Food is absolutely delicious! Their broths are incredibly flavorful, and there’s a big selection of fresh veggies, noodles, and meats to add to your hot pot. You can customize everything with extra toppings, which makes the whole experience even better. The drinks are refreshing, and the ice cream at the end is the perfect sweet finish. We celebrated a birthday here yesterday, and it was so worth the 50-minute drive. The service was great, the portions were generous, and everything tasted super fresh. If you love hot pot—or want to try it for the first time—I really recommend this place!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (6/5 Stars) The food here is so good. The fixing station has everything you could possibly want — sauces, toppings, and add-ins for your broth or entrée. Everything is incredibly fresh, and the quality really shows. This location is absolutely a must-stop when you’re in the area. The service is outstanding — friendly and attentive without ever being overbearing. My ratings: 🐄 Chuck Eye — 9/10 🥩 Short Plate — 8/10 🐮 Eye of Round — 10/10 🐷 Pork Shoulder — 8/10 🐷 Pork Belly — 10/10 🇺🇸 American Wagyu • Chuck Eye — 8/10 • Cross Rib — 10/10 • Round — 9/10
An overall very nice AYCE shabu shabu place. I actually like that the menu is short and sweet, nice and simple so that you don’t have to think too much and just eat. The quality of the meat is very good and they all cook quickly. The drinks and farmers market items are all self serve, only the meat and broth is ordered via the waiter. The 90 minute time limit is strict, we got forced out right when time ran out. I get that they are busy but I have never been forced out of a restaurant before. Eat quickly to take full advantage of the AYCE!
Mo-Mo Paradise is the real deal! Plenty of parking in the back garage, but trust me...reserve ahead. Things get hectic. We booked for 4:30 pm on a Saturday, and from the moment we sat down, everything was smooth. The place is spotless, modern, and well-designed. Service? Flawless. Meat quality? Top-tier. They serve authentic Japanese veggies that actually taste fresh. But the highlight? Wagyu curry with that red topping. Dip your meat in the broth, then drop it in the curry bowl...absolute game changer. End it all with some free ice cream.
An original branch from Mo-Mo Japan. Sukiyaki specialty restaurant MO-MO-PARADISE opened its doors in 1993 in Shinjuku Kabukicho as an all-you-can-eat specialty restaurant for Shabu-Shabu and Sukiyaki. Over the past 30 years, it has evolved into a global brand, expanding its presence primarily across Asia. Our aspiration is to spread the concept of "More and More, a Paradise of Dedication" throughout the world.
Mo-Mo Paradise is a restaurant with excellent value for money, perfect for those wanting to experience delicious shabu-shabu and an all-you-can-eat buffet. In addition to unlimited meat, the restaurant offers a self-serve drink station and a variety of other self-serve dishes. A standout feature is the self-serve curry rice, which I enjoy every time I visit. I always order their beef chunk eye and beef short plate—my favorites! The restaurant also has a free parking lot at the back, making it very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Mo-Mo Paradise!
I LOVE this hotpot spot! It’s one of my favorite AYCE restaurants because their broths are tasty, meats are high quality and sides are delicious. On top of that, they offer boba and free ice cream dessert. Place gets very crowded so reservations are needed in advance to secure a spot. They have a 2 hour time limit. Went during lunch time at 1pm, the place closes at 3pm for lunch and reopens at 5pm for dinner. Parking is available at the back lot. One thing note is that they charge tip to your order.
This is one of the locations of MoMo. Same with the Rowland Heights location. Great food and great service! Beef quality is great with now there is a new wagyu beef experience for even better beef quality. It does get busy and most nights theres a wait. Make sure give them a call or make a reservation before you go!
Finally had a chance to try out this new restaurant. Since its open, every time we try to put our names on the Yelp waiting list, there was always a 45 minute wait. Today, it was only 15 minutes. We decided to try it out. Just like Yelp's waiting list said, after we arrived, 15 minutes later, we were seated. we were given two prices for Japanese Shabu Shabu lunch, one is $17. 50 for one soup base and $19.50 for two soup base. But if you check in on Yelp, you can get an upgrade to two soups base lunch paying only $17.50. The waiter explained to us that each person will be given two choices of meat and the vegetables, noodles and ice creams are AYCE (all you can eat ). The restaurant also provide all you can drink boba milk tea along with red beans ( my favorite). Unlike the Chinese hot pot restaurants, the veggie choices are limited but good quality. In addition to vegetables, they have udon salads and Japanese curry rice which love. I must have devoured two bowls of curry rice. I was stuffed when I was done with lunch. You have to watch out how much you eat. I didn't realize that I ate more than three refilled of vegetable plates, two bowls of noodles and two bowls of curry rice. Got carried away this time. But I will be back for more next time.
✨We perfected the art of meat twirling✨ at Mo-Mo-Paradise in Arcadia! With locations throughout Southern California and internationally, everyone can enjoy their traditional Japanese AYCE Shabu Shabu or “hot pot” but with a modern twist. They offer 4 choices of soup broth (Shabu-Shabu, tomato, tonkatsu, & Sukiyaki- this was our fave!), a wide variety of premium quality meat cuts served to your table, a farmers market that goes beyond just fresh vegetables & noodles, and the standout Drink Garden (sodas, milk teas, fruit teas, & toppings)🧋
Professional and friendly staff. Kid friendly. Inexpensive. Reasonable meat selection and various options for vegetables/noodles/meatballs/dessert. We particularly love different ice tea drinks.
Best hotpot dining experience ever! Fresh, quality ingredients and cuts of meat. My fav hotpot spot in ALL of SGV. Their peanut sesame dipping sauce was 🔥 Meat selection was limited but no compaints because their offering was fresh and cut in-house. Cleanliness was immaculate.

Everything was so gooood!!!! Best hot pot experience I’ve ever had. Bayley and Curtis were the best server/ host!!!!! The soup was so good the service was even better. 100% would recommend to ppl who haven’t had hot pot. All the sides were perfect, everything was clean and organized. Loveeeeed the staff. Momo paradise is the way to go when it comes to first experience!!
The food is fresh and the soup base is well formulated. The soft drinks from the drink garden does cost extra on top of the seat. They also give out icecream but you’d know to ask, as that’s not listed on their menu. We got the wagyu experience but honestly to our untrained tongue we couldn’t tell the difference between those and the regular beef. Other than the looks when it was raw of course
It's $34.95 for dinner with AYCE drinks at $2.55. I miss the days before COVID when their price included the drinks as well. Momo Paradise hits the spot when I want some AYCE shabu. In all the times I've been here, whether it's lunch or dinner, we've had some pretty awesomely attentive servers. They're great with coming by to check if you want to place more orders and to take away any empty plates. I tend to gravitate to my favorite broths of shabu and tonkotsu. I found the sukiyaki is good for like 20 minutes and then it got too salty and overwhelming. I usually go for orders of the beef eye of round (leanest cut of beef) and chuck eye. I also like the curry and white rice they have available next to their vegetable / fish ball and meat ball selections. I recently found out on my last visit that you can request for a raw egg for your dipping needs and man was that a gamechanger! Just FYI, they charge a 18% service fee, regardless of table size and they do tend to stick hard on the 90 minute dining time. Make sure to have reservations, as I've seen them leave tables empty for reservations, even though there may be plenty of walk-ins.

Amazing, amazing, amazing: definitely make sure you get a reservation. Waiting in the restaurant for a table with all the delicious smells is a bit torturous but it IS worth the wait. The meat and vegetables are fresh and delectable, the sauce bases are well made, and the service is prompt and friendly. Plus it's next to an 85* bakery if you want a little treat for later.
Meat is fresh and good quality. Price went up with 18% service fees. Kids love the noodle and udon. 0-4 years old is free. 5-10 is half price. Curry rice is good.
The service was very smooth and our waiter was fun and polite. When ordering meat there is no limit per round and they will happily give you a whole stack of plates at once. For parties of six or more, there’s an 18% service charge which is separate from the tip. The meat is high quality, where the fatty cuts are fatty and the leaner cuts are rich in flavor. They slice the meat extra thin so it cooks in an instant, even the pork. The farmers market and sauce bar is pretty small though. I think other Momo locations have more options. Here, there wasn’t even sesame oil or soy sauce.

Food: Good Portions: Small Price: fair Service: Lagging, only come when asked Atmosphere: Simple Hotpot design Accommodations: Very little Pros: the meats are fresh and soft cut into thin slices. The curry is very good. I love curry. Con: basically almost no sauce kiosk. No soy sauce or ponsu sauce at kiosk. You have to ask for it The selection cart is very small. Only a few veggie choices and 2 types of meat balls. Very small selection. Service are not great. Waiters only come when ask. Soups are almost dry, no one take the initiative to ask for refills. Meats are fresh, but very small portions, 4 slices in 1 tray. It's all your can eat, but still small portions. We ordered almost 50 trays. I have to say, I'm not a fans of this place. My 1st time in this place for my nephew's birthday. It was his choice. As a hotpot restaurant, this is poor in my opinion with a very small vegetable station. There are many other places much better with much larger selection and better service.

I’m a regular at this restaurant, after today I’ll be looking elsewhere to accommodate my family & I. Today was the 2nd time we’ve been turned away because we didn’t book a reservation. Both times we walked into the restaurant within 30 minutes of opening, & they were unable to accommodate us even though the restaurant was at much less than 50% capacity. The way the system works here is very robotic & lifeless, it caters to anyone willing to make a reservation on Google & completely neglects walk-in guests. After today I’ve accepted this place is just another copy & paste shabu shabu. It’s a satisfying dinner, but definitely not deserving of requiring a reservation. I’ll be finding a restaurant that will actually appreciate the business my family brings to them on a consistent basis.
I have eaten here a few times and thought it would be a fun place to have an office dinner. Big mistake! We had a booking for 8 people and seated us at 3 different tables. There were bigger tables that were empty, and were not used the whole time we were there, they would not let us be seated there. The only answer we were given is "this is how it works here!" The manager would not come out and address this with me. They also seated us at on table of 4, where all had to share one pot, which was ridiculous due to dietary needs. Rather, skip this place in favor of a place at the mall or try Rosemead. Don't bother coming here.
