Me and the old lady were starving the lights on the sign were still on as soon as we pulled up on the bike they just closed I started beating on the door with my helmet still on so they probably thought I was going to rob them after all that they opened the door hooked us up with some food. They are the best.

Um, well it's burger King, so in that context... Staff was polite & swift. All was clean. Impossible burger was tasty, and I regretted the fries (as usual).

Stopped here on a business journey to Sanborn, NY. Typical Burger King with flame broiled beef. I had the bacon cheese chicken sandwich meal which was rather tasty. The staff was pleasant and quick. Very good experience for fast food.

Good food and service, burger king is always a go to place for a quick bite. The burgers, fries, crunchy spicy nuggets, mini-has browns, croissant sandwich and a refreshing black coffee, all these are my favorite. This is really cheap and yummy. Usually when I am having a long drive, I prefer to grab something from burger king along the way, the drive through is so easy, considering the COVID situations and all, drive through is so appropriate also. Also they have enough parking space. I enjoyed the meal... Unfortunately I don't have the food pics to upload, since I ate it in the car.

Fast with their service, have had some mess ups here and there a Lil more than I would want but it's still great service great staff fast pace. So I can't complain they do their best and that's what matters

Easy and convenient parking. ADA complaint parking, bathrooms, and seating available. Friendly staff and patient with my kids being shy about placing their own orders. Food came out hot and quickly. All of our order was correct and tasted amazing. The inside was clean and had plenty of crowns available for my kids to pick one to have. Highly recommend this place.

I wouldn't normally write a review for a fast food restaurant but the atmosphere of this location compelled me to. They took care to decorate and even had jars of fresh flowers on each table! Additionally, there was a crafted sign on display acknowledging the years of service milestones and birthdays that month. It reiterated that management cares. The service was friendly and the food order accurate. The quality was typical for BK.

I'd say they got good deals on coupons!! Money saver...other then that, you'll be spending $10-$20 on yourself for a regular meal.

Need to lighten up on the mayo and put some ketchup on the whoppers there. Still the best burgers available for drive thru in this area.

The area is clean and the service was fast. I got the sauced Buffalo chicken tenders. The buffalo sauce has a kick but don't sleep on the buttered toast. Delicious.

It's a typical Burger King with typical menu & services. It's clean. Plenty of parking. It's usually "faster" than McD or Dunkin, if you're on the fly. An asset in this particular BK is Sally (Manager?), who works the "drive up" in the morning. She's always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. She's definitely a "drawing card" for us.

The food is good just a little to much mayo on there sandwiches it's honestly the only bad thing about the place the service is good nice people and quick service and fresh food as fast food can be anyways but no complaints other then just to much mayo at times.

Meal deals are a savings. Fries better than McDonald's. I used to get quarter pounders when I was young. My tastes changed and the whopper is my favorite.

The double whopper never fails me, but the order was a little messed up, my wife asked for no ketchup and it seems they went out of their way to give her extra ketchup, but that stuff happens sometimes at fast food places, no biggie.

Recently renovated and located right off the expressway. They offer quick service, decent food and good service. If you like Burger King you will enjoy this location.

I used the app for an online order ahead. Service from this particular cashier on this day was very abrasive for an order I was buying for someone else. Cashier was rude about her Sr discount so I skipped her beverage and got her a coffee and my own breakfast at Dunkin instead of her Sr Coke with light ice and a meal at BK for myself. Will try to avoid going there in the future or insist my neighbor come with me from Nunda.

It's just a run-of-the-mill Burger King, but the staff rocks. A few mornings ago I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, but when I got to the window the woman explained that there were none ready. I said no big deal and settled for a croissant. When she handed me my order she had slipped a few chocolate chip cookies in there for my troubles. Pretty cool for sure!

Although my sandwich was made wrong the manager, Jade, was very polite in helping me fix my issue. Team seemed to work well together smiling and having a good time while quickly taking care of business!

Nice service, but every table, except one, was dirty. They took no effort in cleaning them for other customers.

Not a big fan of fast food but it was very convenient for the kids when you are in a hurry. It can be very busy.

It's the only burger king King d town, so if that's what you want, it's the place to go. Located right off 390 so it's convenient.

Usually this is my favorite place to eat lunch but the last two times I have gone it was too bad to eat. This time my bun was so soggy and mushy after the third bite, even my chicken tasted bad. So I went hungry. I can't afford not to eat what I buy. My advice is don't go for lunch anymore!

Extremely slow service, many employees but no direction in what or where they should be stationed or working. Might have been a shift change, but I was 2nd in line and about 4 employees looking as though they weren't sure what they should be doing while 1 register was open. Dining room might have had 4 tables occupied that's including me.

Used drive thru. Our order was ready in quick fashion. Coffee was brewed fresh so it took just a bit longer but who wants stale coffee!

Exactly what you expect from most burger king locations. My only gripe though, is the whopper. Gave me mild food poisoning for a few days afterwards. Could've been undercooked, the sauce, not entirely sure. Either way, take my word with a grain of salt.

I love BK fries and the burgers. This store seems to always have slow service or something wrong. Like no ice machines working or drains not draining or trash full.

Stopped by to get something to eat. While I was waiting for my food one of the employees was flirting with me and it made me feel uncomfortable.

I love Burger King but this last visit was late at night the whopper tasted like microwave beef and was gray in color we had 2 dubble whoppers and a single and they all were the same

We stopped by on Saturday morning at this location to grab a bite to eat. Placed our orders came around to the window to pay. Paid for our meals and waited a long time to get our food. The burgers were good, but the fries were too salty.

Fries were a little salty and wopper wasn't hot. Luke warm at best. Long wait for food. 14 minutes after order was placed. Staff was very friendly though.

This is Burger King so you basically know what you are getting. The restaurant was clean and the food came quickly. The strangest thing was that there is only 1 male and 1 female toilet. This was an issue because the restaurant wasn't busy but there was a line for both.

Incredibly long wait in drive through and when I finally got my food, it was cold. The employee at the window basically tossed my bag to me! Insane!

I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. Most of it was good but a bottom portion of the roll was hard, about 10%. I will not stop there ever again.

Food made me throw up but only after waiting 15 minutes for my order outside the drive trough and it's not even that good of food. Dispite all of this the inside looks nice, almost as if they are more worried about looks than there food.

Made another visit to BK for Breakfast. Was told that they didn't have any eggs, sausage or croissant s. Ordered bacon and cheese muffin. Was charged for the egg as well. When given the order, it lacked drink which had been ordered as well. At this Burger King you need to check your order carefully.

Went through the drive through and my order receipt was blank and the woman working gave me the completely wrong food didn't bother going in with a blank receipt, went back a week later and a man got my order correct won't be returning.

Whether I order at the counter through the drive-thru or through the app. Something is always wrong or missing, I don't know how many times I've gone back for my second Patty in my double bacon cheeseburger... Today was not much more surprising bacon missing from the bacon King and the bacon and Swiss chkn, short four mozzarella fries, soggy onion rings, tomatoes were thin and soggy, and shreds for lettuce on all sandwiches. Customer service is always been nice fixing the issues, but I'm tired of getting the wrong or missing stuff from my order every time 😓 glad I used coupons and stuff of the order cuz they should call this place leftover king 👑

Staff here needs more training. Waited 6 minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged I was there. Workers were walking back and forth but not doing much and not looking at the counter. Finally got my mobile order after 14 minutes. One of the workers shoveled some fries lying on the counter outside the bin back into the storage. She also pulled out too many cups and proceeded to put them back by grabbing it with her fingers on the inside of the cup (she was not a food prep with clean hands/gloves).

You guys almost killed me I'm allergic to tomato and I ask for no tomato on my chicken wrap and a soon as I open it tomato awesome glad I didn't touch it what a waste of money

This place is filthy and very disorganized. They ran out of hamburger buns and had an employee drive somewhere to get them and 3 of the 5 employees proceeded to bring them in from her car. The woman taking our order walked away twice while I was talking. Our order was wrong and the food was cold and stale. The ladies room was disgusting and I had to ask someone to clean the tables and chairs because every one was dirty with food, sticky liquid or ketchup. There was a ketchup dispenser but no cups to put it in. There was a pile of dirt under one of the tables. I would NEVER go there again

The floors are sticky when you walk in. The bathroom has ungodly sticky floors. I waited for someone to take my order and was getting ready to walk out when a female from out back kept watching me and finally came out took my order then walked away. As I watched my food sit there the lady who filled the fridge with chicken for lunch had a shelf drop out of the fridge. She stuck the food that was in her hand on the floor. Along with the food that fell out of the fridge, fixed the shelf and then proceeded to put the containers of food that we're on the floor in the fridge. Needless to say I will never be back to this location

My mother, who called and was going to place an order and got hung up on before she could even finish her sentence. I called seconds later after she told me they hung up, and when they picked up I asked for the manager, and a women named Veronica introduced herself and then after I said one sentence she also HUNG UP.

Switched from mayo to miracle whip on sandwiches that require mayo over a month ago BIG difference. Miracle whip doesn't belong on a burger. It's called mayochup for a reason. Now instead of getting a 12 dollar meal when I go I get a 5 dollar meal that doesn't get mayo.

We went there to get a $7 meal offer as well as a strawberry shake. The shake came first after 5 minutes of waiting. It was melted and barely past the halfway mark of the cup. Then, we waited an extra 20 for the actual meal. When I asked if they could add whipped cream or add more to the shake, they said there's nothing they could do and they also don't carry whipped cream. Every. Single. Fast. Food. Place. Has. Whipped. Cream. Every place except for Burger King apparently. I also can't believe the customer service. I got dirty looks the entire time I was in there.

This place will mess up your order. I went there with 3 other workers and only received 1/2 the food we ordered. The bag is filled with a few bags of nuggets and 1 hamburger. Of course by the time you realize it you're on the express way and can't turn around. Also if you ask for ketchup or dipping sauces you will not get them in your bag. It happens all the time so it's not just that they forgot. It is a very poorly run Burger King. I am a weekly customer at this location and I'm sick of how this location tries to rip you off all the time. I will be videoing my transitions here for now on and I will be calling them out snd posting when the order is wrong. I'm going to be registering a complaint with BK corporate!

Waited almost 10 mins for our food. Table an chairs were very dirty. To top it off, it wasn't even busy inside. Drive thru was steady. They were getting food way before us. NOT SATISFIED.

They will get your order wrong and then give you attitude if you ask them to fix the issue.

Heard the closing manager yell across the dining room” It’s my first night closing, they can blow me”(referring to the opening staff) in front of my 10 year old and her friend. Way to keep it classy.

We went to Burger King to try the new tacos for $1. They were possibly the worst tacos I have ever seen or had. All of them were of the same quality when looking at them. The shells where hard and stale. The meat (if it really is meat) was burnt looking and the flavor left a terrible taste in my mouth. It was probably a blessing that there wasn't but a tablespoon of meat maybe less in said tacos. The cheese (what little there was), seemed to have been so dried out from the tacos sitting so long (before we got them). They don't offer hot sauce which is riduculious. It is much needed to mask the nasty taste of the taco. Needless to say they were all thrown in the garbage with disgust. I do not recommend at all. We will not be returning... ever!

We order 2 meals the SpongeBob Meal and a Normal number 1 whopper meal the burger's were cold and the whopper had like a whole head of lettuce ends on it.. was horrible called to say we wanted to be reimbursed or get the same meal but done correctly, they daid okay and wrote our name down. Went back they were complaining because we called and said everything was cold, etc. So instead of giving us the meals we already had they gave us 2 king Jr whopper meals with nasty watered down dr.pepper and gave us horrible onion rings which we didnt ask for. NEVER WILL GO BACK!!!!!!

Sign on the drive thru stated their headsets weren't working and to drive up to the window to place your order. Pulled up & no one was visible at the counter, after minutes I tapped on the window and an employee walked in the door across from the drive thru window. 2 minutes later same person walked over to the window to take my order and I specifically asked for no cheese on the breakfast sandwich - just sausage and egg. Received my bank card and receipt, then the drink and a minute later the bag with my sandwich and then I left. Down the road I finally went to eat my sandwich and realized it had no egg, just sausage and cheese. I looked at the receipt and it had 1 - egg on the receipt. Was too far away to turn around and return it and voice my issue. Theres a reason why fast food jobs are considered entry level and pay minimum wage, this is why. Can't even get an order correct when told face to face.

Completely inedible. Food was heated in a microwave. I threw my entire breakfast in the trash. The biscuit was very dry. The bacon tasted like it had gone off. Cheese wasn’t melted. Waste of money. I thought it was a restaurant. Should actually cook food if it’s a restaurant.

I ordered my meal and got the wrong sandwich twice then brought it up the 2nd time and got a lot of attitude about it when it was there mistake and the cook didn’t want to fix it very slow take no pride in there work here no tables were cleaned I had to clean mine with a napkin very unsatisfied not my first time having trouble here I’ve had a lot of trouble with very grouchy employees here before it’s gotton to the point where I don’t want to eat here anymore

Looks like they were busy but the attitude was uncalled for. Ordered food at 3pm for 3:35 pm in-dine service. We got there at 3:28 and they didn't even start on the order and we had to wait another 30 minutes to get our food. Just go to Arby's next door.
