El local está pensado para ser cómodo, luminoso y espacioso, ideal tanto para comidas relajadas en pareja como para celebraciones en grupo. La ambientación combina madera, tonos cálidos y detalles mediterráneos que transmiten autenticidad. La música ambiental es suave, sin interferir con las conversaciones, creando un ambiente entre relajada y animada. El personal destaca por su profesionalidad y cercanía. Se anticipan a tus necesidades sin resultar intrusivos, recomendando platos según tus gustos y explicando los ingredientes con detalle. El servicio es ágil excepto en momentos de máxima afluencia, cuando se nota un ligero retraso — pero siempre con disculpas y soluciones inmediatas. La carta ofrece entrantes, arroces, carnes y pescados con enfoque mediterráneo, optan por menú del día de lunes a viernes . Destacando croquetas caseras, tablas de ibéricos y ensaladas mediterráneas y paella una especialidad que brilla por su punto exacto y sabor intenso. Si bien no es la icónica paella valenciana de Casa Carmela (Valencia), la versión aquí ofrece una textura sabrosa, que no decepciona. La atención al sabor ofrece una delicia. Los precios están en línea con la calidad: platos contundentes, ingredientes seleccionados y buen tamaño de ración. El equilibrio entre coste y sabor es uno de los valores más comentados entre los clientes. El menú incluye una selección de postres caseros muy apetecibles destacando la espuma de Nutella que se sirven en porciones generosas y con presentación cuidada. Además cuentan con una bodega variada que combina vinos locales y clásicos para combinar perfectamente con cada plato. En general, casa Carmen queda muy bien valorado por la buena calidad gastronómica por el servicio amable y profesional, ambiente acogedor y buenas raciones generosas y carta equilibrada. Puede que en algún momento el ritmo del servicio se resienta un poco, especialmente en cenas concurridas, pero el conjunto general deja una sensación muy positiva y de buen valor.

Excelente experiencia en Casa Carmen. Desde que llegamos, el servicio fue impecable: todo el personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a recomendar platos y vinos. Se nota el buen trato al cliente y el cuidado por los detalles. La comida es de alto nivel, con platillos mediterráneos muy bien elaborados, sabores equilibrados y productos de calidad. Todo lo que probamos estaba delicioso y bien presentado. Sin duda se percibe la frescura de los ingredientes y la buena cocina. La carta de vinos es muy acertada, con opciones muy ricas que acompañan perfectamente los platos. El ambiente es agradable y acogedor, ideal tanto para una comida tranquila como para una ocasión especial. En general, un restaurante muy recomendable por su excelente comida, vinos y servicio. Sin duda, un lugar al que dan ganas de volver.

Soy clienta asidua de Casa Carmen en general, pero este en concreto, es mi FAVORITO. Comida siempre muy bien presentada y deliciosa, camareros rápidos, eficaces, cercanos y con una sonrisa. Para rematar, tienen un vino blanco etiquetado con el nombre de ellos que, para ser de la casa, es ESPECTACULAR ( ADJUNTO FOTO ). Los jueves, en el menú tienen una paella super super rica. Y por lo último, pero no lo menos importante: decoración preciosa.

Fui a Casa Carmen Diagonal Mar y la verdad que me encantó. La atención de los camareros y encargados fue de diez, muy amables y pendientes en todo momento. Pedí una ensalada verde que estaba súper fresca y bien presentada, y el vino de la casa me sorprendió, muy rico y suave. El sitio es bonito, se come bien y el ambiente es muy agradable. Sin duda volveré, porque da gusto cuando te atienden tan bien y todo está tan cuidado

The restaurant is beautiful and classy. I stopped here after a long day of walking for some tapas. Our server, Aric, was very attentive and helpful as we ordered and enjoyed our meal. He went out of his way to ask how our meal was and continued to ask if we needed anything. We ordered the hummus, crispy bread with tomato, fried squid, and patatas bravas. The hummus was seasoned well and the bread had its own seasoning. I don’t usually enjoy hummus, but I actually liked this one. The bread was very refreshing, as it has fresh tomato spread on it. It is very good to have when you have a few dishes with strong flavors because it acts as a palate cleanser. The fried squid had a VERY thin batter, which I am not used to, however it tasted very fresh. They were larger rings of squid than I have ever gotten and were not chewy or fishy. It came with an aioli that added some salt to the squid which I enjoyed, but I did miss the red sauce I would usually have with calamari. Regardless, it tasted amazing. The patatas bravas were absolutely amazing. The bravas sauce has an almost curry like flavor and mixed very well with the aioli. The potatoes themselves were cooked very well, soft on the inside with some crisp on the outside. For drinks, we got the sangria, which I believe they made to order. Personally, I was not a huge fan, but I do not like wine as it is, so I prefer a very sweet sangria. If you are a wine lover and prefer a sangria that retains the wine flavor, I would recommend it. Overall, I was happy with the experience. Our server, Aric, was amazing at quickly taking our order and getting our food to us quickly. He even made sure to check that we were done with our food (we were so full we couldn’t finish) prior to taking it away. The price was amazing for the serving size and the flavors. I would definitely consider returning.

A very reasonably priced venue with incredible food! For about 25 euros per person, we were absolutely stuffed - we ordered a variety of appetizers (tapas, soup, etc.) and main dishes to share. The waitstaff were very accommodating and dishes were served very quickly. A great place for a satisfying dinner!

Very cute restaurant! The food was quite tasty and very affordable. Unfortunately, our service wasn't that great. There was a language barrier that we tried to overcome, but the waitress didn't help all. She was quite annoyed that we didn't speak the language & it showed in her service.

Overall the food here is good. A nice selection to choose from. Unfortunately my rice was undercooked in my tiki masala and I had to send it back for the chicken vegetable stir fry which ended up being very tasty but needed something to finish it off perhaps a little acid added to the dish at the end. The chicken yaki soba was delicious and the service was on par with being attentive and good. I would have given this three and a half stars but you can only either give three or four and I would not give it a four. Updated: after receiving the bill they unexpectedly removed my chicken stir fry due to my initial dish not being cooked correctly. Since that was very unexpected and not requested by me I changed my 3 stars to 4 stars for the excellent service.

It was my second time there. I think the place is not THAT special. It does have some affordable prices, given the location where it is located. The food is average, nothing special in my opinion. The atmosphere is quite good and the decoration is really nice. The waitress ended up bringing 1 drink that we did not ask for. We asked for a Coke, they told us that they had Pepsi and ended up bringing a 7 UP. We asked for some “bravas” and they were not that good. Had a weird flavour in their sauce. The pasta I ordered was quite nice.

we try to spend dinner here with family. the ambiance are amazing but the experience was not okay. we already do a reservation and specify to the email our second plate, but still in the moment we are there we are surprised that they still don't have any idea,it seems they don't check the message that we did when we do the reservation. the solomillo was too hard to chew, but the resoto we had more or less was good. we had a totally a different experienced in their other branch. but more or less we enjoy the food.

We arrived at night. The staff was very welcoming, and the restaurant looks fancy with nice decoration. First check point - bathrooms: smell was awful and very dirty Second check point: glasses on the table: Dirty glasses asked to change them 3- staff is nice, helpful, and friendly 4- food is average, we ordered the goat cheese salad that was nice and the paella, which was below expectations. 5- small flies, even indoors, over the table. The overall experience was not nice.

Terrible food and terrible service. And then nearly got scammed on the bill. Staff service was bad too. The lady clearly did not want to be there.

No había comido nunca aquí, pero había escuchado y leído muy buenas opiniones sobre la atención y el servicio. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no fue así. Es cierto que hubo un fallo por nuestra parte al modificar la reserva (finalmente éramos 14 personas), pero al llegar faltaban dos sillas y simplemente pedimos que las añadieran. La camarera se lo comentó a un compañero y su respuesta fue que “nos apachurráramos, que no era problema suyo” y que no iba a cambiarnos de mesa. Solo estábamos pidiendo dos sillas. Tampoco estuvieron pendientes de traer los dos platos, tenedores y servilletas para las personas que se incorporaron. Al pedir la comida, varias personas querían hamburguesa con pequeñas modificaciones. Íbamos diciendo los cambios por orden, pero la camarera se saturaba, ponía malas caras y hacía comentarios desagradables. El baño estaba sucio y, además, tuvimos que avisar de que había una cucaracha. En general, la atención fue pésima y la comida tampoco destacó especialmente. Lo que más duele es haber pagado 30€ por persona y salir con esta sensación. No volvería a repetir.

I visited in Barcelona with my family on Christmas Eve, expecting a pleasant and warm experience. Unfortunately, the evening was completely ruined by unacceptable and unprofessional service. The food itself was tasty, and the chef deserves special thanks — the quality of the dishes was good. However, the service from both the waiter and the manager was terrible. We waited more than 40 minutes just to receive the menu. All dishes were served with huge delays, and one dish never arrived at all. No proper explanation, no apology, no attempt to fix the situation. For a restaurant, especially on a holiday evening, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Overall, I do not recommend this “restaurant” to anyone who values their time, mood, and a respectful attitude toward guests. If you don’t want your evening spoiled — choose another place.

I would not recommend this restaurant. First, we had to wait more than 40 minutes to order food because the kitchen was having issues. Then, the wine glass was dirty, so I asked for a new one. I ordered beef, but the waiter didn't bring it. He simply forgot about it!!! When the soup was brought out, the waiter didn't bring any spoons. I waited more than 10 minutes with no reaction!!! I asked another waiter, but there was still no reaction!!! I had to call the waiter for spoons second time! I asked the waiter to light a candle on our table. He took it out and forgot about it. I had to remind him. The waiter only took the dirty plates when we put them in the corner of the table . When I received the final bill, I asked the waiter why I didn't receive the beef. He only apologized. Then I called a manager. He couldn't explain why the service was so poor or why I didn't receive the beef and spoons for soup on time. The manager didn't offer anything to make up for the poor service and ruined Christmas evening, and I had to pay a bill of around 100 euros. Overall, I'd give 4 out of 5 stars for the food and 0 out of 5 stars for the service and management. I hope that the restaurant owner can read this review and take appropriate action!!!
