We got delivery from them, there is a bit of wait but it is worth it, we ordered a DYI pinsa and a poke, absolutely delicious, very good quality ingredients, great portion size. We can't wait to go to the restaurant itself 😁

So far, I've ordered their Pinsa through Deliveroo, and I have to say it was on time and truly delicious. I tried the Pinsa Gorgo, 'nduja, and caramelized onion...truly excellent!! Speechless!!! The dough was light, even though I ate it late at night, and I had no trouble digesting it. We'll definitely be back to try their other products. So far, great! 👍 October 10th. I can confirm everything, nice location + photos.

Poke quality: good, just the right amount of rice, starch not completely removed (risotto-like), quality ingredients, avocado ice cream-style (something I don't always appreciate), large selection of ingredients (perhaps the widest I've seen). Location: nice, modern, indoor and outdoor seating available. Speed: needs reviewing, preparation a bit slow; we waited almost half an hour for takeout - I recommend getting there early.

You can only order digitally, sometimes with problems. When we went, December 28th (a holiday season but also packed with tourists), there were no napkins (they'd run out), no beers (they'd run out and weren't delivering them), the pinsas arrived lukewarm... the men's restroom was clean but couldn't be locked, leaving anyone in danger... not to mention that the staff at the counter spent their time just looking at their phones... helpful and kind (for goodness' sake). Would I recommend it? Personally, yes, but not during the holidays... or I'd suggest they organize themselves better.

Excellent idea for a quick lunch break. They offer customizable rice poke in various sizes. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. For those who want it, there's pinsa (I haven't tried it yet, but it must be just as good). One negative was the service: a young woman and a young man stood outside the entrance for over half an hour (we were outside) chatting in loud tones and giggling, blatantly ignoring the customers. That's why my rating is low.

Review Update: I'll respond to the owner's sarcasm: if the ravioli tasted of garlic to both diners, the problem lies with the dish, not our experience. I stand by the quality assessment: both the pinsa and the ravioli are marked with an asterisk on your menu (frozen). Selling industrial products at these prices and arrogantly responding to feedback only confirms the terrible experience. Good luck and best regards! Lunch break failed! ❌ We came here for a quick lunch, but unfortunately, we won't be doing it again. We tried the pinsa and the grilled ravioli: the former was clearly a low-quality frozen product, offered at an unjustified price (€8.50 for a Margherita, which isn't far from a supermarket product). The ravioli were as hard as fortune cookies and so full of garlic they were inedible. A word of advice to management: it's better to drastically reduce the menu and focus on a few well-made dishes, rather than offering ten different options, all of which are of poor quality. Not recommended.

Despite the abundant quantity, the food was of very poor quality. We had two poke bowls, both with raw salmon and rice. The salmon was disgusting and seemed expired, while the rice tasted like nothing. Furthermore, the sauces were in short supply. The water was served in bottles that looked dirty, with broken caps that wouldn't open properly. It was also served in scratched plastic cups that gave the impression of unhygienic conditions. The service was also poor, and the waiters were rude and gave us the wrong look more than once. I don't recommend it at all!

We recently tried Pinsakè, and unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. We were disappointed by the flavor of the rice, which seemed to lack any distinctive flavor. We also noticed that the pinsa dough seemed to be frozen, lacking the freshness and fragrance we expected. The chicken wings, unfortunately, were no exception. They arrived frozen, and their flavor didn't quite satisfy our taste buds. It was unfortunate that the ingredients didn't live up to our expectations. Ordering via app was a nice idea, but it eliminated the contact with the waiters, which can often make for a more enjoyable and personalized experience. The lack of this contact made the atmosphere less welcoming and interactive. Unfortunately, we can't recommend Pinsakè. We've discovered that there are other places where you can spend less and enjoy much more flavorful and satisfying food. We hope Pinsakè can improve the quality of its ingredients and the overall experience in the future.
