The two drive through attendants that helped us were so helpful and friendly that it makes me wish I lived closer to visit more often! Awesome coffee and snacks, will definitely be back next time we're passing through! Doggie approved!

The excitement and enthusiasm of the staff is absolutely infectious. So glad that we stopped here for a birthday coffee. The staff ABSOLUTELY understood the assignment. They really went out of their way to make the drink special and make us feel appreciated. Thanks for making a WI girl's birthday amazing first thing in the morning.

Sooo, you can add Protein milk to your coffee, which is so amazing for me! If you struggle to get your protein goals in, this is definitely a positive. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The drinks are always delicious and consistent! It doesn’t matter who’s working you’re always gonna get the same drink! They even asked me if I wanted my birthday drink and it was almost a month past my birthday, score!

I'm a fan of Dutch Bros in general. It's fun is friendly and the drinks are consistently delicious. The Arcata Dutch Bros is my absolutefavorite! Because of Melissa and her crew I'm obsessed and spending way too much there! They are all so kind and my sugar free mocha is always perfect. Today, on the way to Eureka, we passed the exit and just had to turn around rather than go to a different location.

showed up today having a very hard morning guy with a mustache met me at my car in the heavy rain, saw i was upset and didn’t charge for my drink. everyone at the window was so friendly and nice and smiling. really made a bad day feel okay for a minute and i appreciated it. it was something special you don’t find everywhere or often, but it was here today!

Right next to tractor supply, pick up some chicken feed and coffee!

They are always quick. The order is always accurate. The price may be a little high, but you get what you pay for i would rather pay more here, than at starbucks, because The quality is always good. My favorite is the double torture blended with soft top, highly recommended. The nutty irishman, blended with soft top is also a good choice If you're feeling like dark chocolate mint. I've been too dutch bros from the top of oregon, all the way down to the bottom of california. pasadena, california, and I have not been disappointed.

Drinks are good and fairly always accurate, made very quickly especially to walkers, pricing is a little high but it's good coffee. It is a drive through mainly, but path is maintained and new so easy for walkers and the pedestrian window always has someone attending to it.

Always great attitudes on the customer service. Friendly and enjoyable to be around, the only thing Dutch Brothers needs to change is it's refusing to let us use our washable and reusable mugs or tumblers.

Breve had a bitter aftertaste and they don't have heavy whipping cream UPDATED: I was given a Breve over ice and it was delicious so I am updating my review. I just hadn't found my drink yet. This is my go to coffee for traveling now.

Great location off the highway, easy access. Dutch Bros coffee never disappoints; their Cold Brew is lovely. The service was excellent. The layout of the drive-in is rather intimidating for the first visit but easy to grasp. I'll be sure to stop by any time I'm in Arcata and in need of caffeine. I recommend you do the same.

Wow. This is by far the best coffee I've ever had. I went to ask for a large pour through latte with three shots. They said that they're large comes with four shots. Instantaneous smile! Nothing makes a coffee drinker happier than one more shot. I recommend any of the Dutch Brothers over Starbucks any day of the week. Not just coffees but juices smoothies treats. And quick Clean Service.

They do not have dine in at Dutch Brothers, that doesn't mean I don't like the place it's really a beautiful it's real pretty and the people are always sweet always 😋💜🙏

awful line system and wayyy too busy 😭 they make the drinks out of order and bring them to you so they dont get cold before you get them (thank god) but you are stuck in the drive through for forever, i feel like there shoukd be a drive through dedicated for people who ordered ahead and one for people ordering and i still dont think that would solve the issue of this specific dutch bros unfortunately - my drinks did come out good (maybe a bit cold), standard dutch bros really

Big Dutch Bros fan but I CANNOT recommend this location to my fellow Dutch Bro lovers. Went to get my regular flapjack mocha this morning and after I ordered I noticed that staff were waving around an electric fly-swatter ABOVE the drink they were making me in an effort to kill the many bugs buzzing around inside. They tried to continue making my drink but I asked for a refund because I didn't order bug protein in my mocha. So again, huge Dutch Bros lover, but stay away from this location. If they are willing to be this unhygienic in front of a customer, I shudder to imagine what goes on when nobody is looking. 🤢

Would rate 0 if I could. The person taking our order said we HAVE to use the app and the guy handing out our order said to and I quote "have a bad day". The employees need to learn you do not need an app to order and relearn customer service. Would stay away from here if I was you
