I’ve been to Jollibee many times in the Philippines, and couldn’t wait to try one like literally right down the street from my place. It’s just as good as the ones in the Philippines. The spicy chicken is fire. The spaghetti has little weenies cut up in it and so grub. Food is great. Only small complaint is that this store doesn’t usually honor rewards that are available on the app. That part is a bummer in lowering the total of your order.

Visitor from AZ, I happened to be driving by when I saw the big Bee. It caught my eye, and I went in. Cups of spaghetti as a side , is the side I've been missing with fried chicken. The spaghetti was great, the mashed potatoes were really good. I got both spicy and OG. The chicken was awesome, awesome flavor . I was able to finish my 6piece chicken and 2 sides. It was a great experience.

Probably the crispiest and juciest chicken Iv'e ever had. The burger was a flavor surprise in a good way. It reminded me of Salisbury steak. The pies are a must. They reminded me of the McDonald's pies when they were still good.

Food, service and atmosphere, everything is perfect. Once they only had 3 or 4 pieces of spicy chicken left and we ordered 6 pieces so they offered 3 more original pieces of chicken with a peach pie. Pretty sure the pies are pricey so that definitely made me rate it this high.

Jolibees is the best we travel from Ventura County to the Central Valley and have to stop by here on the way. The staff makes you feel at home 😄

We came on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30 after watching a movie. Most of the tables were occupied by families and couples and there were about 4-5 people in line ahead of us with 2 cashiers helping. The staff was very efficient --- the line moved quickly, it didn't take long for the food to be ready (and they even brought it to our table!) and they kept the place clean. The food tasted fresh and very yummy, as expected. I highly recommend you don't pass up on dessert as the mango peach pie and ube pie were to die for. And try their pineapple quencher also...soooo refreshing! Overall a very good experience at this location worth repeating.

My #1 of two favorite fried chicken places in all of America (the other one is Church's)! It is an understatement to call it a fast food chain. Their food is top-notch restaurant quality! Today we ordered their Chicken bucket meal for $20 (6 pieces of fried chicken, 2 sides, 2 drinks). Try their vermicelli and chicken sandwich also! Buns are soft and heavenly. New side, coleslaw, is also good. We highly recommend their quenchers, our favorite item from Jollibee!

I absolutely adore Jollibee! By far the best chicken I’ve ever eaten, I come here all the time. Beyond this, their customer service is simply unmatched. The workers here are genuinely so nice. 10/10 would come again.

First and foremost i loved my Jolly Spaghetti!!!!! Was cooked to perfection. With that being said I have to say Mika the drive thru order taker was very friendly but have to say the one person who stood out the most was Maxine who was in charge of drive thru payments. She has such a cheerful attitude that if you are having a bad day she will do everything possible to make sure you leave Jollibee with a smile. ☺

Everything was perfect. From the nice employes, to the hot, juicy but yet crispy chicken sandwiches. I definitely recommend the pineapple thirst quencher. It definitely quenched my thirst, leaving me wanting more. The peach mango pies I got were fantastic! The peachy yet subtle sweetness of the flaky hot pie was undeniably dangerous for peach lovers. I asked the cashier for salt, and he said 'it's no problem at all ma'am'. Very professional workers there. I was satisfied

Pretty impressed by how together they were on opening day. The drive thru line was backed up thru the parking lot and back to the light on Stockdale Highway, but the order line inside moved fairly quickly and efficiently, and the food was great! Can't wait to go back.

I’m not being paid to say this, it is my genuine thoughts. This experience was genuinely so nice. The people were so nice, and the lady told us to have a Jolli day! That is actually so cute! Then the food was pure and Devine! It felt as if it was made with care, love, and purity. The advertisements didn’t lie, the spicy explosions felt like they happened at the bite of the spicy chicken sandwich, the tenders were so good and crispy, and the fries were just perfect! The pie was great, and the soda too! And the music choices were perfect as well! Overall, this place gets beyond five stars, if I could rate it higher, I would. Extremely clean restaurant and the workers are extremely nice and friendly especially if your new to the place like we were we had never had Jolibee and mean less to say I'd eat there again it was good if you like Zaxby's or Wingstop you'll love their chicken strips and if you love steak and shake fries then you'll love the fries too:) and their spaghetti was great too and for me and my parents to eat it was only like 30 some dollars which is really good with all the food we got!! And the workers are very fast on service

I come down from Fresno to Bakersfield for JolliBee's. The food is budget friendly. No long wait in lines. Friendly cashier's at the window. They are always happy. Gave it 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Never had a problem.

I order the chicken sandwich combo, because it comes with a fried pie :). I swear it is a half chicken breast on the sandwich and always tender. I usually pull it off the bun (because I am not a big bread eater) and I typically get mashed potatoes or the adobo rice for my side. Occasionally, I will upgrade my side to the Mac and cheese. My daughter orders the fries. I do like their chicken tenders as well, but be prepared to wait because they are cooked to order. The ube pie is good, but the peach mango pie is what I crave. I will drive through for just this pie. Full disclosure: I have not tried the burgers or the jolly spaghetti yet.

Ok I was hesitant but just about 1 of everything to feed 2 peeps service was great friendly service just the cutest Asian girls working there so kind all of them with a smile food wow the spaghetti was at first like what huh .??? But just so different and delicious love it !Yamburger while small was tasty beef steaks in sauce Salisbury steak ish but better the chicken is so good not greasy it's crispy just full of flavors and the gravy dipping sauces for the chicken is awesome I put it over all sorts of stuff adobo rice delish the more I ate the more I liked it almost pioneer chicken ish I would definitely go back again get the pineapple drink! Fresh fresh everything peach mango pie yummy but could be sweeter lol

First Jollibee in Bakersfield I think. Went early since my lunch hour starts real early. Lucky for me they open at 9am. This place has been open a bit over a week and the lines during the daytime are crazy long! But I came just as they opened so I didn’t have any problems walking up ordered my food…got my food…sat and enjoyed my lunch. I had the Two-Piece Burger Steak with white rice eand a diet soda. And it was delicious. The restaurant was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful! I would recommend coming here!!!

Not what I expected. Chicken was good crispy thin coat. Mac and cheese was ok, mashed potatoes and gravy was also ok. Could use more flavor. I would but them as my third choice for fried chicken restaurant.

This Jollibee is a pretty solid spot in the neighborhood. While it might not be my absolute favorite, it's definitely a place I enjoy visiting. Their spaghetti is a guilty pleasure, super tasty and kind of addictive. The ube pies are a big hit, especially with my fiancée, who absolutely loves them. They're like Japanese moon pies, baked fresh and delicious. The staff is great, quick, and efficient. Their chicken is pretty good, and the peach pies are amazing. Overall, it's a nice place to grab a quick, tasty meal. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area

The food is great. IMO the Spicy Chicken is better tasting than the original. I recommend it and it's not spicy; just more flavorful. The spaghetti is a bit on the sweetie, its an acquired taste. I didnt give it 5 stars because I've been there twice, and each time, they always forget a few of my items such as the pies or side dishes. By the time I realize it, I'm on the freeway. They need to find a way to confirm items they put into bags.

We came here to order food to go for dinner. Everything was fine until we got back to our hotel. They forgot to add the fries I ordered for my daughter. She wanted a drumstick and fries. Now she gets only a drumstick for her dinner. Luckily we have a few snacks to give her to tie her over. We didn't check the bag because we thought they got everything we ordered correctly. I ordered dinner for 5 people, 3 adults and 2 kids. Jollibee will be closing soon, in 15 minutes, to be exact. We won't be able to go back and get her fries. I would have given them a better review if it wasn't for this issue. Update: We came back and got a 10 piece bucket this time with 3 sides of rice with 2 gravy, 1 order of fries, and 3 pineapple juices. Mcdonald's was close by, and I got my daughter her strawberry banana smoothie. Our dinner was good and I made sure we didn't forget anything.

Got the chicken sandwich meal with a side of spaghetti and everything was cooked perfectly, service was great as well but there seating was limited, we did come during lunch hour, but overall was a great experience.

The food is amazing! I'll be honest - everything was a 10/10 except the Adobo Rice which had a weird flavor and totally underseasoned. But their spicy chicken sandwich may be one of the best fast food sandwiches out there! We also enjoyed the mashed potatoes, pies, and chicken. The service, however, is lacking. Let's just say I had an issue with my payment - but instead of being respectful (I'm not even asking for kind at this point), the worker at the window was incredibly rude about it. Regardless, I acknowledge it was my fault. But that's just one employee, and I hope it was just a fluke as we plan on trying Jollibee again soon.

We love the spicy chicken option. Flavorful, juicy and just the right spice. Definitely once in a while treat, it can be a bit too greasy for me. But it's soo good! The struggle lol.

Tried this place out for the first time wanting to try something new. I was pleasantly pleased with how good everything came out. I had the 2pc chickenjoy combo meal. The chicken was perfectly cooked crispy outside, but juicy tender inside. And the fruit pie was also amazing. Definitely will be returning and maybe trying something new and different.

I always get the 2 piece with palabok. Great chicken (I get the spicy) the seasoning gets all the way into the chicken so there's flavor all the way through The palabok with a little lemon juice makes a great side.

Food was very good. I like the other options that they have; spaghetti, basic burgers, white rice, burger patties w/gravy. I like their chicken and as a dipping sauce you can get grjujuavy for the chicken strips. KFC & Church's don't give you that. I'm going back again! I bought their $20 6 piece bucket meal.

I bought some Palabok. It was inedible, a gelatinous mess. No one answered the phone when I called back to complain Uodate: Today I returned to Jollibee, I showed them the order I was unhappy with. They apologized and very graciously offered a replacement. I am very happy now

Chicken is good. The mash potatoes are good. Biscuits were lacking in my opinion but I'd eat there again.

Good spaghetti portion.... unfortunately this order is already $38 for aloha burger meal, spaghetti with 2pc chicken joy, 2 peach mango pies, and 2 pineapple juices. Atmosphere was 4 stars because there's a fly in the store,maybe they needa fly trap.

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo for $10.99. When I got to the window, the associate informed me of a better deal for the same price and included a pie. Thought that was amazing service! The sandwich was at a great spice level and loved the fresh, not pickled jalapeño slices. The fries were spot on and the “free” ube pie put it over the top! Definitely a competitor in the spicy chicken sandwich game!

Went for take out 10 pcs regular chickenjoy the other day. Crispy and delicious as usual with matching gravy. Service very prompt and efficient, price was okay. We are a regular jollibee lover way back in the Philippines, will be back for more and their pancit palabok.

The vibe was off from 1 employee that attended me at register. And then again when picking a table to sit at. The food was great. But... the experience there wasn't it. Maybe it wasn't her day but will give a second chance and hopefully it's better.

I went thru drive thru and ordered 8 piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes. Price wise was good $19.99 but didn't care for the food.Chicken has some taste didn't like and mashed potatoes no bueno..biscuits soft and good.Never will I order or eat their food.

I have been fortunate to have experienced Jollibee in many locations including the Philippines. The food is consistently good as it was during this visit at the Bakersfield location today. This being said, service needs to improve to meet expectations that are observed in the Philippines. The Philippines set the standard for amazing service with employees and Management that cares about providing service to the customers. Tables where I sat had food, which is not typical at all locations. Store cleanliness needs improvement as well.

A tad pricey... the food is great...But my most recent visit they totally screwed the pooch. I was charged $13.50 for a three-piece combo with two sides and I only got a two-piece combo with one side. Calling the store to complain is a waste of time. Don't bother. I won't be back. Management don't care.

I asked for a coke/pepsi. I was told they only had Pepsi. I took my cup over to the soda machine. There was a sign that stated “OUT OF ORDER”. So I asked the guy behind the counter for Pepsi and he said we were out. So when I asked for “COKE/PEPSI” how come you didn’t tell me in the beginning or placing a sign closer to the order window. I hope the drive through has a sign.

Super cold. It feels like were at a snow park. Not good for the business. Their manager need to start calling the building maintenance or do something. Manager seems like he don't care. Sorry to say this.

I have had better at Wendy's. Spaghetti was bland and had very little sauce. It wasn't busy and was still told it would be at least a 20 minute wait. The car behind me also had to wait. I wouldn't go back

I tried the second order because the first one was soooo good, but today the chicken was too oily. chicken's skin was still hairy and the old fried chicken wasn't crispy. I'm disappointed today. I hope this won't happen the next time I come back. Next time if it still doesn't improve, I'll turn the car around and go to Popeyes.

It's okay. I ordered the 3-piece with 2 sides and a drink - $14.06. Considering prices of food now this was more economical for the amount of food served at other restaurants. The chicken is juicy and the texture of the chicken is spot on, but it's not the flavor profile I'm used to. I prefer KFC original fried chicken, but Jollibee is better than Popeye's fried chicken in taste and meatier chicken than KFC and Popeye's.. I had the mashed potatoes and adobo rice. The adobo rice wasn't as flavorful as Popeye's dirty rice. For me, it boiled down to my previous comfort food experiences. For reference, my favorite fried chicken was Jay's. This has a similar crunch, but not the flavor. Service didn't standout, but I had no issues and I'm confident it would be above average had I had an issue.

Their fried chicken is so crispy and tasty! The white rice is fluffy and fresh. The pineapple quencher it’s so refreshing and to top it off the peach mango pie is phenomenal. The spaghetti, adobo rice or cheese yumberger weren’t my favorite.

My family and I tried this place for the first time was not impressed and do not know what the hype is all about. They got our order done wrong the chicken was so so. Nothing to wet my whisle about. My husband ordered a burger with all the fixings on it and it was the size of a mini burger!!!! It was so so small he was horribly dissapointed and shocked. At least we tried it. Maybe give it another try somewhere else. Overall experience was a Thumbs Down!

I have had 2 different BAD experiences. 1. I placed an online order 10 min before I left to pick up (I was 15 min away) and entire 25+ min passed by before I pick up. I had to wait 25 min there in store!!! I went on my lunch and wasted my entire time waiting. Was not offered a drink for waiting, any apologies nothing. 2. I placed and order and placed an order for 2 pies. I get home, eat my dinner and realized there were no pies… I’m trying to call to speak to anyone and it goes to a machine saying they can’t take my call and hangs up! How the hell do I get ahold of someone? Corporate ?!

Food was good, but take out order was ready 20 minutes after they stated to pick it up. The manager is extremely slow moving, distracted and confused. They didn’t even start my take out order until 6:15 that was supposedly ready for pick up at 6pm. Manager said they were busy but restaurant wasn’t full. They simply neglect the online orders.

Our first time here First impression wasn't good. Place is small barely any tables to sit. Ordered chicken and spaghetti 🍝 and mash potatoes meals. Chickens skin omg it was super oily. I took a bite of the chicken, it was like intook a spoon on oil .🤢😩 chicken was tasteless. Then i squeezed a piece with my fingers, so much oil And on the napkin. The spaghetti was little sweet, but no other taste as far as seasoning. There was what I think was hotdogs in the sauce as well. Price? Me my husband, and to boys paid 65.00 Definitely wasnt worth that amount and definitely won't be coming back again.

Jollibee should discontinue their Ida hoan powder mashed potatoes and prepare fresh mashed potatoes with real Idaho potatoes without skin I had a bad experience with the mashed potatoes add Jollibee they should be discontinued and taken off the menu

I can't say what is worse if the food or the service. It took almost 45 minutes to get my food and there were only 3 people inside and no one in the drive thru. After 35 minutes of already waiting they informed me that there would be a 15 minute wait for spicy chicken. When I received my food it was cold! When I told the team the chicken was cold they were upset because I said something. Please don't waste your time or money. Raising Canes is literally down the street.

Sarah’s service is terrible. This was my first time trying Jollibee and will probably be the last at this location. She began taking my order with attitude which was unfortunate, she messed up our order when we substituted the side for a biscuit instead. It isn’t that hard to be nice and offer the bare minimum service as someone who’s worked service myself. I noticed she was also being rude to her coworker doing drive thru orders while people waited in line. Please work on your costumer service, thanks.

We stopped by Jollibee on the way home because I was really craving the spaghetti and this was the closest location to me which is 1 hr and 40 mins out. Fell asleep and was looking forward to eating it the next day, I opened the box and what is this…. This is insane. Not even remotely close to what we ordered, cannot even figure out what went wrong. So disappointing.
