This rating is solely on their soft serve ice cream. We love it and now they have strawberry *chef's kiss* When we realized there was strawberry we have been hooked on the swirl. We have legit gone everyday for a week 😁

Ok so I may be a bit partial, but c'mon seriously, who doesn't like Rally's fries? I mean even if they were bad-they'd still be good! They have the killer $6 lunch deal which is inexpensive and about the perfect amount so you're not dragging from being too full and full enough you don't want anymore. I can't pass by one and not stop.

I love this place!! Their fries are exceptional. The specialty burgers are always a treat. And the funnel cakes remind me of the county fair! Almost forgot to mention the dipped cones and thick shakes.

I've stopped buy my double cheeseburgers at Burger King. Burger King can't seem to get it together on the proper way to toast a hamburger bun! I don't like the taste of the meat at Jack in the Box, McDonald's or other fast food restaurants. Rally's has tasty meat and knows how to toast a hamburger bun!

You go to Rallys for lunch like you go to Coldstone Creamery for ...lunch ... The food here is delicious and terrible for you in every wonderful way fast food should be. Make sure you are at a huge calorie deficit first, like you're just coming back from an 8 hour mountain run so you won't become obese after one order. Love this place.

Everything ordered was absolutely delicious, right down to the pickles on the burger. I don't eat fast food often but these fries are crave worthy. Short wait time and everything was prepared fresh. Order was accurate. Service was polite. My go to place for fries!

This Restaurant is very good ! The speed of service and the courtesy of the employees stands out. The establishment is clean, and they have a great " Curb appeal". They do have a patio but no bathroom for guest; is very popular among the young crowd. They offer a kids menu as well. I love their "Chili cheese fries", and their wings !!!!! it is not 24 hours but they close at 3:00 AM. Conveniently located at only 2 blocks from I 5 .

Tell ya burgers and fries are superb! They have great specials and coupons. They are quickly becoming my family's favorite place to grab a quick bite! There aren't many places 3 people can have a burger , fries, drink, and appetizer for $9, but that's what happened for us last week.

They really have good good and very u serrated. I'm not gonna compare them to in n out but it's my got to at the moment(in-n-out is kinda overated,terrible fries too). When eating out it really helps to change it up. They really do have great great fries too, I always go for the biggest size (xl) as I feel I get more than enough for two people compared to all other restaurants at the same price. Highly recommend trying it out if you haven't. My go to at the moment is the spicy chicken sandwich. My whole family loves it. No pics at this time but I'll post some up next time.

Best tasting fast food for the price. Always fast, usually friendly. Did get a little piece of bone in a chicken sandwich once, but with as many times as I've been here and had great quality, the one time isn't enough to affect my opinion of the place.

One of my favorite places to go whenever I’m in San Diego! Do yourself a favor and go in person, whenever I order on Uber eats the fries just aren’t as good. Go to order for my girlfriend and I is the bacon burger meals, fries, and 1 each strawberry and banana milkshake… they are god tier!

The workers at the restaurant are amazing but im really mad that I sign up for text messages with the promise of a free double rallys burger and when I was going to ise the coupon the appt said it has reqxh it's maximum inventory so they canr honor the coupon any more that is super upsetting that they dont honor their coupons **Updates, a nice worker ask me if there is anything they can do to make it up, I told them if they could do anything to make it up. I did remind them that their seevice and food is amazing that the problem was worh the app that was not honoring the coupon. So I jist aks them for the sandwotch and they gave it to me for free so I reset the review to 5 stars because they where willing to honor the coupon even if the app was not honoring the coupon. p.s. typically the app always works good I being using it for years, it just fail for this kne occasion but im happy that the drive thru worker was able to fix it and im grateful. Best Rallys location ever.

Was a quick and easy stop for us. They have one of those automated voice cashiers in the drive-thru and I don't know if I'm a fan of that, but the guy at the window double-checked our order thoroughly and was super nice. It was my first time eating Rally's too and it was pretty good!

We're went thru the drive thru. Good was good order was correct I thought I'd get more than 1 shipping sauce for my nuggets but otherwise it was good.

The line was long but it moved quickly. I didn't eat but my son did, he loves your food. We suggest you make a popcorn chicken combo with the fries seperate with the option for a larger french fry. My son was still hungry.

They only thing i do not like is that people who use an ebt card must use the walk-up window. Even if they are disabled or have limited mobility. No matter the weather. Rain, high winds, freezing cold, scorching heat. They are forced to exit their vehicle, get their wheelchair or mobility device from their vehicle,go to the window, and then wait for their order. Then, handed their order and drinks, needing to make multiple trips back and forth. Very inconvenient for the disabled person.

The fries are probably the best thing, the burgers are OK and the service is somewhat mediocre (I asked for no pickles.), the atmosphere is OK if you don’t mind the constant sound of cars passing through, it’s good for takeout and dining in.

Rally's has the best chicken wings I have ever tried. Especially of course when they are fresh. I found that the most delicious flavor I have ever had in chicken wings is the parmesan garlic flavor at Rally's has created. I went ahead and ordered the fry lovers fries - seasoned fries that they have .. in addition to the parmesan garlic wings and it had to be the most decadent, delectable, deee-lite that I have had for a very long long time. They were jusy the right thing to order at the right moment I guess. And also to go with it was a delicious fruit slushie which made it a well-rounded delicious dinner. I don't know if it was too healthy but it sure was really good and I felt pretty good after I ate it too which is always a good sign. The whole cool part was that it was different it was better than the regular hamburger combinations they have because it was just something out of the usual ordinary hamburger menu items but I loved every bite of it and I highly suggest all if what I ordered and pretty much anything else with this release makes because they really do a good job with the fresh fast food and if it's not fresh and you don't like it they will take time to easily replace it with something that they do just right for you.🙏

My experience here generally is pretty good, and last night was no exception. The fries are really good, and the customer service is good as well. The fries are best when they are hot and fresh. Sometimes I will go just to get the XL FRIES because the fries are so good.

I liked the fast service and the $1 Menu is bomb! The food is filling and very tasty . Fresh and hot burgers and curly fries. My only complaint was that they do charge for a simple "ranch dressing"!!! I did not like this because at every other fast food place, ranch dressing is free.

Rally’s is always a go-to when I’m craving a good burger. The burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy and seasoned perfectly, and the portions are generous for the price. Service is usually quick and the drive-thru makes it super convenient. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes the wait can be a little longer during rush hours, but overall it’s still one of the best spots for fast, tasty burgers.

Took the wife to try Rallys for the first time. I honestly thought the food was okay. It tasted okay to me but not to my wife. She said it wasn't what she thought it was and hindsight being 20/20, would have rather gone to McDonald's. The veggies weren't fresh. The burgers looked like the Tasmanian Devil himself was granted access to the kitchen to prepare burgers rather sloppily. Additionally the bun completely engulfed its contents (The Cheese Champ). If you're going to skimp out on the insides of a burger, you should also skimp out and buy smaller buns instead of putting a small burger in a large bun. Probably won't go back due to the experience, will probably go to a Sonic or 5 Guys next.

Came to pick up a food deliver. I asked a simple question and the answer was given with an attitude which was not necessary. Staff can’t even pay attention to detail. They see me waiting outside and I had to knock on the window so they can assist me. If you see someone outside the window waiting obviously they are a customer.... no need to have them waiting.

I went through the drive through and got the $4 deal with a diet coke and an extra coke. The young man had a difficult time grasping 1 meal and 1 extra drink. We wrote it off to being new. When we reached the window he handed the two drinks and when we asked him which one was the diet he said he didnt know. He didnt offer to draw them again, of course we could taste them but we were only acquaintances and would make for an awkward moment, so we just decided to drink whichever one we got. I could have asked for a redraw of soda but with everything going on in the world a soda is a minor thing. The food was ok

I've eaten here a few times. The seasoned fries are ok the chicken sandwich is ok but I'll never get the fish again.

Other than their seasoned fries, which were only heat-lamp temp (hot out of the fryer maybe 20 mins ago). Their hamburger was nothing special. If I didn't ask for catsup, there was none in my bag, and I wouldn't have had any. All this, #10 on the menu, for $7.21. Used to be great,...almost In-and-Outish, but are just average now, no more. I won't be back anytime soon. Too bad, so sad. Fries gotta be HOT and CRISPY or don't serve them!! That's MY opinion anyway.

Great fries, banana shakes, and fried apple pies, like McDonald's used to make. Burgers are good, but the fish and chicken have been a bit dry. Standard Rally's food, as long as they have enough shake mix.

Good food, great drink variety and most of all, I like the fact that the drive thru is opened late at nite but, when it comes to order accuracy they need to improve big time. I say this because unfortunately, I have had a bad experience more than twice with my food where the items are not what I ordered or incomplete... this has happened at different locations.

Food is always bomb; prices are the same! Service however... man, it's rough... turn around is high AF, new employes often turn up in training causing a long wait time. Late night service is hit and miss at best. Orders go out with no dipping sauce on orders that rely on dipping sauce; I called to notify staff and was met by employee's unable to comprehend my concerns, I hope they will hire staff that can communicate between staff and customer. Guess I just got, got by the night staff.

The establishment and service was outstanding. My review is solely based on the T-Pain meal...I tried it yesterday and it was absolutely...awful!!! ...and those so called "bbq chicken nugget bites" are one of the worst foods I have ever tasted!!! From the Rally's burger, the fries and then those bbq chicken nugget bites...just awful. The coca cola was the best item!!! If this meal was given to me me free, I would only take it if I was absolutely hungry and eat the Rally's burger and drink the coca cola... that's if I was absolutely hungry. If I was not hungry, I would not accept this T-Pain meal even if it was free!!! I will give Rally's another trip in the future for one of their better burgers. But this T-Pain meal was just awful!!!

I absolutely LOVE love love, Rallys, but for some crazy dumb reason, they can never get my kids' order right. I ask for a kids cheeseburger with only ketchup, and they always give me a hamburger with only ketchup. For example, if I wanted a hamburger that has no cheese, I would ask for a hamburger! Goodness gracious, it's not Rocket Science! They always fix my order but never give me something for the inconvenience.

Since I'm new to the West Coast, I'm always looking to try something new. Rally's was it. I ordered the Checker Burger meal with fries. The service was undeniably quick. We were in and out of the drive thru in about 3 minutes. The burger was medium size and did not appear to be sloppy or overly greasy. The bacon on the burger wasn't soggy and had just the right amount of crisp to it. Flavor was average. The fries were really crispy, to my liking, but very undersalted. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't WOW, either. I think the best part of Rally's is that it doesn't necessarily hurt your wallet and that's not a bad thing in today's world.

I loved seeing this location when we drove past it. We turned around to get us some good food. I will say I was very disappointed in the chili cheese fries I got, they weren’t up to par. However the rest of the food we had was pretty good. I especially loved their funnel cake fries!!! Highly recommend their fc fries, and burgers.

I ordered 2 combos and the girl tried to charge me $26 I told her for a #1 and a #4 both small and then she said sorry and charged me $16 and change that souned better but when i got home my son said I think we were still over charged. I looked up the prices on line and sure enough I was over charged but the girl didnt give me a reciept so they couldn't help me.

One drive thru was closed. Waited in line to find out they're only accepting cash. Used the little we had to get the 2 for $6. Burger and chicken sandwich were not worth the hassle. We went here because it used to be a good place but, guess it went downhill since then.

I came here today for a 2for6 on the cheese steak sandwich and both of them were cold. Went to the window to at least get one hot with melted cheese and they gave me another one at room temperature. Nothing special about this promotion and the young woman that attended me had no manners. No proper greeting of the day and no sorry or thank you. Will not recommend this place to anyone will be directing them to the one in Chula Vista. Hopefully this place gets their act together because they are in a prime location. Management also needs to train these new hires on giving the proper greeting of the day since they are located next to a major military base.

I give this place a two star for managements behavior. My order was miskaten and when i went back i was assured my order was wrong but couldnt be accomadated. The manager didnt want to work anything out got aggressive an defensive with me when i wanted to be served and treated with hospitality.

We always have trouble with orders being properly done. But they are happy to fix it up without any trouble, Its understandable for a busy spot. I just wish they'd get orders right more often.

The food here is great and usually the customer service is really good too. I've been coming here about once every couple months for years now, and there's a new cashier who's taken my order the last 4 times I've gone, since about January of this year and he's gotten my order wrong those 4 times. Asked for a cheese burger, cheese burger with extra pickles and no onions, 2 medium fries and 4 mozzarella stick. I got a cold cheeseburger, a cold cheeseburger with no pickles and no onions, 2 cold medium fries and 4 mozzarella sticks. The lady at the windo even repeated my order. This place is so bad, I will probably never go to ANY Rally's again. I will never visit this location again for sure. I have been there a few years ago and it was fine.

Was a huge line had us wait before taking our order. Then got our order wrong and didnt give us any ketchup for our 2 large fries and no dipping sauce for our boneless wings. Worst Ralleys ive been to forsure!

Good luck getting a refund. I ordered at the dive-thru, I was parked and watched about ten other cars go thru. Got tired of waiting, requested a refund and with no acknowledgement from the person in charge and being in a hurry I walked away with no money and no food.

This rallies has good prices just like the rest of the stores but this particular location seems a little low class. there were unsavory looking characters hanging around the window and smoking marijuana and the same thing in the table seating area. It took me a long time to order my food because there were two guys at the window making some kind of interesting transaction with the window person. It sounded like they were trying to get a discount or something. All in all it just was not a pleasant experience.

Horrible customer service!! The girl at the window (Daniela) was extremely rude. She didnt let me finish my order before she interrupted with a "uh yeah anything else??" And then she proceeded to give me a drink holder that was SOAKED almost ripping and gave me attitude when i asked her for a new one. I even told her thank you and she replied with a "yup." and a horrible face. Just ugly ugly ugly attitude. Tried to call the store to address it to her manager and no answer (tried 3 times). Probably going to call the number on the receipt hopefully get a sandwich out of this HORRIBLE experience. Still having flashbacks of her horrible ugly foochie attitude face.

I don't think I've ever been treated more rudely at a hamburger drive-thru then my visit to this Rally's Anybody that Has ever been to Rally's knows they have 2 drive thru Windows well this Rally's has decided to get dedicate one side to delivery services. Which is completely fine with me. But they don't have any signs saying so and when I drove up to the lit menu board and waited for them to talk to me another car drove in to the other side and got served and another car behind him and another car behind them So I pulled up to the window and asked him what gives when I was told the sides for delivery only so I went back and got in line and then I looked very very well and didn't see any sign that that was not an open drive-thru On top of that once I got my order and drove off it was completely wrong I ordered light eyes there was a lot of ice I ordered no mayonnaise no ketchup no special sauce I do want mustard there was mayonnaise and no mustard Very disappointing

This place is ridiculous. I wanted cheese on my fries and they couldn't figure out how to do this. I didn't want chili cheese fries, just cheese on the fries. They wouldn't sell me the cheese because they don't have any containers to put it in nor were they willing to put it on the fries. It was impossible to believe this! Why have cheese when they weren't willing to sell it to you. I left there frustrated with their service. Won't go there ever again!

Spend 25-30 dollars in food and they can't give you a couple barbecue sauce. What to charge you about .80 cents each and they are only half full. Not going here ever again. That's going to cost alot more then just giving a couple sauces.

Cook gave me a burger that he claimed was fresh off the grill, it absolutely was not. I had him make it over. He was also rude. Because of this, I will not return to any Rally's restaurants. This was only my third Rally's visit ever, twice at this location. The cashier who took my order was professional. The young man cleaning their outside area was very polite.

Not very pleased with the food they served me this second and last time. I don't know how a fast food place that has been serving the California area for so long, can now serve a hamburger by itself, just the bun an meat. I did not check my food until I got to my destination and that was a half an hour drive.

They changed cup sizes so that now the small size is the large size. Shrink inflation. Oh and their ai ordering system failed during ordering. Never going back. Sonic had my back.

Came here to buy the TPain Meal and boy what rude little kids you have working at this location.. there was like 4-6 young teens working to older than 17/18yrs of age and when I asked for BBQ sauce for the chicken bites they tried to charge me $1 for a single BBQ, rally’s a multimillion burger franchise nickle and diming the hard working class American that’s what the world looks like, I cancelled my order and drove off, shame on you rally’s for even having this locations doors open.

Manager on duty on 7/27/25 at 4:35pm was rude and condescending to his drive through attendant that was obviously new. Treated employee horribly by talking down to him and treating him like he was a bother other than an employee. It seemed like the employee was new, but regardless you dont treat your employees that way in front of customers, and if they are a problem, you address it with them in private and follow the proper procedures to coach them out. You cant expect an employee to learn by belittleing them infront of customers. Plus I added a burger at the window and offered to park and walk up to the window. The employee asked the manager if he needed me to park and in spanish said "para que, lla esta ahi." Proper answer would have been, "no need were already working on it and it will be out shortly." Ive read multiple reviews and its apparent that it stems from the attitude of the management. The employees look hard at work. Another employee patiently came to help the person at drive through and helped him get the order out which is the job of the manager. With a manager like that, you will probably have a large turn over and new employees trying to survive that are untrained and unskilled. Proffessionalism goes a long way. Stop promoting people that dont value their employees.

So I went into the drive thru at about 10pm 7-10-25 with a simple order of the 2 for 7 rally burgers and 2 for 7 fish sandwichs... 4 burger total.. came to a little over 15 dollars. So I pull up to the window and hand CARLOS my money and received my change. He then tells me it would be 3 minutes for the order... I said that would be fine and he closed the window. Noone was behind me in the one of two drive thru lanes there are. Then the window opens again and he asked me to move to the parking lot.. I told him that I would be fine waiting where I was.. he closed the window... a few seconds later he opened the window and handed me money, I instinctively reached out thinking it was condiments and then he said I just refunded you, please leave.. so I got my camera and recorded and asked him to repeat his request... which he said he refunded my money and then said he would call the cops because "other people" are hungry. They then left me at the window for more than 15 minutes while the line was being backed up behind me and the other employees were informing the other customers that this lane had a "problem" and sorry for their wait... As a local from the area for over 40 years and a patron of this establishment for most of those years I find this highly disappointing... it was only 3 minutes.. and i was more than happy to wait for the food i had paid for... yet i left hungry and disappointed.. I hope management or the owners do something to rectify this because I'm sure I'm one of many.
