How can you not love In’N’Out Burger? Seriously. Top notch service, top notch burgers, top notch shakes, top notch everything. You feel like you’ve stepped into a 1950s diner. Talk about a well-managed, well run, top notch restaurant.

We love our In-N-Out, especially since they built it ten minutes from our house. My son lives in Irvine and we always had it when we visited but when it came to Austin, we couldn't be happier. I wondered if we'd also experience the long lines but although there is usually a line, it's short and we don't have long wait times. Until this visit. There were only three cars in front of us but we waited, and waited, and waited. I don't know what caused the delay. We had a double double, two cheeseburgers and fries so I don't think it was us. But the folks were as pleasant and professional as always and the food was good so it won't affect our regular visits.

This is a great place. It’s always clean. The employees are always friendly. I totally recommend going here if you need a quick lunch. The food is always hot. When they take your order and you want to leave something off or just want extra no problem. A lot of people comment about the fries here. I can tell you the potatoes are cut fresh. I don’t know why they are kind of what I call “card boardy”. But the fries aren’t bad. I like them with ketchup. A nice change is to order the fries “animal style”. They come with cheese, secret spread and onions. 😋

This was my very first in-N-Out experience and it was great! The food was exactly as expected but the service is why I reviewing! While waiting for our food I watch the staff working together and with customers and was so impressed! Not one person with a crappy attitude and they seem to work well together! Customer service has really taken a hit in recent years, but this crew could show everyone how it’s done! Management and the team members here are such an asset and deserve major props!

We don't have In-N-Out in Houston so I ALWAYS make sure to stop here whenever I am in Austin. This way I don't get burned out on it, and it's able to stay a delicious treat I have once a year, or so.

San Antonio location was a lot more packed than this joint, had a better time here with the quieter atmosphere.

Iconic! We don’t have an In-N-Out in West Texas, so when we head to any metro city, it’s on our radar! Always fresh, and it’s gotta be animal style with crispy fries. The customer service experience matches the exceptional food.

Got combo no. 2 which is a cheeseburger, fries, and a medium size beverage. Good value for the money with the whole meal cost under $9. The burger came out correct and fast while not too greasy. The fries also came out piping hot and right amount of crisp. Ordering experience was fast with friendly staffs despite long drive thru line.

The burgers at this location are good. I am a big fan of Whataburger, but I think that In-N-Out is a good competitor. We were in Austin for a weekend and we really had a very good night in this site. Menu is simple, thus it is easier to select your dinner.

Stoped in for lunch around noon on Sunday. Not too busy but the staff were amazing. It seemed to be in an interesting area, next to an abandoned gas station. Asked them for some kids activities to take back home to them as we do not have in and out near us and they love it. They gave us some fun things to bring back for them.

I'm from Cali, so I wasn't sure after leaving the state that I'd ever get to enjoy this wonderful burger joint again, but what a surprise to find locations out here in Texas!! I've been a loyal customer of this brand since I was a teenager and I've always ordered the same thing, (not on the menu--but on the menu) "4x4 animal style w/extra spread packs". The one thing that remains true is that no matter where I've been at my order always comes out the same way, TERRIFIC!!!

I love this In-N-Out. They are fast and consistently make the food delicious every time the staff is friendly and patient and have great energy. Our favorite thing to do after going to the gym down the street is stopping here to get some protein fix. We usually come here at 3x a week. And we never forget about getting puppy patties for the dogs, which is basically salt less meat patties they devour them every time.

We did drive thru during 4pm rush hour and got a bag of burgers. They were all good and hot and the service was fast and easy. The question is, do they have this quality consistently?

I came here after an event with classmates and it was extremely packed. Regardless of the entire place being full they had one order taker her name was Mykiah she was very sweet and such a beautiful young lady she handled taking each order thoroughly and with great attitude and because of her we felt very welcome here and I definitely will be coming back!

I always order in. It was quite busy last night but the food was fine. I just wanted the basic burger (no cheese), which came exactly like I ordered. I like their lemonade, although I usually add an extra lemon to it since I like it rather tart. The “lite” lemonade is sweetened with monkfruit and stevia, so it doesn’t have the chemical taste drinks sweetened with aspartame has. The fries always come hot and fresh. I like places that make their own fries from fresh potatoes. If I had any complaint it would be that the fries occasionally come with a lot of small piece rather than longer ones I prefer. They still taste fine, just take a bit longer to eat.

We stopped here on our way up north and so glad we did! We noticed the drive thru was 15 cars deep so we decided to “skip the line” and order carry out inside. They welcomed us and quickly attended us and took our order. We got double-doubles with onion added. As we waited, we packed a couple of the yellow peppers to go. It probably took about 10 mins before our order came out. As we walked out, we noticed the last car that was on the drive-thru when we had gotten there was already gone. That means that their drive-thru is much faster than their dine-in. We noted that for next time. Don’t let the drive-thru line deceive you. It goes by so quickly! Our burger was delicious! On the first bite, you can quickly taste the perfectly toasted and buttery bun. The cheese was melting perfectly and the patties were so juicy! I liked that the buns never got soggy, even til the last bite. That’s how you know it’s a well made burger. We skipped the fries as they are hit or miss. I feel like you have to eat their fries quickly, otherwise they get cold and hard. Overall, we will be back for their burgers anytime we pass by this area!

Got side tracked by SXSW traffic and grabbed a bite to eat here. People working here are so lovely and the interact with one another like a close knit , loving family. I loved seeing that. It’s definitely not vegetarian friendly so if you need veggie options, give your friend the extra meat meat patty from your burger and have the cheese and lettuce with a tomato on a bun because that’s about all the options you will have. Order a sweet iced tea and fries to round it out but you will need to find a better spot for protein options for sure. I hope they start serving more veggie friendly substitutions but i don’t think that’s going to happen, since the demand for classicn In N Out is so high.

This was my first time at In-N-Out in Texas and wow, to say I’m impressed is an understatement. Mary, the cashier went above and beyond for me while I was here. I’ve never had this type of treatment at a fast food service and I appreciate her and this company so much. The atmosphere is accepting, welcoming and so friendly. I ended up speaking with a stranger from the table across just to talk about how awesome this place is, and the customer service. I will be back, the food was too good, haven’t had since I was in California and I honestly didn’t think the quality would be the same for some reason but I stand corrected!

I love this In-N-Out spot, conveniently located next to 35. Highly recommend you grab the animal style burger, you can do the animal style for us as well. Love the chilies, and the spread sauce that they have there. Staff was super friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. Love this place!

In-n-out is always great and the simplicity of their menu and nominal price is what does it for me. Even the drive through is under 15 mins. The simplest menu, fresh tasting ingredients is great. I always get the double double and fries 🍟 Highlh recommend it if you haven’t tried in-n-out ever and this might sound controversial but shake shake in Austin just didn’t live up to its NY reputation, I’m sorry.

Food was good as per usual for a late night treat. Wait time was a bit long and fries were dry, but service was fantastic.

This was my first time trying an in-n-out burger and my god I was blown away by this place. I ordered a hamburger, French fries, and a fountain drink. Let’s start with the hamburger. Usually I get a plain hamburger but I forgot to take the lettuce off. Even with that on, this was hands down the best burger that I’ve ever had. It was juicy but just the right amount. Next we have the French fries and wow these are my new favorite fries because it was very crunchy but still tasted amazing. Now in regard to the fountain drink, it was good, the Coca Cola at least tasted better than it does at Whataburger. The next time I visit Austin, I’m definitely gonna be coming back here.

Quick and decent burger when you want it. Meat isn't my daily fare but I'm an impulse eater. Their efficiency comes in handy when I'm ready to roll. The patties aren't huge but double and triple burgers are cheap. I go double and skip the cheese, a semi-healthy meal with maximum veggie toppings, usually skipping their sauce. I don't do fries but thanks!

Everyone loves a good burger and In-N-Out is one of the best burgers around. Their simple to read menu helps the lines go quick and I have yet to get a wrong order from any of their chains. Even the news crew loves it here.

Can’t ever go wrong! It’s a must every time I travel anywhere with an In-N-Out. This location was right around the corner from where we were staying. Service was quick and friendly as always. However, I would say this was one of the less cleaner restaurants. The staff did what they can while it was busy, but still pretty small and untidy at certain areas. Food was still great. Always get a cheeseburger with extra lettuce, raw onions and extra well done fries with a rootbeer! Literally my order everytime. And of course extra special sauce on the side! Yum!

This place is the king of large scale fast food burgers. The consistency across locations is excellent, and thin pattie burgers are GOAT-ed. I'd recommend this place if fries are not the most important to you, as everyone knows the ones here are not great. However, I'd suggest trying the well done fries as it's a noticable improvement. My usual modifications are extra toasted buns, well done fries, and occasionally grilled onions.

Went here with a bunch of classmates after a test this evening and all in all it was a great experience friendly and prompt service, well crafted burgers that don't fall apart after the first 2 bites. I asked for no salt on my fries and they obliged. Wish they had more shake flavors but I like that there aren't so many options you can't decide what to pick. They know what they're good at and stick to it. I got al2 double doubles and a strawberry shake and wasn't mad at the price. We had a group of 7 and had to split between different tables but other than that it was awesome.

This was however a minus 1 star experience because my burger only had chopped onions and sauce when I had ordered everything on it (so I had to wait to have a new one made) and the chocolate shake lacked chocolate. But it was still all delicious. In&Out > Whataburger

A fast, clean, filling burger experience. The interior seating make one feel that they're back in the 80's, wonderful decor. The outdoor seating is also quite nice. The food is fantastic. Quality burgers and fries at a solid price. My big issue with places like this is that there is no vegetarian option. While I would love to come here more often, I cannot bring my significant other due to their dietary restrictions. I know that there is a secret menu item for vegetarians, but I would hardly count extra veggies on bun to be a full meal. I can't imagine it would be too hard to add a veggie patty to the menu. While I did enjoy my experience here, I most likely won't come back because I don't go out to eat alone.

I like this place. I frequently visit and the burgers and fries are top tier but Alex; who was working and handing out the food was just being such an ass and in a bad mood. He was throwing the food and slamming things, doesn’t even acknowledge when you are there picking up your food. I understand rush hour can be bad and sometimes stressful but that doesn’t mean service has to decline. I’ll visit In N Out again but probably not this location. The South Lamar location is way better.

Ordered 3 combos and they left out the third burger then say we have to pay for that third burger. They didn't give us a receipt when we paid on the first window. So we couldn't show them what we ordered. Then when we asked about having to pay the third burger they said the combos are to make it easier to order. Not for them it seems. Also, no one else was in driving thru before us, so wasn't busy.
