Saying goodbye to 2025 at Sancho Restaurant was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The process began with the reservation, flawlessly coordinated by Yipsy, who was exceptional. She took the time to walk us through every detail with clarity, patience, and genuine care. Her coordination and attention to detail set the tone well before we even arrived. When we got there, our group of 14, including kids, was warmly welcomed, and everything was perfectly prepared ahead of our arrival. The service was professional and attentive; our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the evening, explaining everything clearly and managing the group effortlessly. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the live music added the perfect touch. We spent the last three hours of 2025 surrounded by great energy, great vibes, and great people. This level of experience doesn’t happen by accident, it’s the result of strong coordination and leadership behind the scenes, and Yipsy truly delivered. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

We were served by Rogelio and Ypsy, they made sure our experience was one to remember by their constant attention to detail and an amazing. For big parties I recommend sharing the Cochinillo as it can serve a lot of people and comes with an amazing show. Loyal local customers clearly take a back seat whenever larger parties appear, and that speaks volumes about their priorities. Good service is not just about serving plates; it is about respecting the people who consistently support your business, and management failed at that. The waiters are professional and kind, which makes it even more frustrating to see how poorly the place is run from the top. There is a clear lack of appreciation and basic customer awareness coming from management, and it shows. It is honestly a shame, because this restaurant could be a great addition to the neighborhood. Instead, poor judgment and disregard for regular patrons make it a place I will no longer support.
