My wife and I came in to the Fort Worth location this morning, actually we are still here while doing this review, and had Jada as a server! She is OUTSTANDING! Food came out just as ordered without her writing a thing down and very quickly. As a past restaurant manager, I expressed to her that she was the kind of server that all managers want to have! Nice, knowledgeable, and very personable.

We went today, the day before Thanksgiving with our adult son for a pre-Thanksgiving dinner. We had the meatloaf dinner, French pot roast dinner, and a blackened salmon dinner. We all 3 got the French onion soup and 2 of us got the lava cakes. The food was delicious. We really loved the French onion soup. Our waitress was Marquita and she was wonderful. Sweet, beautiful personality, took very good care of us and was very attentive to all our needs during the meal. She has the customer service skills that every restaurant wants in their employees. We also all 3 ordered Turkey meals to take home for tomorrow's dinner too.... and some muffins! We live in Lewisville where they had aMimi's years ago and we miss it so much. We will definitely be coming back to Arlington again soon for another Mimi's meal and will ask for Marquita also!

This was our 1st time here and the experience was nothing short of absolutely amazing!!!! The kindness and friendliness of the entire staff was outstanding and every face was a smiling face, the culture resonates across the whole staff. Our waiter was Oscar and he went above and beyond, he deserves a raise! 😃😃 , another waiter stopped by making great conversation named Ricky, making us feel even more welcome and then the manager Francisco stopped by at the end of our meal to ask us how everything went, like I said customer service making sure we were good good!!! I loved everything about this place and they have so many menu options that you have no choice but to come back again and again

We had the 10 oz ribeye steak with scrambled eggs and cheese with breakfast potatoes and the Santa Fe omelet with bacon and sausage added with breakfast potatoes. We also had the strawberry lemonade and the triple berry lemonade. We ate at the bar and we were seated immediately. Atmosphere was pleasant and the restrooms were clean and spacious. The service was fast and polite. The pumpkin spice muffin was warm and tasty.

I recently had breakfast at a lovely restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the waiter was extremely attentive and friendly. I especially loved my hot cappuccino it was probably my favorite part of the meal. The service was quick, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Ummm, YUM! It is hard to believe this was my very first time eating at MiMi's, though I have an uncle who loves it so much he has weekly visits. The food was delicious and comforting, and our server Ricky provided phenomenal service! While the pictures on their menu were just okay, I am glad we did not let the lack of quality photography deter us. We enjoyed every morsel!

This may be my new favorite breakfast place. Our waitress was sweet and tentative. Another waiter even helped when he saw one of coffee was low. The food was amazing. We all tried each other's orders.

100/10!!!! Loved it. My French pot roast was amazing. My husband's crepe was amazing. My family used to love the Mimi's in NC, but it closed and I moved away. We had such a good time. It was my husband's first Mimi's. We especially loved that the servers just adored my baby! What a great experience. Wish we could come back more often and lived closer!

My first time here. I can say it was great. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. We had breakfast here. I can't wait to try they dinner menu.

This is a very popular place for lunch and brunch. I highly recommend a reservation. I do not recommend this place for groups of larger than eight. They cannot accommodate you all together at one table. I got the turkey ciabatta pesto and it was delicious.

We were in the Arlington area this morning and decided to try something new. The restaurant wasn’t busy at 10am which was nice not to wait in line for a table. The food and service was good as well, we spent $75 for 3 of us not including tip. The potatoes were a bit flavorless considering they look well seasoned and have the added veggies. Enjoyed our breakfast

Decent enough for a breakfast spot. Was way overpriced, every meal was about $20. The hostess didn't wash her hands after using the bathroom. Or waitress was slow. $4.5 for drip coffee..

We ordered their precooked meal for Thanksgiving. This review only pertains to that and not their other offerings. The turkey was just ok, the only side I ate from their pack was the mashed potatoes and a sliver of pumpkin pie. Both were just Ok, but not better than what you can get prepacked in the store. The sweet bread actually is pretty tasty. They forgot some of the items and for almost two hundred bucks, it doesn't come with bread rolls or cornbread. If you order this, I recommend you open the box there and check the items and count your order. Luckily we had a backup of the item they left off. Also the gravy tasted kinda like packaged gravy. Nothing is as good as homemade. This is ok if you don't know how to cook, but considering the packing is not oven safe, you still have to do most of the work of Thanksgiving cooking, transferring the food to oven safe dishes, heating it all up, and doing all the dishes afterwards, unless you want to heat the sides in a microwave.

I was invited here by a friend she had never been here neither this was our first time. We went here during the weekday we wasn't seated very quickly after standing for about 5 minutes. We wasn't acknowledged until we actually was deciding to leave and the waiter just appeared from nowhere to be honest. The place was wasn't at all. I'm just going to get right to the meat and potatoes! Appetizers we really enjoyed the artichoke and spinach dip it came with these very crispy chips. Also we had some chicken strips we had got the Three Pick 3 each,( the appetizer does not come with the Pick 3 you can add it for a additional $10) those were decent I'm not a fan of Panko bread crumbs it irritates my mouth so I wasn't a fan but they were moist. But I must say the artichoke spinach dip was the best thing that came to the table I must give that all its Glory. When the entrees came out for me I had the chicken parmesan it was okay. My friend had the chicken cordon bleu it was okay for her as well. Also I had tried the French onion soup that was delicious as well very delicious. Desserts we had thought we ordered a truffle cake however the cake that we got had raisins in it we were a little confused. And we actually took the desert to go the ice cream arrived and that little bitty container that is normally for dip I was highly disappointed with that. Not to mention my friend ordered some Garden or vegetable rice however the rice just came out regular white rice Bland. You can go and have your own experience but this is just ours. Must try the spinach artichoke dip it is fabulous and the French onion soup.

Accountability thru Oversight

The restaurant has a genuinely pleasant atmosphere—comfortable, and a nice place to spend time—but the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the setting. Service was friendly enough, though noticeably unenthusiastic, which made interactions feel a bit flat. The food was decent, but for the quality and portion sizes, it felt overpriced. Cleanliness was a bigger concern: high-touch surfaces, especially the table-side POS system, were visibly filthy, and the bathroom trash cans were overflowing, which detracted from the experience. With better attention to cleanliness and more engaged service, this place could match the potential suggested by its atmosphere.

The atmosphere was great and service was friendly. Some of the worst maple syrup and French toast was completely undercooked.
