It's Subway that should be enough how the food would be, my only gripe about this particular location is how the crew members would not let customers use the restroom. I ordered food and ate at the location even left a tip after I paid. When it's time for me to leave, I felt that I needed to use the restroom. I went on the door and it's locked, knocked a couple of times no one answered. Went over by the register to talk to the person behind the counter, they told me curtly "no restroom, restroom don't work." I said that is ridiculous and stupid and I asked how do they go if they need to? The guy said "we go to stop and shop and comeback", that's the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. I tried to convince the guy to let me since I paid and he threatened to call the cops on me. Then the other person who was behind the store came out and told me to use the bathroom on Dunkin donut instead which is stupid because I never purchased anything from them and it's not fair. Anyways food is okay, you shouldn't expect much in the first place.

The food was fresh the place was clean the service well.. they seem to be VERY light handed with the sandwich meat and cheese and I'm pretty sure they overcharge on the taxes. Get a 5 dollar foot long and end up paying 9 dollars?? Yeah doesn't sound right at all..

Early in the morning and someone made a mess in the bathroom? Bathroom is always closed? Never cleaned. 10:00 am 09/25/25. I bet it won't ever be clean. .

Post Covid How are customers suppose to wash there hands before they eat.It seems like the bathroom here is always "out of order". I encountered a employee by the name of "K.P". Who stated that the bathroom will never be fixed and go use the bathroom outside. K.P. was very rude. Why is this bathroom always "out of order" ... Unbelievable. This should not happen in these commercial chain establishments. You pick up the phone and call to have it fixed. SMH AT SUBWAY!!!.

Raining 🌧 pouring out tried to get my sandwich earlier than ordered they said no even though it was in the system. Wet and cold had to wait for my sandwich 🥪 to be made and 3 customers came in and left before me even though I was there ahead of them. And caught an attitude for when I asked for more onions on my own sandwich I paid for already.

The worst food spot in far rockaway, had me so sick from their Tuna and nothing is fresh in their. I was throwing up everywhere. I’m still thinking about taking them to court,these irresponsible people. Please take my genuine advice DO NO EAT HERE . I had so much pain in my stomach 🤮😵‍💫🤢

Go here all the time the food is good but They are cheep with the food... A salad is 8 bucks but look like 4 when you get it smh HE TORE MY SPANISH and put it in a bowl which was less then a hand full😠 about 5 pieces of pickles 6 pieces a Tomatoes and banana pepper.... I will be making my own salads for now on... save my money

Google maps says the close at 11pm on a Friday Posted hours show they close at 10pm I showed around 930pm and the doors are locked and the guy keeps saying sorry we are closed

Went there tonight and I regret it now. The manager has the WORST customer service. The employee who made my sandwich was nice but the Caribbean manager with the glasses had a terrible attitude. One of the employees dropped the knife on the floor and rinsed it off & tried to proceed to cut my sandwich. I told him I would cut it myself because I didn't like the fact that he didn't wash it with soap. However, the guy decided to use a different knife instead to cut it, which I appreciated. The manager however still had an attitude and when he bagged my sandwich he just handed it to me without saying thank you or anything. I then requested my receipt and the manager snatched it off and handed it to me with an attitude. I then told him he had terrible customer service and goodnight. I will never eat from there again as long as that rude manager is there. From my experience he always has the WORST customer service, especially as a manager!
