They're definitely among the best carnitas in the city. The owner and all the staff are top-notch, and besides serving very generous portions in the tacos, they welcome you with complimentary chicharrón and quesadillas. I personally recommend the shredded flank steak taco; it's delicious. I've been going there for many years, and they continue to maintain their high quality and service. They come highly recommended, and I insist, I don't know how they do it, but everyone there always has a great attitude and a great sense of humor.

I went with the usual expectations of a carnitas place; in the end, I was just passing by. As a true carnitas lover, the aroma caught my attention, and the characteristic color made me want to try them. What a surprise I got! A good product with excellent flavor and a tender texture that made me forget the dry, bland meat of other places with similar characteristics. Tender and flavorful—what more could you ask for? A modest salsa bar, but they're an excellent accompaniment since they don't overpower the flavor of the carnitas. They give you some brain quesadillas for free. Frankly, they don't appeal to me, but I was surprised again by the flavor. Leaving aside the similar stands that smother their carnitas with garlic to hide the expiration date, leaving them tasteless and undercooked, this place, in terms of flavor and preparation, left me 100%. Their service might seem chaotic, but they strive to make you feel comfortable and happy. However, the problem that was noticeable was the lack of logistical planning. Sit down, I don't blame them because their capacity is exceeded by the customers who come to sample the food. The prices are absolutely affordable for the good and wise people. Many vendors should visit them to learn something. I'll just say one last thing: I'll be back... 😁

They used to be great because they gave you big tacos. Now they've reduced the size of the tortilla and they give you very little meat. Everything for a higher price.

The attractiveness, size, and the comal tortilla are good, but the sauces are limited; they could be improved; they are not suitable for carnitas, and even less so in a bottle.

The service was excellent, but the carnitas tacos we ordered lacked more flavor and consistency. We ordered ribs with pork rind, and the flavor wasn't bad, but it didn't create that delicious, juicy sensation I like. The pork rind needed more juiciness and flavor. The service was very fast and excellent. They gave us complimentary brain quesadillas while we waited for our tacos.

Also, if you order by the kilo to go, they don't give you tortillas... Why? I wouldn't recommend them; you can find something better for the price.
