I enjoyed my experience here, but the crawfish did not meet my expectations, unfortunately. They were very small and flavorless. The service and atmosphere were great. There were a couple of big ones on top, and the rest were babies.

Been here a few times, each time the food has definitely had great flavor although it could be spicier. We usually get the Cajun with a Fire spice but it's more of a mild/medium so the side of Valentina gives it that extra kick. The servers could use a little more training but every time we go it's usually a younger staff so for me it's slightly understandable but some people will probably disagree. They definitely could use a larger beer selection!

Great food even though it was a little pricy. Didn’t like the fact they used a large to go container to hold 5 hushpuppies or the fact that you pay $13 for 5 shrimp and two small catfish fillets. A couple of the shrimps were of a good size though. The pricing and sizing of the portions were the only problem for me overall. Keep up the good work!

Love this location but I placed a order on door dash for pick up 9/15/25 for double potatoes and double egg and I pulled up to the location and saw they were closed due to maintenance problem which I understand but I couldn’t get a refund and I just want to make sure I can get the order once they open back up I’ve been calling every day and no answer today is 9/22/25

I’m a seafood addict and I’ve eaten here on numerous occasions. The first time I ever ate here I said that I would never go back. I stumbled on this place searching for seafood places nearby me. It was something about the sauce I didn’t like. I got the bottom of the bayou (which is all the seasoning together) on a lbs of crawfish which they claimed were live but were actually frozen I sent them back. So later some time I needed a seafood fix and thought I just try them again! The second time they were actually better and I’ve been coming back sense. I gave 3 stars because typically when you order to go They will mess up your order, so Be sure to CHECK YOUR FOOD! The prices are reasonable for seafood. Their fried fish is not worth it for the size of the fish strips they give you, fried soft shell crabs aren’t friend hard. They use to be named the “Crab Shack”.... but changed their name and upgraded their menu look but it’s still under the same management. I won’t come here as a first choice but will come back. - Wheezy

No wonder this place is empty .I call to place an order. The lady picked up the phone speaking Spanish and I said is this King crab shack she said yes took my order once I came to pick it up, there was no record of her putting the order in . This is so unprofessional the guy work. The counter stated that he stepped away and she did not put the order in.. Maybe if you wanted more business, get someone that was more professional and able to put the order in for the customer to pick up at an accurate time

I had a cold corn, and the quality of food is not better than a Shell Shack will not be returning Customer service was good but the portioning of fries was very small for four dollars

I stopped for lunch, lobster tails $55 for 1 pound! So I changed my mind to seafood fried rice, the waiter says oh we don’t have any fried rice, I was the only customer in the restaurant and it was lunch time, I decided to leave at that point!

I could not believe that they call this pho... So bland not the real meat no veggies the broth smells and taste like cinnamon I've never ever been so disappointed for a food order... Everything was covered in pepper the absolute worse do not come here for this!!!

Just ordered the 1Ib king crab legs with sausage, potatoes and corn, and the crab legs were so small. I only had two small pieces of the part that had meat on it. That is not worth the price. $64 for 1 pound of crab legs and barely got 1/2 a pound. I feel like this was a rip off. Anyways lesson learned. But you all have to do better. At least give us 3-4 meaty pieces. They claim they weighed this. I promise you this was not one pound. They gave me half a pound and took money for full pound. I will be filing a dispute with my bank asap! Other customers beware, if you don’t mind paying a lot of money for small crab legs then this is the place to go.

The food was terrible. In the beginning, my to go order was missing the shrimp. So, I called them. Went back and waited for them to fix my shrimp. Then I went home and found a bug in the seafood boil order. No eggs and no lemon slices. Now my grandbaby, complaining about her stomach, hurting. Never again.
