I had breakfast this morning with a cappuccino and a brioche. The brioche was excellent, and the cappuccino foam was deliciously dense, giving me a great start to the day. Kudos to Spazio 42 for a very well-maintained space.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is easy to reach, with street parking (unattended) and an adjoining bar/pizzeria. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and clean (I had a triple room with a balcony). Excellent value for money. The only negative: the loud noise from cars, as it's right on the road.

A very welcoming, recently renovated venue with ample parking. They organize good year-round events, such as the three-day "Camunfest" and soapy table football. That's why I gave it a 4 out of 5 star rating. Table service could be improved when the dining room gets crowded.

Barista scortese, concentrata a chiacchierare di cose personali con una cliente, al nostro congedo nemmeno un saluto,attesa non giustificata alla casa per pagare due caffè in compenso buoni.

Nessun servizio, quando ordini da bere per la seconda volta non ti portano da mangiare e accoglienza zero.

Pessimo.ho girato il mondo e quasi tutta Italia bed &breakfast e appartamenti non ho mai visto un albergo senza asciugacapelli

I understand everything, but giving us the wrong room from the reservation would already be a zero-star rating. Despite the radiators being set to 30 degrees, the room remained at 14 degrees Celsius; it doesn't heat up at all. The cold-air fan in the winter is a wonderful idea, rightly so. The coffee table can't be opened because the wall collapses; I didn't even dare touch it, just looking at the joints. There's no hairdryer, and with 14 degrees Celsius in the room, it's a complete no-go as a winter destination. The WiFi doesn't work, not even with the password they give you at the door or dictated by the staff. I don't know in the summer because I've never been. But I definitely won't stay here again in the winter. If I could, I'd give it zero stars.

I had to stay at this property. I say had to because it was a terrifying experience. I booked through Booking.com with advance payment, which I always do. I show up at the "reception" bar, and they tell me first that there's no room, then that my reservation isn't there. Then they go to smoke and tell me to wait. I found a room, BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO NOT FIND IT. The bed was dirty and stained, the walls were covered in I don't know what, the bathroom was full of mold, the window wide open, it was minus six degrees and the heating was off. I decide to return the keys and leave in disgust. I'll spare you the photos. Avoid this place.

I'm tempted to advise against this B&B... I've stayed twice for work... Last week there were problems with billing and heating... Now I'm begging the bartenders downstairs to slightly lower the volume of the radio that blares in the rooms, but it's operated by a group of people who are a bit over the top... IMPOSITIVE TO SLEEP... Will I ask for a refund for my stay? I understand difficult customers, but it takes a moment of resilience!!!!

I order a Gin and Tonic...do you have a preference for Gin? the bartender asks...no, you decide, I say...which means that at 6 pm on Wednesday you can also give me the discount Gin, I have no expectations today...instead, without telling me anything, she dusts off a Japanese Gin that makes the Gin and Tonic go up to 15 euros... It's not a question of money...but this is being "smart"...It's a shame because I often go there with my family and I've always had a good experience. But this way, it really makes a bad impression.

I'm giving it 1 star because there's nothing less. And I won't fail to report it to the GDF. Out of three different orders, a single receipt was issued, and an incorrect one at that: 11 coffees were charged for an order of various alcoholic beverages. When I asked for the second and third receipts, the barista even called me 'rude' for trying to exercise my right. You decide for yourself. As far as I'm concerned, it's a place to stay away from and one I hope will close down, perhaps following several reports of irregularities they commit.

Knowing we were coming, the staff didn't even think about circulating air in that top-floor room without air conditioning or even a fan. As soon as we walked in, it felt like we were in an oven... and it wasn't even warm outside. This forced us to keep the windows wide open all night, unable to get any sleep between the heat (which showed no signs of abating), the traffic, and the light outside. In the morning, since breakfast is served at the adjacent café, which opens at 5:00, croissants and similar items were practically sold out by 10:00. Not recommended even for a one-night stopover. Oh, and I forgot about the tattooed girl at reception: how do they hire people with that attitude?!

Yesterday, March 14, 2019, I was in the car looking for a hotel and Booking immediately showed me this. I called around 6:30 PM, I was in Milan, everything was fine, the room was booked. I left Milan with no worries and arrived at the hotel around 11:00 PM. I went in and met the receptionist (maybe also a bartender, since you enter through the bar), and here's the big surprise: she gave the room to other people without warning or anything else. I had to look for a hotel at 11:30 PM, which is practically absurd. In my opinion, it has a terrible rating. Also, because the hotel may be nice and clean, but when you hire incompetent people, these are the results. The truth is, this is what happened yesterday. In my opinion, it can't even be called a hotel, but simply a room rental.
