I would love to sincerely compliment Le Cirque. The service was absolutely spectacular I felt comfortable, truly welcomed, and surrounded by a positive atmosphere, with the entire team smiling, attentive, and genuinely making me feel pampered from start to finish. Frederico is so nice I chose to celebrate my birthday alone, and the experience was simply incredible. The food… honestly, it melts in your mouth. A perfect 10/10. I highly recommend Le Cirque to anyone visiting Las Vegas who wants a special experience defined by elegance, care, and true excellence.
Fine dining, impeccable service. Ordered the tasting menu. Very pleased, will return.
Dining at Le Cirque’s 8-course tasting menu is not simply a meal—it is a meticulously choreographed experience of elegance, precision, and indulgence. From the moment you step into the jewel-toned dining room, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere that feels both timeless and celebratory, where every detail signals that something extraordinary is about to unfold. Each course arrives like a work of art, thoughtfully composed and flawlessly executed. The progression of the menu is masterful—delicate flavors build into deeper, more decadent expressions without ever overwhelming the palate. Every bite feels intentional, balanced, and refined, showcasing not only world-class ingredients but a profound respect for technique and tradition. The French cuisine here is elevated to its highest form: rich yet restrained, luxurious yet precise. What truly sets Le Cirque apart is the seamless harmony between kitchen and dining room. The service is impeccable—attentive without intrusion, knowledgeable without pretension. Each course is presented with confidence and clarity, enhancing appreciation for the craft behind it. Wine pairings are equally inspired, complementing the menu in a way that deepens the overall experience rather than competing with it. By the final course, there’s a sense of having been taken on a culinary journey—one that lingers long after the table is cleared. Le Cirque’s 8-course menu is the definition of fine dining at its peak: indulgent, unforgettable, and utterly worthy of its reputation. This is not just one of the best meals in Las Vegas—it’s one of the finest dining experiences anywhere.
We had the pleasure of dining at Le Cirque last night and want to thank all involved for an absolutely fabulous experience. The staff , food and atmosphere were all perfect . A special shout out to Gene for the most wonderful cocktails customized for each of us . Thank you for a wonderful evening , Lexie Corbitt
Be prepared for unforgettably amazing service, visually stunning atmosphere, and very French food. 🇫🇷 🥖 🧀 Thanks to Tom, Jimmy, Gerardo, Paul, Alex, and Chris for creating an exceptional experience. 🙏 There was difficulty finding our reservation we had made through google, however they pivoted and sat us without hesitation. ✨ At the front, where you check in with the host, they asked us if we were visiting for a special occasion and we let them know it was an anniversary celebration. 💕 Every server and staff member wished us Happy Anniversary. It was truly impressive how everyone knew and acknowledged that. My boyfriend and I had never had French cuisine so it was exciting to try it at this level of restaurant. Everything was delicious, but very rich. We chose the 4 course dinner, which also included a few special dishes that were sent from the restaurant!!! We enjoyed a bubbly to start, which was a recommendation by our server. 🦪 Oysters were fresh and perfectly chilled. The caviar and crème fraiche was a delightful surprise and simply was in love with the presentation. First time trying frog legs and it was surprisingly tasty however I do not have the patience for all the bones. We had to leave before dessert came out because we had gotten tickets for a show, but they just told us to come back after to enjoy it fresh. The little truffle jewelry boxes to take home 😍🙌 so incredibly beautiful and delicious. Honestly, such an exceptional staff, expertly crafted dish, and honestly an experience I talk about regularly. 👏 I can’t wait to return. ✨ Also, just couldn’t stop daydreaming about that ceiling 😍🎪 We visited in March of this year.
We had a fantastic evening dinner at Le Cirque. The staff (Carl and Jimmy) were attentive, friendly and made us feel at home. All were long time employees and their attention to detail and love for their craft showed. We also got a chance to meet Katherine the manager and chef Jonathan. The wine pairings were exceptional. Marc our sommelier really came through with some amazing pairings. The Sea Bass (loup de mer), and frogs legs (grenouilles) were excellent. A special mention for our desserts which were also wonderful. We will definitely be back.
One of the big regrets while celebrating my GF and I’s anniversary a year ago was only stopping here for appetizers on our way to L’Atelier for dinner. Backstory: We arrived at Le Cirque slightly early for our reservation, but our reservation wasn’t on their books. The Maitre D’, I believe her name was Alex (again this was over a year ago), was puzzled. I showed them the confirmation on my phone and we stood there for 15 minutes trying to figure it out. I was horrified to realize I had made the reservation for Le Cirque, Paris haha. Alex and us had a good laugh and she accommodated us at the bar. She followed us to the bar and talked to my girlfriend for an hour about wine, Greece (my girlfriend had an upcoming scuba diving trip to the islands), and Alex’s own history traveling. She brought the GM over who was actually from Greece. He told her all the spots to visit and food to enjoy on her trip. The whole staff- bartender, GM, Maitre D- absolutely smothered us in hospitality in a way we will never forget. For one more detail, her and I both work at a high end steakhouse in Nashville where the service standards are very high. Being a young couple we don’t get great service everywhere we go, but as I said we will never never forget the way this staff made us feel on our anniversary (for simply drinks and appetizers). Definitely should have stayed here instead of heading to L’Atelier for dinner (which was fine, but much less personal).
geraldo was so knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant’s history javier was so kind and friendly and so attentive as a waiter martin the general manager i believe was also very kind and very authentic; you can tell he takes great pride in his work (and that he loves his wife very much) lance really knew the dishes; he explained each course so well and the pacing of each was perfect freddy always had a kind smile morris was so knowledgeable about not only the restaurant but vegas and the bellagio as a whole, you can tell he and martin are like conductors in an orchestra and their timing and attention to service is astounding; morris also knew about broader french cuisine which was impressive shaun poured the best coffee and always made sure mine never went stale or cold jimmy honestly just had the coolest mustache alex the hostess does not get enough credit for her class and her attention to the needs of each guest before/as they’re seated the food was great, but truly it was the staff and the service that will be making me come back for another visit! sincerely, Ms. Stephanie (and thank you again for signing my cookbook! i will treasure it forever!! ❤️)
It's been 10 years since we've been here, and it was just as magical as we remembered. The service is absolutely impeccable and the sommelier is measured and absolutely spot on. It's difficult to find critiques in the food but I will say that the Fois Gras is up there with one of the best dishes I have ever had. Le Cirque remains a consistent choice for an extremely elegant meal. If you're in the market for a luxurious meal, just go here and don't get lured by lesser options.
Love this Restaurant. We went there to celebrate an Anniversary and had the most wonderful dinner. The food is scrumptious, the staff are all charming, and the decor of Le Cirque is super colorful and happy! And here is a photo of the charming little goody box that they presented us with after dinner. I'm so looking forward to our next visit!
We had an amazing experience at Le Cirque. We stuck with just the 3 course menu (mostly to avoid overeating while in vegas): every course was absolutely stellar, and we didn't leave hungry. It's hard to pick a standout they were all that good. If I had to find a critique: the presentation of the rabbit was a bit basic, but the complexity and flavors absolutely delighted. I think the homeliness was actually intentional, so this is more an observation than critique. Tbh, I've had more complaints about 3 michelin star meals. As a foodie, I rarely comment on service... but never have I been treated with such friendliness and consideration, even in this class of a meal. Thank you to Martin and the team for making the night one of a kind. We absolutely will be back in the future, and pray the restaurant will stick around far into the future for all our enjoyments to come.
Splendid experience from start to finish. And yes, the food and the ambiance with comfortable chairs and and view through the windows onto the lighted water games were fabulous but really the kudos go to the staff! Everyone was knowledgeable, polite, humorous and hence fun to interact with. What got our admiration though was that they silently removed our wine glasses because they had observed that we had ordered a mocktail rather than cocktail while waiting for the table. And the 4-course menu: spotless, a dream. From the bread, the oysters, the lobster salad, risotto, superb escargots, loup de mer, rabbit to the wonderful desserts: paradise! Phenomenal Service and Food! We celebrated our 1st anniversary dinner at Le Cique. We got an amazing seat to dine overlooking the fountains. This is a great team! Martin mainly was our server and he was amazing. But, everyone from Chris who greeted us at the door to Tim, Jesus, Jardin etc. all were super attentive throughout the dinner. They also gave us 3 different very cute chocolate boxes and an anniversary dessert and packed it for us. Bellagio has a top shelf in the room refrigerator where we saved all thr chocolates and enjoyed it during the rest of our trip. Must visit for excellent food and world class service. Thank you to the Le Cirque team for a classy and memorable evening! Le Cirque is lucky to have such employees committed to excellence in what they do!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Cirque, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The tasting menu was a true culinary journey—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors. Every item was thoughtfully crafted, making it hard to pick a favorite. The service was top-notch, with an attentive and knowledgeable staff that made the evening even more enjoyable. A special touch that truly stood out was their thoughtful gesture for my birthday. They surprised me with a handwritten birthday card and an extra dessert, which made the celebration feel even more special. If you're looking for an outstanding French dining experience with impeccable service and attention to detail, Le Cirque is a must-visit. I can't wait to return!
Original post from a few years ago. I just realized that I never left a review for the delicious Alba White Truffle dinner that we had on Thanksgiving. My wife and I have been eating at Le Cirque since they opened and we've never been disappointed with a meal or service! The food and service is second to none. Our waiter Martin, Fredrick the Sommelier, are the best!! Gene, the bartender who we've known for awhile is excellent. We've also got to meet and talk to Sirio a couple of times, and years ago, we ate at Le Cirque in New York when it was still open. Latest post from October 11, 2024. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Le Cirque, and it was an amazing experience as always. From the minute you enter the restaurant, you're treated really special. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and romantic! We were fortunate to have a window table with a view of the Bellagio Fountains. Martin and Fredrick, who we've met in the past, are outstanding! Christopher and the entire staff are excellent as well. I also can't forget Gene, who is probably the best bartender in Vegas. We were able to order Alba White Truffles over risotto which was delicious. If you've never eaten Alba White Truffles, you should try them and you won't be disappointed. They're only available a couple of months through sometime in December, I think. We also had a delicious beet salad, Brittany Loup De Mer, and some really good desserts, I highly recommend Le Cirque for a special occasion or anytime you want a great fine dining experience.
Top notch service, exquisite food with beautiful, delicious layers of flavors in every single dish. Great atmosphere overall. Everything is so masterfully created not to take away from your tasting experience, because after all, the food is the star in this restaurant. Three different menus, 8 course tasting menu, 4 course (vegetarian and meat version), and 3 course shorter version. Delicious cocktails, fantastic wine list. I am a customer for life. Thank you Le Cirque for making our Anniversary dinner memorable.
We enjoyed Valentine’s Day with my husband at this beautiful restaurant. It was only one 4 course menu option $ 345 per person. Well, it is what it is, although I’d prefer to try for these money their 8 course meal. Anyway, I will come back to try their regular menu. The food was outstanding, the service is classy amazing. I also love the atmosphere, amazing attention to details - dishes, glasses, beautiful! Our check was almost a grand with the tips. We also had a bottle of sparkling, non alcoholic cocktail and espresso martini. Experience is great, but very pricey. If u want experience a nice experience with Michelin restaurant for more reasonable price - go to Picasso, it’s in Bellagio. Otherwise, I’m happy with our choice for Valentine’s Day.
Absolute best culinary experience I've ever had. Everything was top level from the service to the food to the atmosphere. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. They were great at suggestions without being pushy as well. The food was tremendous! This was very much it of my comfort zone as, to be honest, many of the dishes I had never heard of. But we enjoyed them all and are every bite. A truly enjoyable experience and if I'm ever up for a very expensive but very impressive meal again, I will try Le Cirque again!
The service and ambiance at Le Cirque in the Bellagio are great — elegant, attentive, and exactly what you’d expect from a fine dining restaurant. However, the food simply doesn’t justify the price point. It feels like they’re still charging as if they were a Michelin-star restaurant, but that era has long passed. Spending around $700 for dinner for two without a single breathtaking or truly memorable dish says it all. Unfortunately, at these prices, it’s just not worth it.
We were expecting a lot from history and old reputation. Ambiance excellent. Wait staff overly attentive but lacked detailed service. Like not explaining the menu ,which was very difficult to understand , not listing accompaniments to the very limited selections. Not showing on the menu what the ingredients were. The supposedly ultra gourmet meal was a series of poorly paired dishes with fancy ingredients that over powered the dishes. For the week we were in Vegas we ate amazing creative dishes that left lasting memories in all 5 star restaurants all over town. Le Cirque really disappointed and was by far the most expensive with the worst food.
Overall disappointing. Not worth almost 600 dollars with tip for one person by any stretch of the imagination. I did the four course dinner with the "signature" rabbit. The good: over the top service and staff. The foie gras course with strawberries was very good. The wine pairings were very good, especially the one for the oysters. Often wine pairings are just good wines, these actually complemented the courses well. The okay: The chocolate ball with ice cream and the oysters are both very pedestrian at this price point. The oysters were very mild and mostly clean, with good provided sauces. The chocolate ball wasn't anything memorable. The bad: the rabbit was completely underwhelming. Compare what I was served to what is even in the book they gave me to read at the end of the meal, they didnt even meet their own standards. It could have been a chicken pot pie from the grocery store and both looked and tasted similar. My second major complaint here is again relative to the price point, I had asked the sommelier for a wheated bourbon to start when I was seated and received a wheat whiskey. I understand that the difference here sounds minor but it is a major change and I had severe heartburn from the relatively acidic and dry old fashioned that I received instead of getting something like weller. Very surprising and below the bar for a place that charges as much as they do. If it was a lesser place I would have just ordered makers mark and not trusted them. Stuffy interior, small dark room with windows that may have a view of the fountains or strip, was far from these. Won't be back, in vegas terms this is joel robuchon prices for a service far below even l'atelier.
One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I regularly dine at high-end restaurants and are happy to pay for great food and service. Unfortunately, our New Year’s Eve dinner at Le Cirque fell far short — especially for the high price point. The restaurant did not offer the 4-course menu advertised on its website, instead serving a fixed NYE menu that wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. Before being seated, we were asked to wait at the bar and were ignored for ~20 minutes without being offered a drink, until someone finally noticed. The food was underwhelming throughout. The smoked salmon and caviar was very basic, the chicken risotto was overcooked and had to be sent back, and the replacement was no better. The steak was fine, and dessert was forgettable — not what you expect from Le Cirque. To make matters worse, my wife had an allergic reaction to the bleach used in the tablecloths, forcing us to move to the bar near the end of the meal. This was stressful, bizarre, and something that has never happened to us before at any restaurant. While the hostess eventually apologized, it came after we had already paid. No proactive recovery, no meaningful acknowledgment, no attempt to make things right. For the price and reputation, this experience was unacceptable. We left feeling disappointed and misled, and would not return — especially for a special occasion.
I was four minutes late to my reservation (got turned around on game room floor) and their staff called me and repeatedly encouraged me to cancel my reservation on the phone, despite my explaining I’m 30 seconds from the entrance. Arriving 5 minutes after my reservation time, they again encouraged me to cancel, then said they’d have to check with the chef to see if they could still serve me. I left hungry after keeping my stomach empty for a big meal there. I couldn’t order food from people who don’t want to serve me. After receiving great service at the Mayfair, I swung back by and quietly and politely tried to tell a separate hostess that I was disappointed that I couldn’t be seated and it’s not appropriate to take reservations then encourage people to cancel for being 5 minutes late. This second hostess quickly started to speak over me, saying they’d overheard the call and the call and thought I wanted to cancel (despite saying otherwise in person and on the phone). I was being quiet with my feedback and this second hostess, I felt, was trying to make me look bad by speaking over me and misrepresenting the situation. She spoke in guests’ earshot, not me. It was more uncomfortable than having to leave the first time for feeling unwelcome. I was a 1 top table who was gonna order the prefixed menu. I was the last reservation time available, so there was no backlog, and their dining area still had multiple tables finishing their meals. I’m sure there is a talented chef at Le Cirque who makes great food for people when they feel like it, if guests can get past the service staff. Would recommend any other restaurant in the Cosmo or Bellagio over Le Cirque.
