Panera has a great atmosphere, which is calm, clean, and ideal for working or meeting up. The staff is friendly, and the menu offers a decent variety, though I noticed their food rating was only moderate, which felt about right. The chairs and tables are a bit flimsy, making it less comfortable for longer stays. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable spot, but not necessarily a standout for the food alone. JY review

Ordered a Chocolate Cold Brew and Vanilla Cinnamon Roll for 11 bucks and I'm kind of disappointed. For a place that's so fancy and is supposed to be a bakery, this cinnamon roll wasn't very good. The icing had a lemoniness and I don't like lemon. Wish they would make the name of it more accurate to the experience. The coffee was pretty good though, more coffee and dark chocolate flavor than super sweet chocolatey that you expect from most cold drinks, pleasant surprise. My boyfriend wanted to try their french bread and they just gave him a warm chunk of it with some butter, that was waaaay better than the cinnamon roll!

The service was quick and nice. The food was ok when I ate it, but that same night I got sick with food poisoning. I suspect I got it from here, because I didn’t eat anything else after Panera, not even water. I got the Italian sandwich and a soda from their machines, not from a can. Do not recommend.

Had the "spicy fiesta chicken sandwich". Spicy it ain't. Flavorless it is. It's just chopped up chicken with a few bits of corn and pimento and a whole lot of Flavorless sauce, thats it. I thought maybe I was getting covid for a minute,that is how flavorless this sandwich is. They should be ashamed to charge what they do for this thing.

So I live 2 minutes aways from the federal way Parena bread, I drive to this panera bread (auburn) because the atmosphere and some employees at the other one are not friendly (one of the girls making food was literally talking about how her sister doesn't like white people) , and my order was constantly wrong, and I always tips to go, what a let down when you are on i-5 and your order you paid extra for is wrong again. Well I tried to like this auburn location, but the atmosphere here is worse, First almost no employees brings your orders out or calls them, even if they are just standing there at the take out counter, one time they brought out a huge order to a family, and called my name, but just stood there like usual doing nothing, unlike most other locations, where costumer services is priority. Here you will wait for someone to help you at the front counter most days. My order was wrong the other day, I told them and as I proceeded to show the ticket on the plate, she says "I can see it " with an attitude. Made the order wrong again, hmmm... you saw it twice still wrong, I said it's still wrong and just ate the food. also they will check your order as ready but it's not ready, so you are standing up there waiting, confused because the order has now disappeared off the reader board and your notification says ready but still not ready, I tip on all my orders even To go orders, not sure why at this point, but today, I went to the restroom for maybe 10 minutes they cleaned my table, which had my ear buds and binder on the small table, they took my plate and my bag of unopened chip, they stole my food I paid for, I just left and wrote this I'm done with this location. Best panera bread location I've been to is in Tukwila Washington morning shift, they are so friendly and great at their job, they actually seem to love what they do, i drive out of my way during work days just to go to that location, but on my off day I come here it's 15 minutes closer, not anymore, I'm just going to look for other places to eat, I come to panera bread about 250+ days a year and spend somewhere around $5k in that year, so I have a good understanding about certain locations. At least I will still have Tukwila. Photo shows my savings for the year $1400, I don't know exactly what that means, maybe I come here to much.

Called for 20 minutes straight during business hours to otder bread and nobody picked up the phone. They must not care to take my money, so ill have to go to the Emish market in fife for good bread and way better desserts. 🤷‍♂️

Took them 16 mins to put one order of Mac and cheese in a bag and hand it to me in the drive thru. Ash, the person on drive thru, took several more orders while I was sitting there waiting, and blatantly ignoring me while I tried getting their attention.

I ordered a chicken almond salad sandwich as usual. After one bite, I threw away the rest of it. Half of green vegetables were rotten and the taste was also from different other Panera branches. If don't have fresh ingredients, don't take an order. No one wants to eat trash.

I usually love Panera Bread and always prefer to get sandwiches from them, than any other place. But this location is really disappointing. We got two sandwiches, both of them were missing regular ingredients (I didn’t have any sauce on mine besides a drop of mustard 😑), they were cold (supposed to be warm), one slice of cheese... Maybe we just got workers that didn’t care. I guess just not a good location, even though it looks a lot better than many other ones.

We have had an issue every single time we order from them. We order pastries etc to deliver to other offices. Last time they were in boxes but some stacked vertically and made the icing rub around the box and they looked messy. Some of the boxes were beat up as well. This time, they delivered them and they weren't even in boxes because they said they ran out!! They were wrapped in these plastic wraps and stacked on top of each other making the icing and jelly completely stick to bags. This is very unprofessional and we will not be ordering from this location again.
