I came in today at 11:30 and there were about 5 people in the store i ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders combo with onion rings instead of the regular fries and lemonade and the lady was very nice and kind when my food was ready she called me out and asked if i needed any sauces i asked for ranch and BBQ the chicken tenders were so good and juicy and big the lemonade was super good the onion rings were nice and crispy it was very worth its price

For the past like two months every strife through ive been to has gotten something wrong with my orders like last night the carls jr off of foothill totally let us try and drive off without our drink for a meal we ordered. Oh yeah and btw no strawberry fanta no lemonade no spicy sauces throughout the whole cities carl's jr's i guess according to both of the carl's that ive been too in the past like twenty four hours (which would be like two of them for your information))

Apparently this place has issues. They would not honor the posted special 2 for $7, as they do not have deals on Christmas. I have never heard of such policy. Other than that the food was tasty and staff was nice.

Apparently this place has issues. They would not honor the posted special 2 for $7, as they do not have deals on Christmas. I have never heard of such policy. Other than that the food was tasty and staff was nice.

Lemonade was water rather to be lemonade but the girl services us was amazing she replaced it FOC and with apology and smile, at the end it is whats matter. Chicken sandwich was salty rather they spicy, which was should be, the burger was ok per my partner. Fries was salty but we asked for it to be bit but it was too much, we didn't finish it. Expensive as well, two sandwiches one is kids burger with no cheese and one chicken spicy sandwich combo total was $18...yuik

So having to wait over a minute is unusual. When I was handed my Ice Tea, I asked for sweetener. The girl did not acknowledge my request or respond in any way. Instead she turned to untangle a cord. When she handed me the bag with my sandwich, she muttered "it's in the bag" and promptly departed. Never asking how many I needed. It was not enough. Service today was very poor. When serving the public, you are not allowed a bad day. At least that is how it was when I was working those type of jobs. Next time I will check out Taco Bell. 7/31/24 Edit: I went back today. Service was very slow, but the server was more courteous. Carl's needs to improve their training, but today was better. The major issue is "fast food" should be fast and cheap. Today's order was neither. I think I am done with fast food in general.

Employee was rude as hell all food was great as soon as I walked in the casher just looked at me and went his Way to go talk to the person in the back .this place was empty mostly all the time I come here sad. But they do have good food in stead of eating there I took off and ate across the street

The cashier would not honor their advertised deal of 2 BBQ chicken sandwiches for $10.99. I don’t know if it’s a management issue or a service issue but they shouldn’t advertise out of date or nonexistent deals

I’m only giving this place one star because they had no employees the day I went. There was only the cooker/prep, and a cashier I assume she’s the manager. I waited 15 min for my food which was 2 burgers and fries, inside we were 2 customers and the drive thru wasn’t even busy. Cashier was nice and food looked good. This goes to the owner, person in charge, who’s the only one to blame for such experience. This a busy location and should care a little more about customers/ employees. I feel sorry for the two ladies working there

Got here before 12 on a Friday night and ordered a combo. The dude told me they can't make fries or onion rings or crosscut fries, and still sold me my "combo" and a burger for my girlfriend for $14.75. Terrible, I feel cheated by the company. Paid more money for less of the food I came here for. All because these lazy dope heads don't feel up to turning on the damn fryer at a so called "fast-food restaurant". And it's ghetto.

I’m only giving this place one star because they had no employees the day I went. There was only the cooker/prep, and a cashier I assume she’s the manager. I waited 15 min for my food which was 2 burgers and fries, inside we were 2 customers and the drive thru wasn’t even busy. Cashier was nice and food looked good. This goes to the owner, person in charge, who’s the only one to blame for such experience. This a busy location and should care a little more about customers/ employees. I feel sorry for the two ladies working there

Got here before 12 on a Friday night and ordered a combo. The dude told me they can't make fries or onion rings or crosscut fries, and still sold me my "combo" and a burger for my girlfriend for $14.75. Terrible, I feel cheated by the company. Paid more money for less of the food I came here for. All because these lazy dope heads don't feel up to turning on the damn fryer at a so called "fast-food restaurant". And it's ghetto.

Girl at the front window was very rude made me feel dumb and was talking back to me for no reason she needs to be let go immediately or you will lose business I can assure you

The person working the drive thru was rude when i pulled up to the driveway. I asked what the specials were. She said, in an exasperated tone, that they were the same ones every day. I do not know this as rarely frequent Carl's jr. I pulled out and got down to speak to the manager as that attitude was uncalled for. The manager was the one on the drive-thru. So I recommend taking your business somewhere else. I know I will from now on after this experience.

I was driving thru today, and the cashier didn't even know the deals post outside their store on their window. She didn't bother to check and just sound apathetic overall. She just said, "I don't know," and left me sitting in an awkward silence. To make matter worse when I got my order, it looked like they just threw order in the bag and didn't even bother to give some napkins and didn't bother to ask me if I wanted condiments.

Other young workers in the morning shift and even late shifts have always been kind and hard working. She is truly the only one who i have noticed recently in my morning orders that has been extremely rude and unprofessional. I have left without my order the 1st time she was extremely rude. Losing customers, I hope Carl's will replace her or check the cameras.

They give out coupons and later they don’t want to accept them even if they are still on time to use them
