One of the better burgers I've had in quite a while, and I'm a fussy NYer. Delicious. The fries were good too but if made crispier, it'd be closer to perfect. They were a bit soft/soggy but the horseradish dipping sauce helped!

The two girls on Monday night really brought the energy here, honestly this might be a regular for me now cause of them!!!! >:D

Happened to come to a street festival in Nyack and opted for this delicious buger joint! They offer lots of seating and a good vibe. The classic cheeseburger was big well cooked and juicy!! Fries were a perfect amount for sharing and they also offer a variety of beers/ales. Prices are reasonable and i would definitely come back!!

Stopped in here during the street fair. Beautiful atmosphere. Clean modern decor. Greeted with a friendly smile and oh yea the food was amazing!!! I got the fish tacos. Probably the best fish tacos to date too. Big chunks of fish battered and fried to perfection and seasoned with love. And that corn stuff on the side? Wowzers. Sooo good. Definitely would come to again and if you’re in the area don’t pass this one up.

Consistency is what I love most about this place. Service, quality of food, and vibes are always good. The only thing I wish is they’d start selling onion rings, and including food & jack in their happy hour. Vibes highlight: this is pretty much the only Nyack spot that gets the best hours of direct sunset light.

Burgers and fries super tasty, bonus for the truffle aioli! Best chicken Caesar I’ve had in a long time- cold, crisp, excellent tangy dressing and yum croutons.

Awesome atmosphere, very spacious for the unexpectedly large group we had (approx. 16-20, including children). Our server Jordyn and the entire staff accomodated our needs with much courteousness. Our impromptu birthday celebration/ gender reveal was much better because of the wonderful staff and great food/drink. Btw....It's a Girl!!!! 😊

This place is great! We ordered take out so we could sit and watch the sunset and eat burgers. The burgers was delicious, cooked perfectly, and made exactly how we ordered. The fries I could tell were homemade which is liked. The mac & cheese leaves something to be desired. There was a blonde waitress, skinny. I really want to highlight her customer service during take out. It was exemplary. Two other waitresses/hostess maybe owner at the counter “putting a bill in a thing” and she saw we were waiting to order. She jumped right in and asked if she could help take our order. Then she did so perfectly. Thank you ma’am. You helped us feel seen when we were feeling a bit ignored.

Came here for Lunch with my teen daughter. We were both very happy with our meals and the atmosphere with the large windows where we could look out at the charm of Nyack! The food was great… salads were super fresh and delicious….burger and fries were amazing and I had some of their IPA which was great on this beautiful summer day. We will be coming back… OFTEN

Happy they finally opened. Food just as good as their other location. Staff still in training but the service is still good. Looking forward to the promise of more TV's so there will be a good spot in town to watch sports. Great burgers. Great cocktails. Great beer. Perfect French fries

After reviewing some burger joints in the area, we landed on this one since the photos promised everything we wanted - burgers, beers, and a chill low-key atmosphere. We sat at the bar and the bartender was super nice - didn't catch her name but she took good care of us. We both ordered the standard burger which to my pleasant surprise was a smash burger, and also shared a single portion of fries. The burgers were excellent. I had actually had smash burgers the night before but these blew them away. 2 crispy patties, thinly sliced onions, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, plus a single slice of american cheese (I requested a single slice). Great flavor and texture, and not soggy. The bun was a nice sturdy brioche, the patties were cooked perfectly, and the burger was a decent size overall. The fries came out and were a huge portion. Definitely enough to share between two people, maybe even three. The texture and form of the fries were perfect, but I would say they were a bit lacking in seasoning. I tried to remedy this by adding salt but the salt shaker barely emitted any salt. No big deal, I still ate the whole plate. We each ordered a beer, she got the Pale Ale, I got the NEIPA. Both were excellent and hit the spot. Atmosphere was super chill. Large space, tons of TVs over the bar so I could see this place being real nice for watching the game. A cool bonus is the bathrooms are located in the other side of the building and it is an art gallery. Would definitely come back!

Me and my family GLADLY travel 30+ miles from NJ to here just to eat regularly, would highly recommend. Save your money and don't go to McDonalds or Wendys, make the drive and eat here for the same price, while getting more food, and higher quality food.

This is our default Nyack restaurant with kids — lunch and dinner. They have plenty of space (stroller friendly!), friendly waitstaff, good prices, and of course delicious burgers, salads and fries! They are also on a prime corner with huge windows that are great for people watching in downtown Nyack. Don’t sleep on their amazing chicken Caesar salad!

The server came over LESS THAN 10MIN later with my food!!!! I got the butterfly burger, my fave, with perfectly ripe avo, a very nice fresh tomato, and crunchy lettuce. The bun is fluffy and also crispy, and the burger is thin but double, with cheese IN BETWEEN?! I forgot that detail but wow. They even brought over water and napkins when asked, and continued to pop over with our orders all night. It was incredible. We’ve never had such a functional, comfortable venue, yet with enough space and QUIET/separate/ intimate enough for the performers to be heard. I had a fantastic time and my food was so filling and just exactly what I was craving on a chilly, damp Saturday night. The fries are so good with the aioli dip! And the bartender Ben is the best, friendly and super fast. I’m so thrilled and grateful Burger Loft made this partnership; can’t wait for our next poetry night and will obv be back in the meantime for happy hour and other burger indulgences 🥰🍔

The service was quick and polite. The food came fast and tasted pretty good. The burgers are very solid for the price, the fries are really good. The shake was the only really disappointing item. First time we went, it wasn't a good experience, but this one was much much better.

My first time visiting and my drink was OK. Our food was dropped at the (wrong) table next to us, after we saw our food being touched by the customers, the server brought the food to us and said "sorry, they didn't touch this, here you go." Been to the New City location plenty of times and love the food. Nyack ambiance could be better, but I'm glad it's bringing traffic into the town. Service could use work.

My friends and I had a really disappointing experience at Burger Loft in Nyack. From start to finish, the service was extremely poor. 2 members of our group arrived first as we waited for the other 2. We were left sitting at our table for 20 minutes without being offered a drink. Other customers who sat after us with a different server had their food before our drink order was taken. Once ordered, our food arrived before our drinks, and we had already finished eating by the time the shakes finally came out. On top of that, our order was incorrect, and several items were missing including sides of fries and dipping sauces that we never received despite asking. Our waiter was unfriendly and did not check in on us once our food was delivered, making it difficult to even bring up the issues with our order. At one point, instead of checking on tables, the waiter was sitting with friends at another table vaping while we were still waiting for our bill. Overall, the lack of attention, incorrect order, and unprofessional behavior made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this visit.

"Huge mistake, huge!" The famous quote from Julia Robert's character in the 1980's film "Pretty Woman," comes to mind when thinking of an incident that occurred today at this restaurant. We are visiting the Nyack Street Fair, and it is very hot out so I sent my adult teen daughter into the Burger Loft to get a drink and cool off since she is a heart failure patient and needs to stay hydrated. She sat down since she was feeling a bit like she might have a little bit of heat exhaustion, and was feeling a little woozy. She was trying to decide what drink to purchase when two employees approached asking if she was going to buy anything, to which she replied, "not yet." They said she would have to leave if she was not purchasing right then. She told them she was having heat stroke and they said she'd have to leave and walked closer. She repeated the same thing that she was having a medical issue and they said she had to leave "right now." My daughter left, came over to me and explained what happened, so I sent her to another local restaurant called "My Father's House," where they left her cool off, were kind, and provided her with a giant watermelon drink for free. I work in communications and in public service and there are two ways to do things. You can be crass and only think about the dollar signs OR you can be kind and caring and provide a good product and when your customers walk out the door, they plan to come back (see you tonight Your Father's House.) So, Burger Loft, thank Heavens my kid did not pass out in your restaurant from dehydration and suffer heart failure or hit her head. Thank Heavens because not only would it have been an ambulance ride, it would've been a helicopter ride to CHOP in Philadelphia so the transplant team could evaluate. I'm so glad that she is okay. You should remember this review not because of us, but because of future customers who walk in your door - every person's life is like a book with unseen chapters, and your presence in their story could be the turning page that alters their future. I know for a fact that today affected yours because as frequent travelers (and food lovers) to the Nyack area, we love to give our money, our business, and our support to restaurants who treat the people who walk in their doors like friends and neighbors and not dollar signs - like you did today. I'm a little disappointed in you. So, Burger Loft, Huge mistake, huge. (See all of you at the places in Nyack who are kind and friendly - shoutout to My Father's House for checking every box!)

They told me that I had to “leave right now” if I hadn’t ordered anything already. (I was only sitting there for about three minutes and no one else was there.) I told them I was going to order and that I was having heat exhaustion and was just trying to cool off. The owner (I assume) responded to me “No, you have to get out and leave right now.” I again told them that I was going to order and drink and that I was having heat exhaustion. Again, they didn’t care, and the owner crossed his arms and stepped towards me telling me to “go now.” As I got up, exhausted and a little dizzy from the heat, they watched me leave as I closed the door behind me into the blistering weather outside. They made me so incredibly angry yet confused as to why anybody (especially like a place with high reviews like this) would treat their customers so horribly and cruelly. I ended up going to the My Father’s Table restaurant across the street and was given a large homemade sweet tea for free! The sheer difference the experiences I had in each place could not be more apparent. I am so disappointed in this establishment.
