For once, the drive thru was effortless. They have a good communication channel to clearly understand the order and had the order prepared within minutes. Great service!

Ordered a filet-o-fish for the first time in years, was curious about what it's like since it's been so long that I've forgotten. I wasn't losing out on anything. Nothing special. Service was pretty good though, I ordered using the app, did curbside pickup. I chose some odd add-ons (like honey and utensils, which has nothing to do with my order) and they obliged. Thank you, 5 stars for you!

It is a cleaner, busier and more automated franchise than McDonalds restaurants nearby. We were not disappointed with the service speed during our recent visit. We received a quick service within a few minutes of placing our order on the touch screen. Other than that it's usual McDonald's decorum.

Pulled into the drive thru to pick up my mobile app order. Using the mobile app I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit meal. I also ordered a buy one get one sausage mcmuffin with egg using a deal available on the app. When I pulled to the window my order was hot and fresh. To my delight and surprise there were 2 hash browns in my bag. Let me say they were the best hash browns I've had from any McDonald's in quite some time. Dont know why the manager and young lady at the window blessed me but THANKS! I faded every last bite of my order and was beyond satisfied with my purchase. Best wake and bake breakfast!

This is a nice and clean McDonald's in Morgan Hill, opposite from hotels and other shopping outlets nearby. It is walking distance from the Courtyard by Marriott San Jose/Morgan Hill. Ordered our food from the self service machines and sat down, our order was then brought to our table within a few minutes. Good service and pleasant staff.

It's a McDonald's so you know exactly what to expect. This one was clean, featured touch-screen monitors, had quick service, and was ultimately a great spot to hop off the 101 for a quick bite.

I've been here a dozen or so times, both inside, and the drive through. Not usually a super busy location around 8am, also not crazy at dinnertime. Service has been consistently efficient and accurate.

It’s McDonald’s for crying out loud, so don’t get your hopes up too much for fast food here. Quality food is like all others and nothing really unique or bad about this place. The interior is revamped and looks really nice!

Food was hot, fries were hot, not too much ice in the Sodas. Ice machines were in working order every time so far.

Their food quality is going up, but it does take longer now to get said food. But that seems to be because of the food being cooked to order rather than just sitting waiting to grab.

Pretty fast for noon service. The lady actually said "have a nice day" and "thank you" after I wished her the same. The clerk at the second window was a bit slow with the food.

My chiropractor is in Morgan Hill, and I was considerably early to my appointment, so I decided to stop at Mickey-D's for something cold to drink (considering it's unbearably hot today). I was actually hoping there would be a line at the drive-thru so I could waste away some of my excess time, and there was. The problem (and normally it wouldn't be a problem at all) was...the line moved so quickly, I didn't waste much time at all! Oh, well. My iced tea was cold and hit the spot, and there was a nice shady spot to park in while I fixed my tea, which cut into the time (if only a little). I have to say I was impressed with how quickly the line moved. I only ordered a drink, but the people around me ordered food, and they were served and out just as quickly as I. This is a good McDonald's to go to.

I waited forever for someone to come to the counter to take my order, made eye contact with several workers in the back, they ignored me. After 15 minutes I realized the only way to get food was to order on the digital app screens they had in the restaurant. I especially felt sorry for the elderly couple that came in after me, they wanted to order, but didn't know how to use them. I helped them out since they were never going to be served otherwise! How rude!

McDonald's, meh... But I needed a little pick me up after a long drive and still not home so I ordered one of their mango-something smoothies. I was pleasantly surprised. It was yummy and perked me right up. A nice treat on a hot day.

The last 3 times I have been through the drive-through, something has been wrong. Either the fries are not very warm, or the burger is overcooked. The last two times, I wasn't given any napkins in the bag. This McDonald's used to be great every time I stopped there. Not sure what it's like going inside.

Great service great food! Just please when people ask for extra,extra pickles please give us alot of pickles not just 2 more! Maybe play some light background music maybe people would feel more relaxed and stay longer and buy more if they feel calmer! Just my opinion and I miss how places used to do this.

Not open 24 hrs as posted here. Lights on, workers present. But they are cleaning like end of shift at 1115pm weekday.

Long drive thru lines....... And well.. It's McDonald's. So ....I love a sundae. I like the food and eat there often. Tho it's kinda a guilty pleasure, because I know that nutrition isn't something that should be done for convenience when it's the foundation of our overall health.

Big and clean, updated seating that's very comfortable. We were the only people inside. Slow service, but friendly. Fillet o fish not quite as good as I remember from the last century. Big Mac dryer than I remember. Kids liked it.

My ice cream hot fudge sundaes were both melting by the time we got them. My lid wasn't on properly and spilled on me. Fries were OK but usually hot. Our second order never came out to the car for curb service, so my husband went inside.

Place was a little dirty, some sticky tables, and by the drinks, and they didn't want to cook the orieo pie. The poor kid was so confused when his shift manager told him they were not going to make any. This is the 3rd time I've asked for an orieo pie at this location and was told they didn't have any more.

I usually enjoy coming to McDonald's but this McDonald's is totally different service 🐕‍🦺 it's not the best the lady at the window gave me the lady in the box order most of the time they're texting or doing selfies on their phone instead of focusing on the task at hand plus I had to come into the restaurant to get my order and upon going in it appears they might have secret sauce on the kids menu there seem to be plenty of kids running around!! Which is kind of odd usually kids don't do that anymore but I'm glad I saw that it makes me feel good about society in general and family orientation thank you to the parents to do that but don't give him too many cuz they'll gain some weight but this restaurant needs to improve their service so I'm giving them a $5 for atmosphere

Your average McDonald’s. Refills are no longer available. Restrooms are restricted. Self service kiosks don’t always provide with order number receipts so you better recall your order number. It does no longer have the warm and welcoming ambiance it once had, thus there are usually no people dining in. Still, service for takeout or drive thru is okay.

This is not fast food! You know what you get when you go to McDonald's. But it's supposed to be fast. Fast Food Restaurant, right? I swear, they (at least at this location) don't start the order until you order. What happened to anticipation? While I'm on it, the fish burger was smaller and plainer than I remember from 3-4 years ago.

Was shopping and went thru the drive thru for a quick bite. Filet a Fish and a soda. Service was fast but the food wasn't good. The sandwich had too much sauce and the fish was way over cooked. Sad.

I gotta admit it's nice to see it clean except for very rare few times. The service is poor when dining in it's seems their only focus is drive through. Even tho they have a bunch of workers

Order is wrong so many times. Today, I ordered a Happy Meal, I ask for 4 piece nuggets, apple slices and ask if I could have an orange for the drink. I was told yes, I also ordered a fish sandwich and a small chocolate shake. when I went to pay I was told the orange juice was an up charge . He told me I could get a coffee or shake with with the Happy Meal , but I had to pay 1.39 for orange juice. I said...that doesn't seem right. My 4 year old is not going to drink coffee or a shake. He very rudely informed me it was right and I was wrong........

I come here often and the service is always poor and slow .even when dinning room is empty.drive thru is the same!twice I have waited over ten minutes to get my food. About the the only fast part is when they take your money! I know people don't care bscause it remains the same.I wish they actually read these reviews and do something about it! I don't like spending my money on a Crappy product and service!

So dirty. Every table was dirty, the floor was filthy, the drink area was dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. We cleaned our own table and the manager gave me a rag to do it. Where is customer service?? And it’s not just this McDonalds. It seems it is everywhere. We are expected to accept it. This feels like a 3rd world country.

The girl at the register was very friendly and read my order back to me for accuracy. My order came out pretty fast. The lobby, however was a mess. I asked for a towel to clean my table and they actually gave it to me instead of having a crew member come out and clean the tables. The bathroom was also pretty gross. Good food, dirty lobby.

Ive seen worse and the place was clean (not the bathroom) but at this McDonalds the majority of employees stood in circles not working but chatting and gossiping while on their shift while so many customers waited quitely the entire 45 minutes i was their.

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've been to, we ordered food at 6AM, looked for a clean table and couldn't find one. My wife used the restroom and said it was trashed. The floor was sticky in the restaurant and there was garbage on the floor. We didn't want to eat there, so we got our money back and left. STAY AWAY

How is this still is a drive thru only. can’t go in and order. Lame I’ll go elsewhere for lunch even when you eventually decide to open like everyone else. Went next door to Panda Express and walked right in and had a great experience. Go there instead.

Heads up. When you buy a breakfast meal which has a photo on the board of breakfast sandwich, hash browns and orange juice...they add another separate cost for the orange juice! Excuse me...? Isn't that what the photo is showing me with the price next to it? How's that legal 🤷

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru line just to go up to the person at the cashier window and have them tell me that they don't take card. There was no sign or anything to tell me. So I came back with cash and waited in the line again just to check if there was a sign after all and there wasn't. When I finally came to the window the lady gave me an attitude and what I handed my cash she just dropped it on to the road and was just staring at me as I had to get out of my car and pick it up.

Don’t have a truck and trailer and try to order mobile, they won’t bring to you!!! Even with confirmation code they refused to fulfill our order! Dinner was closed by 5pm so make sure if you do have a trailer to go before 5pm! Made us wait 30 minutes then refused to help us.

states on Google maps, and you updated it a month ago, that you open at 4:30. at 517 a.m. I try to open the doors. no go. go. I drive through and there's a sheet of paper on the window that says drive-thru opens at 5:30. so please change your hours so people don't drive off the dang highway and you end up closed. smh

They close there dine early I wasted most of my lunch In the drive through when I could of just walked in and order my food instead of waiting for 20 minutes in the drive through. My suggestion is that you can have the dine in open but just have take out instead of havening your doors looked. And the reason why is cause they are short staff I work at pieology and we are more of a sort staff than them and we have to have our dine in open tell 1030. So that's why I'm upset

The line outside was super long and decided to go in for a bag of ice. Noticed other people did the same thing as me because of the long line outside. I noticed other customers complaining about the 15-20 min inside. They push outside orders before serving people inside. Should be even.

I went to the drive thru around 11:05pm because it closes at midnight, but no one took our order, so as we drove to the pay window and didnt see anyone, then drove to the pick up window and didnt see anyone either. It wasnt until we drove out of the drive thru and peeked into the dining room where we saw all of the employees eating in a circle chatting it up... then we witnessed probably 7 cars behind us experience the same thing as us. This location should really consider changing their management... awful...

Hours advertised as 430 am arrived at 515 not open. This is the sort of thing that kills a business. You must be open as advertised otherwise people won't waste their time going to your business. I will not be back to this location for breakfast.

Never in my 50 years of going to McDonald's have I ever had to wait so long for a simple order. They appear to be very understaffed. It is a very busy area they need to make some adjustments. The food was your standard McDonald's food no problems with that

Our paid order was incomplete then I was accused of not paying for the order. According to the McDonald's employee it's my responsibility to tell them immediately upon delivering our food to the table it's incomplete. So don't make the same mistake I made by assuming they would bring out the rest of the food. Granted it was a big order and assumed the young lady was going to go back to get a second tray. Because once they deliver the order to the table your order has been completely delivered. I told the employee to check the camera's because I have nothing to hide. They eventually brought the food all grugently and still there was food missing even when the explanation was given in Spanish and English. Will never go back.

I actually went in to check the price hikes that I heard has happened in their restaurants. I wouldn't buy a $12 burger ever nor an $8 shake. I overheard one of the workers say not many people in. I did buy a coffee and got back in my car.

I usually don’t have a bad experience. But very very rude people, messed up my order and did not give me what I paid for. Manager was not present at the store. The worst place I don’t know if they were trained with proper edict.

The only good part was the cashier willing to do more than the manager when looking on his screen for what all my coupons offer. Then there's canadian bacon on it when there is not suppose to be. Plus the lady making the food didn't change her gloves the entire time I was there, so she touched all the meats, cheeses, etc. So if you asked not to have something because you're deathly allergic, good luck friend. And they only care about drive thru...so much so that the manager was making the bags for the inside and just throwing them on the counter and waiting for someone else to call the number. Smh

I sat in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes and then when i got to window i gave them my debit card to pay and the girl at the window took it then stared at it for around 30 seconds and told me they cant accept cards right now because no one could get the machine working so i paid with cash. Then she gave me my receipt and when i looked at it it was for a completely diffrent order so i told the girl and she just stared into space for a minute and then told me to go inside to fix it. When i got in they told me that they gave my order to the person in front of me and their order and i ended up paying for their order. So i got my money back a swore to never go back to this McDonald's ever again.

Only one person was taking orders and there was a long wait. Many people walked out for not wanting to wait so long. Even the drive through had a very long wait of 15 min or more. Anyway, I had ordered an ice coffee with lite ice, and the woman filled the cup entirely of ice. When I told her I wanted less ice, she tossed the cup into the garbage and it splattered all over the wall. This place is very slow with many of the workers laughing and joking around. The tables were also very dirty. The bathroom had water all over the counter. (please add mirrors to your bathrooms!!) If service and speed were improved this place would be a lot better. (why does every McDonald's always overcook their fries? What happened to the Golden crisp yellow fries? Now they're dark, dried out and gross.)

Stopped in for a couple of ice cream cones after shopping nearby. Ordered & paid in the app. Should have known we were going to have a problem with the person taking orders instructed is to go to Window 1 to pay instead of window 2 to pickup. Got stuck in the drive thru waiting for 20 mins. Waited at window 1 getting ignored until everyone ahead of us had already left, so as we pulled away the girl opens the window... Get to window 2 where the next guy has to all what we ordered. We looked over in horror to see our ice cream cones staged, all melted and dripping down the side of the cones. We protested, he disappeared and comes back with the same cones which are even more melted now and says sorry mumbling about the machine. No napkins, no attempt to remedy the situation, and NO we won't be back. Miserable experience at this location all the way around.

The app encountered an error when I tried to order a free sandwich. When I approached the counter to redeem it, the woman there was rather rude, stating, "I don't control the app, there's nothing I can do." This situation has occurred to me in other locations, and typically, the managers have comped the sandwich in such cases. It's frustrating to accumulate all those points only to lose them due to an app error and be told that there's nothing that can be done. I prefer not to make a big scene, so I'm simply leaving this review.

This McDonalds is jacked up! Maps show it's open 24 hours, but when at the drive-through, you're greeted with a prompt, "Will you be using your McDonald's app today?" If you don't have or have not chosen to use your app at this point, there is no further progress ordering a meal and even the employees ignore your presence at the drive-through window when trying to find out what is the deal. McDonald's has got to get there act together at this location because maps indicates they are open 24 hours, yet on their app, it indicates they are closed (time of incident: 5:05am Saturday). I might as well bring up another gripe while I'm at it. Pryer visits to this location I have learned to check my order before pulling away from the drive-through pick up window when ordering a big breakfast because, so far, they consistently forgotten to include some or all the condiments and even left out cutlery. This is the first review I have ever submitted regarding a restaurant establishment because I was refused to place an oder and ignored entirety as a paying citizen.

Probably the slowest service I’ve ever experienced, 5/30 10 pm. The lady working at second window kept giving cars the wrong order. I literally had to tell her what I ordered. Felt like the sloth scene in Zootopia. You’re better off driving to other locations in town

Don't like that their response to employees making 23.00 an hrs is to make customers order at a kiosk a d then they don't even call out your number they just place it on the side and walk away. Then my ice d coffee gets watered down and I have to let loose via a review...😮‍💨
