Employees are friendly and food gets to your quick. I've noticed on burgers with multiple patties, they only use one slice of cheese, not a big deal, and inget trying to cut expenses, but when you order a double CHEESE burger, you would think you get the 2nd slice of cheese.

I had to take back 2 stars. (Update) I just left this location and as pictured those suppose to be mozzarella sticks, they mad hard and cold as if they coming straight from the fridge so are the cookies. I’m very disappointed, I had given you guys 4 stars. Not gonna eat anything here because it looks like it’s moulding kmt just wasted my money! We should’ve checked our food before leaving.

Let them know you have a coupon before. Lady was rude and nasty when I told her after I had a coupon. She took the coupon but didn’t offer the discounted price. Not the best service

Do I have anything to say, that was a terrible experience, there were teenagers instead of adults and worse they forgot the mozzarella fries, don't visit this location, visit the one in Connecticut instead!

If i say i only want a plain whopper with cheese then i want what i ordered like these stupid workers have the audacity to completely dodge and add everything on my damn whopper. Came back to say that there was a onion in my fries not a big deal but I'm still pissed off i wasn’t able to fully enjoy my whopper

Terrible staff! Manager has zero control to keep the staff professional. Saturday night ordered whoper. Had to bring it back to the counter twice because it was made wrong. Girl who took my order from the get-go was in lala land, then Everytime she was explaining it to the cook in Spanish it was a yelling competition. And it was still wrong. I was discusseded got my money back because my family was already done eating their food. Then a tall guy walks in around 9:50 yelling loud just for him to walk in the back to start his shift. And his telling continues. So unprofessional and very uncomfortable. Never again at this location. Corporate should step in and clean house starting with manager who cannot keep the staff in line!!!

!My whopper was a little dry, the potatoes were warm, but the most interesting thing is that I found hair in my food, it’s simply outrageous! Don’t recommend that burger 🍔 king..

Me and my friends were feeling festive and decided to go to Burger King to get their crowns. When we went to the store, we realized there was closer we could only go to the drive-through. But we saw many of the crowns throughout the store. When we got to the drive-through, we asked the worker for five crowns very nicely, and they proceeded to tell us that it was five dollars. We know from past experience they are free, so we are very confused and bewildered when they told us this. because of this, we questioned them and told them that we thought that they were free, and they proceeded to tell us that they were five dollars each. At this point, we’re kind of going back-and-forth in a civil manner about the crown. Then one of the workers told us to verbatim “shut up”. I was very appalled when I heard this, I truly felt that the employee who said this meant it, and a discriminatory way towards me and my acquaintances. if I could give zero stars I would. Terrible experience.

The young lady that was taking my order wasn’t very polite and had a very nasty attitude. When I had continued to add a few more items to the order I was placing she had proceeded to say “oh my god”. When I thanked her for her time her energy was very negative and she rolled her eyes. Food was decent. Will not be returning to this location.
