Which Wich?

First time here. They didn't have any fries, but my sandwich was great. Banh Mi. Spicy just how I like it. Not too hot.

It is your typical sandwich spot. I went on a Wednesday during lunch and I had a Grinder and we also tried a Philly cheese Steak sandwich and they were both ok. This place offers an outside area to eat and also has a nice clean environment to eat inside. Parking is easy and plentiful. It does take a few minutes to get your food ready since it's a hot sandwich but the wait was not horrible.

She walked me through the process and learned that, although on the list of options, the avocado is not free like the rest of them. Not a problem. So I completed my order and then waited. It did not take long and was I surprised. These things were long! I couldn't wait to get them home. I have to say that I really enjoyed them but what was lacking was the lettuce, believe it or not. Again, I did like them but looked nothing like the pictures they advertise with. (I know, who ever gets that right.) Next time, I intend to ask about that. Definitely very filling, they were Super Size after all.

Feel like this place needs to step up its game first time being at a witch witch ordered a sandwich in front of me a guy left cause he was frustrated with the kiosk you could tell he wanted to order from an employe but there was no one to be found not really friendly atmosphere that’s for sure, sandwich had way to much mayo and for some reason was toasted when I ordered cold? Place definitely feels off I would suggest to the owners to maybe put a little more attention to detail to customer service

1 employee working. Almost no one in the place at noon. Should have been a clue. Service was very very slow. Took over 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches with one person in front of us. Instead of the mark your bag with your order that Which Which was famous for its now an extremely cumbersome kiosk system. Bathrooms were wrecked, tables were dirty. Airfryer was down, out of wheat bread, and no ice in the soda machine. Soda also tasted like pure syrup and had no carbonation. Prices are extremely high for what you get. Avoid this place. Management/owner needs to take some time and reevaluate how they are handling the business. Your solo employee was doing his best but management/owner has absolutely set him up for failure.

I paid $16.97 for a brunchwich lemonade and a large fries. Sandwich description said it came with a suny side up egg but there looks to be bout half an egg and there is no runny yolk at all. Also idk if I was given the wrong size fry but $4 for a large fry that was undercooked and very skimpy was a joke. To make my experience better I asked for their "which sauce" and was told they were out. Doubt I'll be back anytime soon.

Food and service is good. They only have one employee making the sandwiches so wait time for an order is ridiculous. Also they do not have anyone taking orders, you have to order using their kiosk which also adds to the long wait.

Apparently their fryer was down but they only told me that after I received my sandwich and I had to ask them where my fries were. So I already paid for the meal and they didn’t think to tell me before or after I got my sandwich I had to walk back in and ask. Also these sandwiches are horrible and overpriced. They’re very very light with ingredients. Just go to any deli please you’ll have a much better experience. This particular establishment would really benefit from just one more employee to help out I think, but the whole structure of the restaurant is just wrong, it’s rotten from the core I think. Just a very corporate unfeeling vibe.

Ordered the large turkey bacon ranch sandwich just to find out that there was no mayo, ranch nothing on it super dry... I even ordered double meat and I was so disappointed. It was the driest sandwich i've ever tasted.... I spent twenty nine dollars on a meal.chips, drink and sandwich.dont waste your time or money!

Maybe, because I liked several sandwiches that they had on their menu, but I will never go back to this particular location again.
