Placed an order to go. Was charged for Chop Suey which was not included. The pepper steak was dry and the sauce was bland in addition to lumpy fries. The sweet and sour chicken was also overcooked and limpy fries and not much flavor in the rice. Very disappointing meal. Will not order from China PR again.

Today was my second time visiting this place after 2 years and today food look so pretty but it taste old and bad well no talking about the alcapurrias was so hard I can't even cut it in half ,I complain and they gave me another one but it was the same. Anyways they have very good customer service but if you look just my fried plantains you will understand. Rest of my pictures looks delicious but they need to check the cooler.

Called a few times before coming in, line was busy. Should've just taken the hint and not ordered. I was dedicated to getting food from here due to the "good reviews" so I decided to take the two minute drive from my apartment to go order in person. As I walk in there's nobody inside however the cook is yelling on the phone. No wonder he wasn't picking up. The food was mid, bland and cold. ordered shrimp lo mein with rice. Will not try again.

I ordered food here through grub hub and the restaurant called me saying no driver picked up my food and to come get it. When I got there to pick it up they gave my food away and locked their doors

I would not recommend. Not only did it taste like dirty oil but instantly made me feel sick. The lo mein was and no flavor, the garlic chicken was extremely oily and tasted like fish. I was hopeful for the fried rice... and yet somehow it was still gross. I was really hopeful but I was very disappointed. Don'twaste your money. And save your belly.

Went there today and the customer service was horrible not only was I disrespected by the cashier because of the quality of food the chef told me to “to go home and cook then” as I am 6 months pregnant and just wanted what I had order, food was not what I expected worst experience ever definitely not a recommendation and did this all in front of my daughter aggressively.

Terrible experience. Would have not given any stars for food but then a review would not have been accepted. Ordered 2 soups and lo mein. While waiting we had some beer (not reasonably priced) at the bar. Brought our food home and found the soups to not even be 2/3 full and the lo mein overcooked and container 2/3 full. Food alone was $27.00. Drove all the way back to return food and address issues. They took all the food back and refused to refund us. A lot of other Chinese restaurants in the city. Not customer friendly.

Just got this from Uber eats. These two plates were worth $20 combined. I see maybe 11 dollars worth. The fingers are more like popcorn chicken. And I was very disappointed when I opened up the Rangoon container just to find this. Last time I’ll be getting this again. Not worth it at all.

Food quality poor. The crab rangoons looked liked tater tots, the smallest I’ve ever seen. I asked for extra duck sauce and received 1 small packet. Very disappointing considering the high rating they were given on Uber eats. The egg roll was lacking stuffing and was for the most part hollow. Regardless of the rating won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.

They lucky they can get a star but I found a cockroach on my rice. This is not the first time it happened to my uncle but didn’t believe it until I seen it with my one eyes🤮🤮🤮
