On 12/02/2025 Brianna helped me at the drive thru window. Brianna blew me away with her kind presence, and especially, her dedication to her customers! When I asked Brianna why the tip screen disappeared from the card reader; she said it’s so bright outside and so many people struggle with knowing which buttons to press, I always just bypass the option. I hope she’s acknowledged for her commitment to customer service as it’s very BIG of her to skip out on getting a tip, so that her customers can get on their way. I also hope this system can be improved, so hard working and dedicated staff members such as Brianna are not missing out on receiving their tips, and furthermore that Brianna is recognized and rewarded for her hard work ethic. Thank you!
Staff was very friendly and prompt with my order. They were super busy yet the grill chesse on sour dough czmeout just right, not too crispy.
Slow, slow service and they were not busy! Allow 15-25 minutes for your drink & another 3-5 if you ordered 2 drinks at the same time!
Typically, this Starbucks had your app order for in-store pick up before the estimated time. And the staff is typically friendly. The only reason I'm giving 3 nstead of 5 stars is because the last drink I ordered from them was not filled all the way. Including pic for reference. I didn't have a single sip before this pic was taken. I also reached out to customer service and it's been a few days and they haven't responded.
First off, glad I walked in before my mobile order was ready because I watched the barista put whole milk in my drink when I ordered oat. 1) I am lactose intolerant and 2) oatmilk cost extra!!! So that’s very irritating. But when she fixed it she gave me half the drink instead of remaking the items she needed. I understand they are busy, but if I am spending almost $7 on a drink then it should be made right, especially if one of the items makes me ill and I substitute for a reason, not because I like to spend extra or for fun. And it should be filled and not half empty. Irritating.
I asked the black guy for whipped cream because which I was charged for. He gave me a tiny whipped cream. I asked him to add more because it was tiny. He collected the drink and returned it without adding whip cream. If I am paying for something I expect to be served properly.
Clean store and not too loud, but the wait was longer than other Starbucks I’ve been to. The real problem is they don’t call names for pickup. I ordered a drink and muffin, saw what I thought was mine just sitting there, and waited. Five minutes later the screen said it was ready. Yep, it was mine the whole time. Saw the same thing happen to another customer, except her order was sitting in the drive-thru pickup area.
PLEASE CHANGE YOUR “HOURS OF OPERATION” It was already closed when I arrived at 8:34 p.m. The staff member didn't bother to inform me that the business was already closed when she noticed that I was outside the entrance. I was ignored!
Just came through drive thru and the girl at the window kept talking over me while placing my order when I got to window to pay she avoided me and was rude, handed me my drink and then slammed the window in my face! So to the heavy set girl white girl in the black t shirt who wanted to run off and not return to window after being petty I will be calling corporate on you tomorrow! Your lucky you didnt get that venti Carmel Brulee thrown back at you like you slammed the window in my face!! DO BETTER Starbucks hires anybody buyers beware!
I just went this morning for a chocolate pick-me-up before work. It is a Grande Hot Chocolate that costs a good amount. So, imagine my suprise when I was handed my drink and it felt pretty light. I mentioned this to the barista who quickly waved it off as being light due to the whipped cream. Perhaps it was light because you didnt fill the cup. If I wanted a smaller size that's what I would have ordered. Please do better in training your team, this was not the pick-me-up I was hoping for.
Everytime I go to this location they skimp out on the matcha scoops. It’s $1 extra each scoop. They will hand you the lightest green cup and claim it’s 2 extra matcha scoops. Then you ask to remake and they will tell you, you don’t know what you’re talking about. I get a matcha everyday at the Starbucks in prosper on Preston and they are the best. This one is filled with lazy employees who hate matcha
Good afternoon I usually come to this Starbucks because is near my house and everyone is nice and polite but a today oct 28 I had a bad experience with one of the employees there she is Gothic I told her to make a coffee for me I will use my personal cup she was event taking and order from drive thru and the same time I don’t mine that but she finished she told me the total and just walk away and she did even took my cup to do the coffee she was really un polite everyone else was so nice she needs to do better with customer.
Honestly I’ve never liked this Starbucks, but everyone kept telling me the people here are great. WRONG. I have gone here multiple times. Either someone talking back at me for arriving too early for my mobile order, being rude, or forgetting items. One worker said they didn’t make an egg and cheese protein box, but they then said “we’re sold out of bacon cheese burgers,” what?!?! I don’t know what is up here, but I’ve been trying for over a year. I’m officially done with this location. Be warned!
I really wish Starbucks would stop cheating its customer. I ask for the venti pink drink with light ice and stressed light ice…like a few cubes and I get to the window with a cup filled with ice 😤 I even mention that it looks like a LOT of ice and she still pushes the cup out the window and hands me the pad which is getting on my nerves asking for a tip. Seriously every single time with the “it’s going to ask you a question” What am I supposed to do? Fix the drink myself. It’s the type of industry. This isn’t sit down service…BUT this location is notorious for shoveling scoops of ice In your cup when you ask for light ice or no ice. I literally spooned out a cereal bowl full of ice. UNACCEPTABLE! They just ignore your request and it makes my drink a tall instead. It’s just robbing the customers. Do BETTER and stop insisting on a tip!
Ordered breakfast, they didn’t send what I ordered. I ordered a 2nd time thinking it was a mistake and they purposely sent the wrong order again! May as well close the store and let the other stores handle orders if they can’t get it right. I ordered a wrap they sent a muffin but the first time they didn’t send anything.
This location does not fill your coffee cup to the top! To all the “baristas “ at this location stop cheating customers out a full cup of coffee! If I tip and order a “Grande” I expect a full Grande not a “Tall” coffee in grande size cup! This happens “often” at this location so customers check your order especially if you use drive thru!!! Oan: Attention Management it’s time to retrain or hire better baristas at this location because obviously “some “if not all do not know how to make & provide a “Grande” coffee. Very important to pay attention to detail I have attached 3 pics and marked with sharpie how much coffee was in cup! Truly unacceptable and disgusting to be handed half full cup of coffee in drive thru! This will be my last time patronizing this location!😡😡😡
Always getting my drink orders wrong I want to cry. I can’t immediately sip a taste from my extremely hot coffee to see if it’s correct or not. By the time I figure it’s was made wrong I’m at work and can’t leave. I’ve asked for blonde vanilla lattes and out of the last 3 times I’ve ordered this, they’ve only gotten it right ONCE. Both times after that they have forgotten the vanilla and it’s just straight bland. Just a waste of my money that literally goes down the drain.
This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The employee taking orders at the window today couldn’t provide the coffee I asked for, she was confused on how I asked for a venti for a triple espresso?? I always order the same coffee, and I’ve never had a problem with it at any other location. But then once I got my coffee they were small, then I had to remind her they were Large, THEN they literally just poured it on a large cup , added foam and called it a day!!! I asked her why did it look already mixed if usually the espresso is at the bottom and the foam on top , all the way to the top let me clarify.. she gave me this wack explanation cause she knew what they had done. And whatever I drove off I was already super annoyed. Then I notice she only gave me 3, I had ordered 4 coffee’s. So I had to go back in the drive thru line and say they had forgotten one of my coffees, and she saids oh just pull up to the window and we will GIVE you one..? I feel as that was rude because it wasn’t being given , I paid for it!! Just horrible, once I got home everyone complained the coffee wasn’t sweet , so obviously they weren’t made right….
Don't go on the weekend. I was at this location last Saturday and ordered 2 drinks. 10 minutes after they give me one drink and say the other is being made. But then 20 minutes passed and it wasn't until I talked to management that I received the drink. They were swamped but all running around like they were getting drinks out and didn't know where things were. But everyone in the lobby already were there for 30 minutes each. They rushed my first drink and because of that it came out with caramel and whipped cream all around the outer cup.... Hope everyone has a different experience...
As I read the reviews I noticed, apart from the “local guide” ones, most experiences are similar to mine. Bad experiences. I moved here in Jan and have had nothing but bad service, wrong orders, long lines and dirty store from this Starbucks. Every time I pick up my drink, which is every single morning, I have to hope and pray it’s correct or else I’m stuck Explaining to the team the difference between a creme frap and a coffee frap, the bitterness and colour difference in a 2 shot and a 4/5 shot latte or the science behind whip creams reaction to froth. One would think this would be thought in training. One would also think that if the customer says it’s not right, don’t try to build a case for why it is, I don’t have the time, nor would I stand there and lie about add ins. Please just remake the drink. I am already disappointed in the my drink, don’t salt the wound. Finding Solution: Now, I absolutely despise it when corporate offers you some chunk change for your bad experience. I have denied the money several time, I don’t want your money just fix the issue. I just want what I pay for. A clean store and right orders. I had picked up the DM’s card on multiple occasions but didn’t really call her. But as time passed and those Bcards started collecting, I found myself driving 2.4 extra miles to my previous location to pick up my drink just to avoid this store. This was BS, so I made the call. She informed me she will visit the store and make sure the concerns were addressed. the change was short-lived and down the hill it went again. Now with the wide spread the lines are still long, which I understand but the drinks still keep coming out wrong. I am speechless. In 10 years this is the first one to continue bad service. Solution: Postmate to at least have CS for the wrong order, send someone else to pick it up or drive by previous location.
