I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Jackie (Director of Operations) during my recent visit to this locations, and I can confidently say her customer service was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. She not only listened carefully to what I needed, but also went out of her way to offer thoughtful suggestions and solutions. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep knowledge with such kindness and patience. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer – I felt valued and respected throughout the entire interaction. Thanks to Jackie, I’ll definitely be coming back – and recommending this place to everyone I know. Exceptional service like this deserves to be recognized!
This CFA location is always top notch. Very friendly staff, service is always quick and the food is always fresh. I also appreciate that my order (which is almost always placed through the app) is always correct A+++

It's Chick-fil-A and the most Chick-fil-A place you can imagine. The service is excellent and the food is very good as far as fast food goes. They've only gotten my order wrong ones and I go at about every other week as it is easy to get something before my 4-hour road trip. Aside from that there's nothing much more that can be said other than enjoy your food .
Just wanted to give a shout out the manager and staff. I did an online order and mistakenly ordered a spicy sandwich instead of regular. It's totally my fault. But the manager completely understood and switched out my spicy sandwich and gave me a regular sandwich after the fact. He didn't need to do that as it was completely my fault in ordering wrong, but he did it to be nice and helpful. Thank you!! This was on December 29th, around 12:30pm.
Maiyah needs to be Manager. Immediately. After ordering a milkshake, I was a bit upset that I had almost waited 30 minutes after ordering my milkshake to receive it. Then Maiyah helped tend to my order, apologized for the wait. And gave me the milkshake that had seemed to be forgotten about. She shows that she truly cares about customers. If that doesn't demonstrate future manager, I don't know what else we need from a star employee
I used the drive thru to pick up a cobb salad for myself. The line moved quickly. Salad was prepared as ordered. I really appreciate that!

If I could give 10/10 for my visit today, I would! Let me just share a brief summary of this midday testimony. When I picked my son up from school, I went to McDonald’s to use a free promo snack wrap for myself and had a free 5ct nugget discount card I was going to use for my son. My son asked for sprite so I started counting my change to see what we could get, low and beyond the lovely gentleman that was taking our order ‘Jason’, stepped away for a minute and came back and asked what we wanted. In a nutshell this was a beautiful thing to see how God used Jason & overall how God uses Chick-fil-A as a vessel to help bless others using their “guest of the hour” promo. This is a reminder that no matter what, keep the faith. You truly never know what God has in store. Remain faithful, trying times and tests always have the potential to turn into mighty testimonies!!! God bless you Chick-fil-A & Jason.
The food is hot and fresh. No complaints. The bathrooms are clean, and they have the chick fila MINTS finally. I swear they hire either they happiest of people or they brainwash them all with chick fil-a happiness OR maybe they love their jobs.....? Maybe they are all high on chick fil-a syrum???? I don't get how it's possible. Everywhere else staff are miserable. Except most Publix grocery stores. But I've never seen a miserable chick fila employee.... how is this possible... I'm determined to find one, one day. My son loves it. My daughter loves it because he loves it. 2 and 4yo. The drive thru amazing. Delievery pick ups ....amazing.... I block a lot of pick ups. Blacklisted Target. Blacklisted most chipotles (and I love eating there) for picking up deliveries. But chick fil a I come everytime. (So long as the tip is right). Never an issue. Ty for this experience.

NEW REVIEW: Shrinkflation has hit Chick-fil-A apparently. It has been a few years since I have eaten fast food and after 2 very disappointing meals at this restaurant I will probably not be coming back. Portion size has decreased & price is now comparable with a sit down restaurant but the food is not comparable. My SouthWest salad was so cold it was not good as in almost frozen. The chicken club was such a small piece of chicken it was ridiculous. Food is excellent and hot like at most Chick-fil-A franchises. The chicken biscuit remains on of my all-time favorite sandwiches. The service can sometimes be off and/or a little robotic at times at this particular location. I spoke with management in hopes of correcting the customer service behavior issues. The drive thru goes pretty well and eating inside is nice because of the light and clean atmosphere.

The Chick-fil-A in Apopka did a fabulous job serving our fairly large group of students. The food was delicious and served quickly and efficiently! Thank you!!
I have 2 babies. This is the fist experience we’ve had where someone has helped us to a table to get high chairs. I felt that was so attentive and helpful. They also came back with coloring pages, crayons, and a cow hat for my toddler. This was so thoughtful and helpful while we waited for our food, which came out quickly, hot, and delicious! Excellent experience at this Chick-fil-A!

The better of the chick fil a’s in the area. The food is a lot better than others. The biscuits are bigger, fluffier and browner. The minis always have the honey butter. The dining room is much bigger and nicer. Steve does a great job keeping it clean. Only complaint I have is that several employees go on break at the same time and sit in the dining room area talking VERY loudly, so much so you can’t hear what others are saying. It was so bad this morning that a guy at another table asked us if it was just bothering him or us too. It was bothering us very much. We were not able to have our meal in peace due to the loudness of the employees. This went on from when we arrived as they were already seated , till we left. I have no problem with employees taking their break in the dining room but they should be respectful of the customers eating there who would like to eat in peace and use their indoor voices.
Very efficient drive through. The staff working the drive through was very friendly and on top of the orders going out. My only concern is with the staff taking orders and CASH at the drive through. Concern with their safety having that much cash on them, there has to be a better way.

We agreed that the flavor wasn’t there for some reason today. Will come back to try something else and see if that will taste any better if it’s about the same i think im just gonna try some other places.

Not like it used to be, seems to be a new manager if not then something or someone has changed! The foods are no longer fresh and they don’t even heat up the cookies anymore! They’ll give them to people in a bag cold. The team members are no longer friendly, they just rush your order and move along.
The store itself is fine, if you order while you're there. If you order for delivery, forget it. No straws. No napkins. No silverware. And not just once. MULTIPLE times! I love the food so I'll keep getting it, but absolutely annoying that they can't be bothered when it's a delivery!

These people can’t figure out how to make a half sweet half unsweetened tea. Last time I ordered it I got half tea and half lemonade. Just ordered a half sweet and half unsweet tea very specifically and I get straight unsweet tea. That’s just disrespectful to my taste buds.

But come on you can do better for what we're paying. I recommend this place for maybe a quick snack, some nuggets, perhaps some fries. Something quick simple be on your way. But if you're trying to come here for lunch, breakfast or dinner or might as well go to a actual place that you can sit down and enjoy your money.

Ordered food for my lunch ahead. They said it would be ready before I got there showed up 20 minutes after ordering had to wait an extra 20 minutes don’t recommend this location if in a rush
I always love their efficiency. Unfortunately I had went there shortly before closing through the drive-thru. When I later reach my destination of my combo order, my sandwich was missing and they were closed. So that's that. Y'all did me wrong this time.
I’m a big fan of Chick-fil-A as a company good food for fast food, and they’re known for being kind and efficient. Unfortunately, this location consistently falls short of the high standard Chick-fil-A is known for. I go here because it’s the most convenient location near my home, but my experiences through the drive-thru have been frustrating. Almost every time I visit, the staff gets something wrong—whether it’s the wrong order, missing sides, drinks, or sauces. I’ve often gotten home only to realize items were left out. It’s gotten to the point where I have to remind the staff multiple times to make sure I have everything, and yet they still miss things. It’s honestly a bit ridiculous. I completely understand that it can be hard to manage the drive-thru when it gets busy, but as a customer, it’s discouraging and doesn’t make me want to keep coming back to this location.
I’ve been coming to this location since they open and I’m not sure why but almost every time they mess up my order. Even though the order is taken correctly any special requests are overlooked for example I order the deluxe sandwich without cheese box states special order no cheese. I arrive home and like magic there’s cheese. Today I got the spicy chicken sandwich no pickles and of course the bag states special no pickles. I lift the bun before I bite into my sandwich because last time I bit into a sandwich that had pickles and guess what pickles are in my sandwich. As long as we have to wait in your line the order should be correct and I would be okay if this happened on occasion but this happens 9/10 times that someone overlooks the special requests and at this point it is becoming ridiculous.

If you doordash here they put your order at the bottom of the queue and dont verify orders so many are stolen. Dont dash here if youre trying to earn, they will slow you down on purpose

I have been coming here for the past few months and every time there is something missing from my meal! Do you guys check the damn bag/ order before handing it to the customers????? Got home to find my meal with out fries, dressing or the peppers for my salad! HORRIBLE!

Placed my order at 10:26 and tried ordering fries and I was told I had to wait till 10:30 to place the order (doing line again ) when I’ve done this at other chick fill a locations and they have no problem putting the order then. I order the fries through the app, after 15 minutes wait they came out and they were somewhat raw inside. Won’t be visiting this location again!

9:45 am lobby almost empty with no one in line . I ask a simple request. Can I have an order of fries, and I’ll just wait, No rush. The cashier walks off, and supposedly asked her MOD. He says no, the reason is it’s to early. I’ve been to multiple Chics that have fulfilled this request before normal lunch hours. It’s literally fried just like the hash browns that you are currently serving. Friendly. Christian based, customer oriented NO. And another thing, why is the service always so slow here. You maybe serve 8 staples and it takes forever to get food out. Do better Chic-fil-a ..,
I recently went to this chick fil a and witnessed a manager named Tina being blatantly disrespectful to multiple of her employees. The staff members are very nice and accommodating and she makes it feel like a very hostile environment to be at and work in. Please do better.
I ordered breakfast for Mobile dine in at 10:10 am and paid. I then got there at 10:25 and stood at the counter waiting to ask what I needed to scan in to the app. At 10:31 I finally scanned a table after asking someone what to do and them taking a few minutes to come over. Once I scanned the table at 10:31 it deleted My order and said breakfast ended. I then stood at the counter again for another 6 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and told them what happened to which I was told breakfast ended you can get in line and order. Not one care or effort to make the situation right knowing I stood there for over 10 minutes. Your app is absolutely terrible for ordering for pick up or dine in. The customer service you pride yourself on is embarrassing. Unreal. will not be back and go weekly to this location.

Once home I realized I was missing a sandwich and my fries were cold. I went back for my missing sandwich and requested the order be made over because now everything was cold they parked me and I had to wait an additional 25 min., they bring my order to me… my drink size is wrong. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.
