Industrial, funky order at the counter burrito joint. Disappoint that the flying guitars and Lady Liberty on a motorcycle breaking through the wall were removed. I would have never thought to order BBQ sauce on a burrito, but I glad I did because it gives it a distinctive flavor.

The place is nice and has plenty of space; wasn't crowded during our visit. Their Beyond Meat burrito bowl was pretty tasty. However, the Beyond Meat was mixed with potatoes, which I thought it was odd not to have just the meat by itself like the other protein there. Their green tomatillo salsa was good. The place has you create your own tacos, burritos, or bowls, which is reminiscent of Chipotles or Pieology's experience.

The service was pretty poor. I had never been before and it doesn’t clearly mark what is extra, so when I told the employee what I wanted she should have said, do you want potatoes that is extra, do you want guac/salsa/or queso, you can choose one. Instead I ended up with a bowl with a ton of extra costs which I found annoying, especially because nobody else was in the store, so could have taken a moment to explain. Food was decent.

Picked up my order earlier today, and not only was the meal light on all the ingredients, but they completely left out the Freebirds Chicken.

It's good when they can get your order correct and don't skimp. This time I paid extra for certain toppings that they forgot to add, so not happy.

Staff acted like it was a bother for them to take your order. Had no smiles or hello's and we were the only ones in the entire sitting area. Only reason I gave it a 4 star for atmosphere was the cook was jamming out in his one world. The food was terrible as well. 1 star salsa had flavor tho.

Absolutely horrendous service. The protein portions are ridiculously small, I asked if it was really that small and they just ignored what I said. The cashier did not close my bowl properly so by the time I got to the car, the whole food fell on the bag. Absolute scam and terrible service. Do not recommend.

I love Freebirds and usually have no complaints but whoever helped me basically gave me ranch with a side of burrito. It’s almost a soup and made my burrito soggy.

Awful customer services. People just standing around ignoring customers in line for minutes on end. I guess you need to prep the food and have everything ready to go. I guess that’s important. What I don’t get is why you wouldn’t have at least one person on hand to serve the customers when they come in instead of just outright completely ignoring them to restock all of the food you aren’t serving to them, wasn’t a staffing issue either since there were multiple people on hand all working on the food and not one of them even bothered to look at the customers that were waiting for some to start their order.

I’m born and raised from Austin, I used to love freebirds.. cool foil sculptures all over, atmosphere was great.. but now it seems like a careless wasteland with terrible everything. I don’t hate anyone for trying but when it comes to making my food I expect them to be somewhat trained. Also you used a sharpie on the foil and poked through it and put sharpie on my pregnant fiancés burrito. Not really trying to feed them sharpie.. Terrible taste (not just saying that cause I’m pissed, I’d acknowledge it if it was tasting good.. but the rice wasn’t properly cooked, and also there was no lettuce..) I am going to just be going to Cabo bobs from now on!

Cool place. Use to be great .. now they suck. This is my MONSTER bowl. I haven't touched it yet and can see the bottom of the bowl. They skimp on everything now!!!! I used to love this place and now it's rare that I ever go. Come on man, load us up on rice and beans at least!!!!! They're cheap!!! This bowl cost me almost 18$

I placed an online pickup order for a bowl and a quesadilla. When I arrived back home, I noticed my quesadilla did not have any cheese in it whatsoever.. same with my bowl and was missing the Guac that I paid almost $3 extra for. I’m a die hard Freebirds fan but this was an extremely disappointing experience and won’t be back anytime soon.
