I love, love, love Taco Bell. I don't pay any attention to people who say it's not real Mexican food or not real food. Bah! It's delicious and scrumptious. It's almost my first choice Everytime I have a choice of menus.

Always clean, friendly staff and ready to serve customers inside or drive through. Management is on staff and over sees staff. Thank you. We enjoyed our meal and being able to come inside

When it's 11:00 at night, and you want good food, go to Taco bell. They really make food fast, and it's always fresh. The kids who work there always have a smile. The drive through usually takes less than 5 minutes. You can get a tray of tacos for a really good price, which will feed 5 hungry boys. Thanks Taco bell.

Huge shoutout to the afternoon team working on August 22 at 2pm. Fresh food and all of my items were made to perfect specification as listed on my taco bell app. Definitely will be my regular Tbell location from now on.

They are hands down the best fast food place in Atwater! Orders hardly ever wrong, always polite and fast service. The foods made consistently with the same look and despite of being backup with a line, still isn't a long wait.

I love this restaurant already but they have recently extremely won me over by currently selling french fries as mentioned twice before now I am an extreme fry eater and not a meat eater so with them making my already favorite dinners into french fry meals you have made me fall in love with your company all over again. Well done Taco Bell. Do not remove your fries from the menu.

I’m giving 5 stars for the service I received today. I was on my way to Atwater to visit family and I stopped at Livingston Taco Bell. It wasn’t until after I was in Atwater that I realized they messed up my daughter’s food. So I went to Atwater Taco Bell to order her new food. I left and got to my family’s house when I realized I was given the wrong food. I drove back, angry, and walked into the restaurant with my incorrect food and receipt. I was immediately acknowledged by a man who was busy working on something with the soda machines. He could tell I wasn’t happy and already knew what had happened before I even spoke. He immediately acknowledged the mistake, asked for my food to be remade and offered me a soda for my troubles. I actually decline the drink because I was so pleased with the service on correcting the mistake. Thank you Ryan for your kindness and for getting me taken care of quickly. I wish there were more people like you working in customer service.

Best and most consistent taco bell I've ever been to. Vegetarian. Cheesy gordita crunch substitute the meat for beans. Solid service. Just got back from spending a few months in FL and the local Taco Bell was TERRIBLE over the course of the 4 chances I gave it. Made me appreciate this one in Atwater, because it pretty much never disappoints. And I've been to approx. 40 different location across the country. This one is #1 for consistency.

Great place. Clean bathrooms and facility. Really nice staff. Was in and out faster then the long line in the drive thru. Food was good. All ingredients were evenly spread out so you got every ingredient in every bite.

I pre-ordered breakfast burritos for 60 kids and adults. The order was ready on time and was accurate. Everyone loved them.

I don't expect much from fast food chains anymore, especially Taco Bell. This one blew me away. Ryan was very polite and professional, order was correct, came very quick and every item was very well made. Super impressed! Thanks guys :)

I was in the Drive-Thru so I'm not really sure about atmosphere inside. We go here at least once a week to maybe every two weeks to get my boyfriend's grandpa is chalupas. The menu is pretty expensive when you're not ordering a meal. Does street tacos that they came out with were delicious. We had the steak street tacos.

I placed a big order for our Varsity Youth Cheer Christmas party and I was so happy with the experience. I placed the order and said I would be right back to pick it up because I knew the order would take time to make due to the size of the order. When I picked it up everything was ready boxed and bagged up so nicely. They even helped us take thenorder out to the car. Nothing was missing or out of place and the food was absolutely delicious. The girls loved it! I’m so glad we decided to use them for this event. I can’t say thank you enough to the staff.

No indoor dining. I used the drive-thru. I had to drive clear around the building to get in the drive-thru, which was annoying, because there were big orange pillars, (cones) blocking cars from going into the drive-thru from anywhere except one place. There was only one car in line in front of me. The person who took my order was happy and nice, he had no problem answering my questions. I asked if the sold Mexican pizzas, because I would of ordered one, I really like them, but they don't sell them anymore 😥. I ordered a burrito, a quesadilla and nacho fries. My order was correct, ready fast, I was charged correctly and given the correct change. My food was good, just as expected.

I was having a Marcia Brady moment meaning I was extremely hungry and ready to road rage, So I stopped in for a vegan Mexican pizza This location attempted to upcharge me to where a vegan Mexican pizza, a black bean taco, and a medium beverage, Were going to cost $16- so I canceled that order and re-ordered without using taco Bell's options- I walked out the door with the same meal for just over $8 You have to be careful franchise locations like this sometimes are using the corporate name so that they can nickel and dime their customers, And up charging us on everything.. otherwise the food tasted fine

Had to walk in after going through the drive-thru and getting two crunchy tacos and I ordered two soft tacos so I parked and had to go in and get the right order. They gave me a free soda

Today for lunch, I left work and got Lunch at the Atwater Taco Bell. I used the drive thru, and I only had 2 cars ahead of me. I got a combo meal with tacos, and a drink, and and desert. My food was the same that I ordered, the price was reasonable, and the customer service was friendly with a smile. When I got back to work to open my meal it was still hot, so I was pretty pleased. They gave me extra salsa as I requested, and my drink had enough ice. Overall, I was very satisfied, and will return when I'm in the mood for tex mex. Thanks Taco Bell.

Taco Bell hits the spot sometimes. I don't really like their ground beef, it upsets my stomach, so I using get beans on my main meals. I like the nachos, and especially like the spicy tostada with the chipotle sauce. If you like chipotle, you will like the sauce. My husband likes the Mexican pizza. Service is usually very nice and friendly. Sometimes it's a bit messy after a lunch or dinner rush.

Fast Service in the drive thru, even with a long line. They even have cones out to direct the direction of the drive thru line. Downside, they didn't catch my meat change on one of my items.

They are three blocks away so I do walk there at times. Love the soft tacos and nacho fries and the burrito supremes... Sure they do mess up an order once in awhile but not enough to keep me away. And I appreciate the drive thru workers. Have never in 9 years had one that didn't smile and say thank you.

Frequently messes up on the orders. Drive through usually slow due. Update: After renovation and restaff orders have been fast and errors minimized. Glad to see the location listened to the complaints. Raising from 3 to 4 star.

Order was great tasting. But when you go threw drive Thur. You should always check your food. Ask for no red sauce. Got red sauce. Inconvenient to park and have to go in anyway.

I tried to order online but there were issues trying to look into the cart to check out. I wanted to order two $5.00 boxes only available online. Since I couldn't get it to work I ended getting two at the restaurant. That cost me double! First time trying their fries and I liked that the best out of everything else.

Food is pretty consistent. Service is very quick, I’ve never had to wait. I’ve only gotten jacked out of two taco supremes from one value meal once. So pretty solid. Good job all around.

Slow at taking orders, servicing the customers and filling orders. On a few orders, items were left off, wrong item given. Plus side is willingness to correct mistake and strive for customer satisfaction.

I don't normally eat fast food but this particular day I was really hungry and I couldn't wait until I got home and the safest place to eat was Taco Bell for me the reason I give it A3 only is the person says welcome to Burger King and I was confused and I said I'm at Taco Bell aren't I oh I'm sorry yes so I order my item and I get up to the window and she says would you like fries with that and again I look at her confused and say Taco Bell sells fries? Went to Atwater's Taco Bell this evening for dinner ordered about I don't know roughly $30 worth of stuff my girlfriend ordered a nacho we get home we get sitting around the dinner table we start to eat and my girlfriend started eating her nachos and realizes something's different about the nachos they change their chips or she had stale chips but just a heads up on the nachos I don't know what's going on there! I hope they fix it I love going there. it is kind of a bummer experience for her night off.

I have been going here a long time and in the last few times that I have come at night, at around 8-830pm, the food is ice cold. We ordered two chalupa boxes and 2 five layer burritos . I noticed it last time and had to reheat my food, which is hard to do when you have lettuce on it. This time I noticed it again more so but this time it was cold and the chalupa was chewey, meaning it had set for a long while. If you go during the day the food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is good, day shift way better. Disappointed enough this time about cold food that I decided to write a review. We have always had a better experience in Atwater, and the last two times very disappointed in cold food.

They were really busy and the staff just wasn't attentive. We waited for almost 20 min. . . Part of that time, there were 3 families in line and not one employee to be seen. Maybe they were just having an off day, it's usually way better

They are stingy with the nacho cheese even after being charged for extra. Higher prices smaller quantity. Shrinkflation has affected our local restaurants

All the workers have been kind. We've been going for the Mexican pizza. My kids really like the cheddar chalupa's too. I like that the kids are kind unlike other fast food establishments these kids really seem to know their place. Their boss is teaching them customer service and manners👍

It's a decent place for a quick meal. Their latest promotion, the $5 box is an exceptional deal. Three food items plus a drink for $5, a great deal for lunch or even enough for two to split. Naturally the choices aren't yours but they'll do when your hungry and looking for something to fill you up. And their Happy Hour deal on drinks makes picking up a cool something to refresh yourself an affordable option. Service is usually pretty quick and it's kept clean.

They seriously cannot get my order right. Three weeks in a row they tried giving me strawberry lemonade freezes instead of the strawberry ones I ordered. I catch the error and they then have to redo it. Apparently taco bell needs to change the name because strawberry and strawberry lemonade are too similar for the workers to get it right.

I never had a problem eating there. I didn't have a problem with my order. I just didn't like the way A employee handled a lady(kinda complain about not getting napkins). The employee shoves the costumer napkins, turns around and yells out "White People!" I feel like it was a bit racist; If someone working there yelled out [black people] referring to a whole race is a type of way for wanting Paper Towels. They would be fired. Taco bell should not hire a person that goes off for asking for napkins. 11/14/25 at around 7:03 pm.

I have been stuck in the dang drive thru for almost half hour! Absolutely ridiculous. I understand places are understaffed and whatnot but this is crazy. I'll never come here again when I want something fast. Lol.

Just went to Taco Bell in Atwater Ca We ordered four breakfast crunch wraps two bacon and two sausage paid over $25 dollars and not one of the crunch wraps had any bacon or sausage although they did label the sausage wraps so we knew which which ones were bacon and sausage but no meat just eggs and a soggy hash brown in each one

It's taco hell what do you expect it's okay once in awhile if you don't hurry it's not that bad just if you want good Mexican Grill Mexican go find a Mexican restaurant go to Maria's across the street they're like talking about a whole lot better high grade go find a taco truck you know if Taco Bell was a higher and actual Mexicans do it go in there make your food it might be better

Everytime I go there's always something missing. Tonight was just enough for me. Noone was behind me in line, the inside was not even very busy. I never got a receipt and I'm missing 2 items which I was charged for bur was not given a receipt. When I got home I tried to call and make a complaint, noone answers the phone. Very disappointed as I have an 8 year old kid who really was looking forward to his food, but I'm crunched for time and can't go back to the restaurant. If I were to do my job this way I wouldn't have one.

I'm so tired of this place. No matter how I order food and how soon I get it, it is always cold. I placed an order through the app and it came straight to me and was already dry and cold when I opened it up. Not to mention they forgot items and utensils. I will give them credit, it was the first time they added the requested sauces and drink I ordered without having to ask them for it This isn't a problem just to the local store. Seems that ordering online, on the app, or in store on the kiosk causes the same problems at all of their stores. I wonder if not having a face to face interaction with the customers is causing the workers not to care about doing a good job

Food is good. The wait time is crazy!! It took longer to get my food than it did to eat it...then to top it off the Pepsi was not good...It's a love-hate relationship...today not lovin' it!

I felt invisible, nobody acknowledge us. It took an employee on their lunch to order our drinks. And the employees behind the counter seen us made eye contact but didn't bother to help us. Pretty sad. Waited about 5 minutes for service.

I'm a vegetarian and would frequent taco Bell occasionally because they're certified vegetarian, however tonight we ordered two black bean quesaritos and received burritos with meat inside. This is unacceptable. Just putting a warning out there to other vegetarians, check your food first because they don't.

Good food. Bad drive through when you try to park and drive through line is too long. Think going in is faster not always. Especially when its hard to park. 15th st taco bell is better in Merced.

Most Taco Bell restaurants are open late, but this one closes at midnight every day. Even so, if a customer shows up in time to place an order, you should serve them like any other customer instead of selling barely edible, soggy food missing half the ingredients.

This Taco Bell never gives you a taco supreme no matter how many times I go there and order one. They give you a regular taco but charge supreme..it’s really weird. Literally the last four times I’ve went this has happened. I also ordered a Gatorade and they gave me this weird opaque drink that was literally not Gatorade. This place sucks

Went today to order some food with my kids & my kids were being playful with each other while I was ordering food. My English isn’t the best but I always try my best & I saw an Indian lady that works here make fun of me while I was trying to order. I chose to ignore the ignorance. When it came to pickup my order , she specifically looked in my direction & started laughing at me. She was making fun of me to her other co workers. I didn’t say anything because my kids were with me but I’m absolutely disgusted .

I was insulted for asking if I could switch an item for one that was more expensive and she continued to be so rude I just left. I can’t allow my son to think that sort of language is acceptable.

Worst customer service ever GM liked to argue and say customers arnt right . Even tho i have been going there for a while they continue to mess up my order everytime , i am either always missing something or something isnt right. I found like 7 hairs in my food , yes i counted them it was disgusting, then proceeded to keep telling me to check my bag when i shouldnt have too yes i do sometimes bur they are equipped with screens that tell you the amount of items and what items are in there . People mess up i get it but everytime i go ? Also Gm doesnt pick up phone at all likes to be on his phone instead .

We ordered 3 items and they put 23 packages of hot sauce in our bag. No wonder it cost almost 20 dollars for 3 tacos.

Terrible customer service, they seen me standing there with my door dash bag on Friday night (10/4/24) for 13 minutes and did not acknowledge me... They pretend not to see their door dash delivery drivers (maybe because I'm black). Customers ordering at the kiosk was served first and drive thru order was served first, they all pretended not to see me standing there with the big red door dash bag.

Their food is the best, but the wait is ridiculous. I come here every day because I prefer a burrito to a burger. Basically that's the only reason. I see the ladies in there moving around like they are buffering or something. Why does it take 5 minutes to slide my card? At any other taco bell, I never wait more than 5 to 10 minutes. 30 minutes? For 1 five later burrito? Dude. That all being said. The food is delicious. The wait is not.

Zero Stars!! If possible ~ This place NEVER gets my order correct & there is usually something missing. I order Extra lettuce in my taco, receive my order, ask did they put extra lettuce in my taco? Yes! Pull it out of the bag open it & LOL not only did I NOT get the extra lettuce they "CHARGED" for.. the shell was half empty!! WTH So I say, this doesn't have extra lettuce, her response... Well me start off by saying this was not a very pleasant experience first off. I didn’t get a greeting at the intercom I proceeded to tell them I’m just here for a pick up. Gave them my name and everything. When we pulled up to the window they didn’t say anything or open the window and when they did they said “what did you order” in a disrespectful tone. I would retrain or not show up to work if you’re having a bad day. Never have experiences like this at this location.

Placed a mobile order for drive through pickup for my lunch, when I got there line is longer than usual. No big deal. When I get to the speaker they tell me mobile orders are down and to come inside and show your phone to the manager they’ll be able to make your order. I sit in line and wait through the drive thru line. When I get inside I’m told they’re not doing mobile orders right now. Very unhappy with service, cancelled my order and ate lunch across the street, wasted my time.

Very rude! Christina was very unprofessional,rolled her eyes a lot while asking a question,raised her voice, and try to argue with me. She rather talk to her co-worker instead of being helpful like I was interrupting there conversation. Rule of thumb, if there's time to talk,there's time to clean. She charged me 3xs the amount for a single item. You couldn't hear her in the drive thru intercom even though I asked her to please speak up a few times. Her manager/co-worker Miguel P. Was so polite and helpful. Thank you for your kindness and customer service skills.

Sort of New to the area and the food I ordered tasted….off? Quality just was not up to the normal standards. My burritos had mostly rice in them.

I had to repeat my order 3 times got home and my order was wrong. I asked for them to put no sauce in my bowl, and to add extra chicken. They put the sauce in my bowl and no extra chicken. Mind you i got charged for the extra chicken as well which I didn’t mind. This is absolutely ridiculous. Employees need to do better and listen and get the order accurate.

The young lady that took my order around 645/650 was rude.... I asked for fresh chalupa shell because my pervious experience buying the shell was rock hard and she told me " well they just like that once the air hits them," which they are qite not ( i worked for your other branch for almost 2 years) but to respond to customers with a rude tone and manner is crazy ....hopefully a manager had ahead set on .. I won't be visiting tacobell for a while anymore ... especially this location

I have come here less and less over the last year as the quality of food is literally subpar. Each time it gets worse no lie. I waited in the drive through for 17 minutes to get a chicken nugget meal and these were the nuggets served to me. How is this even okay. They went directly into the trash can. Called and the manager was nice, but why even serve these to a customer. These look completely burnt. Disgusting.

Lousy, overpriced, and skimpy. All onions and no pico on a Fresco style burrito. App is also glitchy and uses dark patterns to try add pico as an up charge instead of the no cost Fresco option. I don't eat taco bell often and I'm reminded why on this visit. It's not worth it and the food is gross and not made with care.

Higher prices less food and not good quality either. Photo of soft taco supreme next to a penny. Supreme? Yeah right. And that's not even telling about a few of the other items. I buy for six. Going to be homemade from now on. Taste better and cost less. I don't recommend any of Taco Bell items.
