I guess we all love Spain as well for these small streets with so many tapas bars... Walk first. Check with care. Most of the bars in this street are great. But some are not. Follow the local people ;) Some tapas are so great and so vivid in my memory that my mouth is again watering thinking of it... And as this city is the capital of La Rioja, the wines are often really great as well. Don't leave the city without any visit in this street around 10pm.

If you want to visit one of our typical places here in Logroño, you MUST go to the Laurel street. Is a large but at the same time narrow street located in the middle of the tawn and is primarily full of typical Spanish bars that serve different tapas and our gastronomy.

Super lively street with lots of tapas options. Snails in garlic butter, mushrooms, meat on a stick... too many to list. If you are in Logrono you should for sure make a visit.

Road-trip: La Rioja, Logroño - Added Logroño as a stop on a road-trip through the region due to the high density of food options, namely tapas bars to try pintxos. Went on a Saturday afternoon in March when several places on my list to try were closed. There were still plenty of people reveling in the streets on that sunny day enjoying the places that were open. Easy to see that this is a hot spot for hanging out with family and friends regardless of good or bad weather.

I'd heard about this street in Logrono but when I got there I found it underwhelming. Lots of drunks and restaurants selling greasy, poor quality food. I can do that in Cardiff. I wouldn't bother tbh.
