders were wrong in one way or another. The portion size on the chicken pasta was lunch portion but dinner cost. I dont mind paying more for items but I do expect to get what I pay for. Overall experience was not good. Pittsburg location is a lot better save yourself a headache and just go there.

The food was terrible. First time having fajitas on a non-sizzling plate. Rice, beans, and chicken were cold. Asked for medium rare steak, and it was well-done. The drinks were strong and good and the bartender was great. He gave good customer service at the bar only. The hostess didn't greet us, turned to talk to another employee is how we ended up at the bar. It was early, so I don't understand the poor service and quality.

Not sure what happened- but the food has gone downhill. The fries taste like cardboard. The burgers taste like charcoal, and the Santa Fe chicken salad is lettuce and tomatoes with spicy Doritos and freeze dried chicken. Customer service is fabulous!

The server was wonderful! Outgoing, funny, and very understanding. The manager came out and apologized for the issue we had. No complaints on them. However, the food wasn't very good. My sons friend ordered Original chicken crispers... Nothing crisp about them! Odd, rubbery texture and soggy coating. Tried having new ones done but they were just as bad. She ended up ordering a burger to go, since we were already done with our meals. We waited well over 30 minutes for it.. (I believe they forgot as it was getting close to closing) We finally got it.after asking.. Cold! Very disappointed. Luckily the service was good or it would have been zero stars.

This Chilis location used to be my favorite to eat at but it has gone downhill since Covid hit. They are either understaffed or have run out of menu items. This last visit they had ran out of French fries, when we ordered coffee it was cold. We should have known to just eat somewhere else, when we were sat down by the host we were told our server is new so it might be a while. I t was a long wait for our drinks and food and when the food came we had to send one dish back due to being made incorrectly so we waited some more. I keep trying to give it one more chance by eating there one more time, like I said this used to be my favorite location and I’d hate to see it go.

We got the steak and shrimp fajita mix me and my wife said the same thing the steak had a very rubber taste to it the food was not good at all even my kids hated it but the service was great our waiter was very friendly not coming back anytime soon

The service was great my waitress Kimi was on top of everything. She knew all the hot sauces which is good and she made sure we were doing good the whole time. But I did not like the food. I don’t know if it’s because we came around 11:30am and the chef doesn't care about how the food tastes that early. We ordered the fajitas and i have ordered it many times and it is always great! Today, they were undercooked and it was gross. I didn’t want to start any issues because I had to leave to work and the waitress was good, but I waisted my money and didn’t eat any of it. I ordered the chicken crispers and they were cold and soggy. I have no idea how u can mess up on something so simple. Who ever is the chef on a Monday around 11am but they do not know what they are doing. Its sad to go into a place where u spend ur money at and be totally disappointed. Please get a better chef or don’t be open at all.

Husband and I decided to go out for dinner. The wait Ilwas not too bad 15 minutes. The food however was a different story. My husband ordered the shrimp pasta and I ordered the 6 oz medium rare sirloin steak with corn and loaded mash potatoes. When the food arrived it.looked great until I cut i to my steak to find out it was over cooked and the entire meal was cold. My husband took a bite of his shrimp and pasta and made a comment someone must have forgotten about the meal it is cold. If I wasn't so hungry I would have just turned it away and not eaten a thing. The only thing I enjoyed was my sunrise margarita. My husband even stayed his beer tastes flat smh. I'm sure disappointed in this place again .

Service quality for take out and delivery is 1 out of 5. I’ve given a lot of times but always and forever they will miss one thing in your order.. either the fries, ranch, sauce or even the meal itself. Don’t ever trust them whenever they will give you the takeout bag. It’s always disappointing whenever you get home. Spare some time checking your order in front of them.

Terrible on all categories all the way across! Service terrible, waited 30 mins before server even approached! wasn't many people either. Food terrible! Waited another 30-40 mins for the food. All items were either BLAND or OVER seasoned, no in between! Wouldn't come here anything other than a beverage!

My opinion the food is garbage here. Idk how I let my wife talk me into going every gosh darn time. Food:🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Service: 🗑🗑🗑 Atmosphere:👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Oh yeah, don't order steak or they will burn it.

We would go to chili's two to 3 times a month. With my service Dog 🐕‍🦺 as I have cancer ..as soon as we walked in the door yesterday the bench to sit and wait were gone as the host area was gone it 10 mins to get a table as soon as we sat down the young man said my service dog must be under the table and said it rudely..I showed them her I'd card then a lady came say dogs have to be under table with a rudely voice..the place whent to he'll in one month .the workers use to hi how are you and smile..not today feel uncomfortable as soon as you walk in ...all new workers and the manager or lady had a bad attitude 😒 I do not give them a star as it was bad.must be new bad management.. I said we can go so where else . More friendly!!!! Good luck ..bad service soon as you walk in name is right you get the chills as soon as you walk in now !!!!!! We use to spend Two To Three Hundred dollars every time we whent.. Cracks in the floors and floor dirty.. and stayed. I would not send anyone there now !!!

Ordered through Door dash twice. The first time I had to go there to get correct item, which defeats the purpose of having it delivered, checked it as I walked to the car, once again my food was wrong. Thought I’d try again this week, same thing. Tag on the item says what it’s supposed to be, but the item was wrong. Won’t be getting anything from them anymore. They blame DoorDash and it’s not the Doordashers fault. They aren’t allowed to open the food to check it. I’m not expecting this location to be staying open either.

Just left the Chili's in Pittsburgh. The service was horrible. Waited and waited for someone to take our order. I even went and asked the bartender if we were seated in the wrong seats to get served. Bartender speaks to 2 waiters, who look directly at us and go back to the kitchen and come back out with nothing in their hands and still don't come over, so we left. We will never go back. This isn't the first time this had happened, but it's the last time for us. We'll go to the Brentwood Chili's in the future.

We go to Chili’s quite often to dine in, tonight I placed my order to be delivered, I got a text at the time food was supposed to be delivered that my order has been CANCELLED contact the store! I called three times to see what the hell was going on to be placed on hold for quite awhile each time, then they said they could not take my call and just hung up! I’m More than pissed!

Absolutely terrible! I ordered online it said 15 minutes till I picked up food. I waited 45 minutes. I asked over and over and the lady literally in the middle of me talking to her picks up the phone and ignored me. I asked to speak to a manager she said she was one and said she would get me another. SHE NEVER DID. Then after 30 min of me waiting she proceeds to tell me she doesn’t have my ordered and I MUST HAVE ordered at the wrong place which I didn’t eventually they found my ticket and when I got my food half my order was missing and it was cold like it’s been sitting for over an hour also she was extremely rude to literally every one that came in. I understand your busy but don’t treat your customers like trash because your in a bad mood!

First off I wanna shout out to Bryanna and Sam they were the most friendly, understanding and helpful. Now I Went here to eat with friends and literally over heard the manager tamarin tell her employee to “stop being lazy”. Like what?! Why would you tell your employees that? The server McKenna had no sense of urgency and seamed like she didn’t care. The cooks didn’t Seam to wanna rush anything out as well. The management here really needs to evaluate the way they train and help there employees make there customers happy. Overall terrible experience. And I will not be ordering or coming back to this location.

We had a friendly hostess greet us (Mary). We asked about available tables in the bar for happy hour. Family of 5 needing a highchair. We where told the only table for high chairs is the last table and it needs cleaning. So we went to wait next to the table because it was the only one we could use a highchair. After waiting for the table to be cleaned and fetching my own highchair we where told by management,Jose, that there are no highchair allowed in the bar area. He did nothing to accommodate our family. We wanted to enjoy appetizers for the happy hour price and the wait time for a table exceeded 30 minutes. We left not because of the hostess but because the management is extremely unprofessional . Not at all Family friendly. We also like to add that with your new decor I could see employees undressing and standing around in a group while waiting for my table to be cleaned. Not up to health code in my option dressing in the service area.

There was a wait for an empty restaurant with servers standing around. Then, the appetizer was practically thrown on our table. Our food was sent to the wrong table for half an hour then brought to our table. When we sent back a cold burger, it never came back. We had the server remove it from the bill and left. I think it's time to give up on all Chili's restaurants between the menu changes, the staffing issues, and the change in atmosphere it is no longer a pleasant experience.

After being one of mine and my family’s favorite restaurants, the Antioch Chilis has gotten so bad, we’ll never go back. Ordering online for curbside pickup, 1 the app doesn’t allow you to check in and 2, nobody picks up the phone. So there’s no more curbside, you have to go in to get your food. The quality of the chicken in the chicken strips is so bad I can’t even order them for my son anymore. The salad my wife got was half empty in the container and instead of dressing they gave her honey mustard! Missing several items from my order including 2 orders of fries! The ribs were of such poor quality and over cooked so badly they were mostly inedible. What I could eat of them has now made me sick and possibly given me food poisoning! Please beware and be careful of this location. I will for sure never return to them! Don’t know what’s happened but whatever it is, I’m done!

Horrible service, my family walked in today and was not acknowledged at all . The manager looked us dead in the face and walked past , then he seats us and gives menus . Party of 4 people all went separately to the restroom to wash hands come back and still never acknowledged by a host. The manager then walks by and tells the cleaner to clean the table near us , so my husband asked are we going to be served ? The manager said oh let me see and never comes back this was a 20min wait by now and still no drink order or silverware. We waited another 5mins and left. Please hire more professionals to work for your company you just lost over $200 dollars in service today.

We came in for lunch and had a great super friendly server, we ordered and one person ordered a burger with no tomato as she is deathly allergic. Food comes out and her burger has tomato on it, we mention it to our server and he apologizes and takes it back to the kitchen to be remade no big deal. Everyone else’s food was great. Her second burger comes out and before she can even think about picking up her burger or checking for no tomato she sees something dart off her plate. She goes to look and it runs onto my plate. She crushes it and looks at the napkin only to find it’s a BABY COCKROACH. We tell the server who is apologetic and helpful and he goes to grab a manager. We wait for about 5 minutes, all of us grossed out staring at this cockroach until the manager comes over. He already seems irritated and he’s like what’s the problem with an attitude. We tell him what happened and all he says is “k I’ll be back” and goes to the kitchen. So we wait another 5 minutes and he comes back and says “yeah I’ve never seen a cockroach” we tell him ok well here’s a cockroach. He says “I’ll take that off the bill sound good?” My aunt who got the cockroach is LITERALLY vomiting in the bathroom out of disgust and we tell him no we’re not eating any of this we want it all comped as none of us have barely touched our food. He leaves and comes back offering a 50% discount. I told him that’s completely unacceptable, why wouldn’t you comp the barely touched food when you have baby LIVE cockroaches coming out of the kitchen on plates, if you have babies you have adults for sure. He keeps offering a 50% discount and we keep refusing. He leaves and comes back and all he says is “I took care of the bill” then walks away without giving us a chance to say anything. No apology or anything from the manager. We were upset but still being respectful and he had an attitude the entire time. Horrible customer service, will NEVER return. They’ve also been shut down before for a cockroach infestation in the past so I know he’s lying when he says he’s never seen one.

To Go station is hit or miss. When behind or in a rush, will mess your order up. Resturants don't practice food safety when cold drinks and warm food sit at room temperature or warmer. Our To Go drinks should be cold (placed in a fridge), warm food placed in something that keeps it warm. Got home and my burger bun was cold. Can't wait until all the resturants go out of buisness. American food is trash anyways, see a lot of big backs herding in there. Done will Chili's.

Ordered to go on September 25, 2020. The salad container was only filled 1/2 way. When I opened it, the green salad was brown on the edges and everything inside the container was wilted. Salad also smelled really, really bad!!!! It’s time to get the food inspectors to close this place down AGAIN and AGAIN!!! Now I remember why I stop going here for 2 years. SMH ...

This is at least the 6th time that the food has been winch poor quality. The last time we dined in, we walked out without eating! This is supposed to be well done steak. My husbands order didn't have his salad and my sons didn’t have the corn on the cob. I ordered a bacon burger with no mayonnaise and it came with mayonnaise and no bacon. I am done with Chili’s!

First off. My wife order a steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The steak was way over cooked and the asparagus was completely raw. Second my kids cheese pizza came wrapped in tin foil and the cheese stuck to the tin foil. I find it hard to come up with a reason why someone would wrap a pizza in tin foil. My burger was order as no pink and obviously it came pink. My Titos bloody marry did not taste like a bloody mary at all. Dipping sauces for all of my appetizers was missing. Grilled cheese was cold and cheese was hard not melted. Basically if you want raw and undercooked food at the same time this is the place for you.

Sadly this was the worst Chili's experience I've ever had. If it hadn't been for our amazing waitress we certainly would have left. All we could do was laugh about it. We knew as soon as the hostess tried "not" to seat us that it would not be but decided to stay anyways. In the past Chili's has always been pretty good but to mess up so much of our order and then not compensate as promised 🙃 was pretty sad. 1. Shredded cheese in a margarita 2. Stated dairy allergies and had cheese on the steak that is not even part of the dish 3. Ordered a blended drink received something completely different 4. Order spinach dip received queso instead 5. Ordered Rib Eye medium received it extra well and forgot to bring our the replacement I always give good reviews and this is the 1st time I've ever had to give a bad review . It actually makes me feel bad but I don't want to see someone else go through what we went through especially when it was for my daughter-in-law's birthday who never even ended up getting to eat because of the allergies. Sadly this isn't even all of it. The bathroom floors were disgusting. I don't think they ever mop the corners of the floor. There was a broom on the floor in the hallway that someone could trip over. It just goes on and on. Maybe part of it is because of Covid and they're just trying to get back on their feet but Chili's is a chain restaurant and it shouldn't be like that.

I ordered through door dash as a pick up order. When my husband came back with the food I wanted my dessert first. I got the mini molten lava cake, which I have had before at the restaurant. I open the box and there is maybe 1 bite of ice cream they put in a very small condiments container and the cake was cold! Super irritating.

This is the worst Chills I’ve ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Let me just start by saying that it took a good 15 minutes for a host to even approach us and greet us. When we finally got a table we were ignored, a group of 10+ people walked in after we had already gotten our table and they were greeted, and even got to put in their drink order. After waiting another good 5 minutes we decided that we were just not going to be getting any service so we walked out. I could understand the long wait if we too were a large group but I had 2 other people with me, clearly we were not a large group. I will not be dining here ever again. Do to racial discrimination and inequality. This location needs other workers and staff members that make the restaurant better not worse.

If i could give the service less than 1 star, I would. I dated at the bar for like 25 minutes and had 5 people walk by me and no one was wanting to give me anything. Keep in mind it was 1215 on a Wednesday and it was practically empty. 4 other people at the bar and some were waiting others had waited and left. I came back 2 other times to test to see if this was a regular thing. The lunch service is terrible. Haven't tried the dinner service. Most likely won't.

Took my wife for birthday lunch. Big mistake. Ordered ribeye medium, arrived without an ounce of seasoning, and was well, well done. Broccoli was so over, over salted it was inedible. Potatoes heck of runny. Told the server who didn’t seem much interested, but said he’d had cooked it correctly, and would advise management. No one else came over, we paid 120 bucks and got the worst meal in years. My wife’s steak 🥩 and veggies 🥦 were horrible, same as mine. Only reason I didn’t make a stink cuz it’s my wife’s birthday, and she hates and refuses to send food back. If I could give negative starsI certainly would. Will not be returning to this store ever.

We waited for a total of 7 minutes to be greeted at the entrance, and then another 7 minutes to be seated at our table. After we placed our food order, Chili's served our main course first, and then, quite surprisingly, our appetizers arrived a whole 20 minutes later. This happened on a Tuesday when the restaurant was not busy at all. Despite the lack of crowd, we had to actively seek out a server to refill our drinks as they were not attentive. Additionally, we found it frustrating that the staff would not answer the phone after 9pm. Overall, the service was very poor, and I would go as far as saying that McDonald's provides better service than Chili's.

Update: Met up with family to dine during lunch. Super slow service and poor service. It was not busy at all. Again, do not recommend it. This Chili's will probably close in the near future. Avoid at all costs. FOOD is terrible. Cold and greasy and poorly prepared. Ordered online and got home and order was wrong, no biggie called and they took the order again. Got the food a second time and it was correct but gross and soggy. Bacon was soggy and under cooked pure fat on my burger. Yuk. Crispers cold soggy and this was made fresh a second time. Save your time and money.

My family and I went in tonight to get dinner. We gave our name and a number to be put on a 25 to 30 minute wait list. We get it, it was busy. We waited around an hour before asking where we were in the queue, only to find out the host apparently didn't even put our name down, so our position in the queue kept getting pushed back. They then told us, two more minutes, and we waited nearly 5 before we just told the host to cancel us and we left. We normally enjoy the food here, but the staff never even came to check on us. We were waiting in the front near them the entire time as they seated people who showed up after us and left before I even asked them what was going on. I am extremely disappointed in this location during this attempt at a visit.

Our server Abby was a gem she gets 5 stars, very kind, attentive, our glasses never went empty, and was accommodating as could be. The manager Louisa however was NOT. I asked for them to replace my sliders patties for a veggie one since I don’t eat red meat— something I’ve never had a problem with before. What I got from her monotone— not willing to help attitude, was essentially that id have to either settle with meat or pay more for a full veggie burger but she was not willing to make a very easy dietary change to my triple dipper. On top of that, the other two items had the wrong sauces. One star for Louisa who put a dampen on my birthday!

got there 30 min before closing and ordered chicken ranch quesadilla and got it and chicken was raw!!! and called waitress over and she appologized and went got a so called manager who came over to table and did not introduce himself..he was a big black guy and asked if wanted a new one and i said yes so he got it. eefused to comp the meal per the waitress who was great and she said he would only take $8 off.. we will never be back...STAY AWAY HORRIBLE MANAGER AND UNCOOKED CHICKEN.this is being forwarded to the county health dept

I had a very disappointing experience at Chili’s. We were told there would be a 10-25 minute wait, but I noticed two groups without reservations being seated ahead of my party of three. When I raised this with the manager (possibly named Sam), he dismissed my concern, claiming only two names were on the list, even though the host had taken my name and seating preference. His dismissive attitude and unprofessional body language only made matters worse. Once seated, our server “Barbie” was kind and attentive, but the food did not meet expectations. One of our burgers was raw in the middle, and we were told they were out of chips for chips and salsa—only to see another table served chips shortly after. While I understand weekends can be busy, this experience was marked by poor management, inconsistent service, and subpar food. I don’t plan to return anytime soon. Also I provided one cooked and one raw
