Family owned restaurant. It's worth the extra trip from wherever you're staying at Lago d'Orta. Original Piemonte dishes with an extra twist. Tip: do not skip dessert. The dessert tables (plural) are absolutely formidable. Furthermore I recommend the pumpkin gnocchi and the veal tripe stew in tomato sauce ( the latter only for enthousiasts). The service was excellent and also very welcoming for children. Covid-19 measures where also taken seriously (September 2020) with plenty of space between the tables, hand sanitiser at the entrance and of course the consequent use of face masks. Price level is quite modest, around 16-20 EUR for a main dish.

Hospitality not a restaurant. Best place in the whole world . Never felt in a place so magical and exact yo its purpose . If there was a 10 id give this place . Its perfect. U would recomend it to everybody. There are some places that got a 5 star from me and i take in acount different things like service location taste and price. But this place id come every special ocasion it truely perfect as ai say a true 10.!!!!!

The restaurant is verry Nice. fresh air from the mountains feels relaxing. The family owner are verry professional. Serves delicious food. Honest pricing. Good selection of wines & cheeses. Clean restroom. Fresh butter with anchovies are verry good. We travel all the way fr milan to eat in this beautiful restaurant. Complimenti for the mama at the kitchen for well prepared plates. Lovely pets are also welcome. We love to come back for more surprises.

Went there with my Wife and Daughter on Saturday 25 May 2013. First Time for my Wife and I, second time for my Daughter (She recommended it). Very welcoming atmosphere and decor. Excellent Service. Outstanding Food Quality. Will definitely go back on my next visit in the Area.

An elegant location, impeccable and extremely friendly family service. Mrs. Francesca welcomed us with great attention and courtesy, proposing and suggesting the various menus with carefully selected and beautifully plated dishes. The dessert and cheese platters suggested by Mrs. Alessandra, an excellent sommelier, were not to be missed. The culinary offerings were top-notch.
