Ordered for delivery so I can’t give my opinion on the atmosphere BUT the food is in a good way weirdly amazing!! I say weird in the best way possible because this is the first time i have experienced these textures and the seasoning/flavors are unique and stand out! I didn’t get to take a full picture of all we ordered. It was all eaten so quickly after the first bite 😋

Amazing Brazilian spot! This place is incredible! The food is authentic and full of flavor — the tapioca and pão de queijo were absolutely delicious. You can really feel the Brazilian touch in every bite. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home. Highly recommend it — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I often grab sandwiches when I go on picnics, and I also like to sit and enjoy my freddo espresso, they make it really well, and the place has a very pleasant atmosphere. Today there was a party going on, so I couldn’t stay and enjoy it fully because I had to head out on my next trip. But the food you served truly made our day, I had two plates and also enjoyed my salmon sandwich with a view of the waterfall. Thank you!

I recently tried the Monster Açaí Bowl here and I can honestly say it was one of the best things I’ve ever had. The portion was generous, the toppings were fresh, and the flavors all came together perfectly. It felt like the kind of bowl you remember long after eating it. On top of the food, the people who work here are incredibly hospitable. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel welcomed and taken care of, which really sets the tone for the whole experience. I usually stop by with my run club after our workouts and it’s become one of our go-to spots. The staff never seems fazed by a big group coming in and they always treat us with genuine friendliness. Between the quality of the food, the inviting atmosphere, and the great service, this place has quickly become a favorite of mine. If you’re looking for somewhere that not only delivers amazing açaí bowls but also makes you feel at home, this is it.

I go to tap on Ditmars all the time. I tried the new salmon mango sandwich and it’s delicious! I loved the cream cheese and salmon combo. I hope they add it to their regular menu.

Ordered delivery from here since Oakberry didn’t have any deals. Wonderful tasting açaí base, not too sweet and fully organic. Decided to get the new Nutella bowl without the Nutella. All instructions were followed, I added the coca nibbles which I usually like, these I didn’t, adds way too much sweetness, totally threw my açaí off, thankfully I didn’t fully mix it so I was able to mostly enjoy the rest. I also added milk powder (my favorite). I also ordered the pesto pão de queijo which was spectacular! Biting into it felt like my mouth took a trip to Italy. Well-balanced ingredients that add a nice touch to elevate the classic dish but still maintained its characteristics of a really well-made PDQ. Prices however are high! Paid 24.47 for these two items (this is the price after the 30% discount promo on the açaí). Therefore, a nice treat once and a while but not regularly. Order arrived quick and neat, I also enjoyed the generous portion size of the toppings. Having lived in Brazil for a year and continuing to visit annually, I give this place a thumbs up for authenticity, quality and quantity.

love the cozy vibes in here - probably about 5 2-seat tables and one lounge couch. The food was delicious, I want to come back. The pao de queijo panini with avo & eggs….i thought it was amazing they just flatten the cheese bread and boom, it’s a sandwich. The flavor on the bread was perfectly cheesy, chewy with a little crunch. I want to come back and try the other bread. I arrived around 3P, so it was after lunch and before dinner, and chose to wait for the Pao de Queijo “happy hour”…just had to because they were so good! I got 2 original, 1 pesto and 1 spicy. I devoured all and love that they are closeby. Premises were kept clean and staff were friendly.

Very cool cafe 👍 Cycling through and decided to stop here after seeing a nice crowd lounging outside. Very nice outdoor setup with seating under shaded umbrellas. It’s one of the cool spots in Astoria to people watch. PROS 1) good coffee 2) good Brazilian cheese bread 3) free self iced water 4) comfortable indoor & outdoor seating 5) cyclist & 🐶 friendly CONS 1) cheese bread is small 2) cheese bread is pricey
