They always make my food after I order it, so it is always fresh and hot. It does take a bit of time to get the food, but it is always worth it. The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit is the best breakfast Biscuit.

They were cheerful and they definitely made me feel special.

I just had to write a review about the absolutely amazing service that I received at this Whataburger location tonight. I know the night crew has to deal with a lot of outlandish things at times but the manager, Jazz, at this location handled all of the shenanigans with efficiency and a smile. Thank you Jazz for creating an environment and service that I'm sure a lot of times may go unnoticed but I hope you will be encouraged to keep doing what you do. God bless!

Went through the drive through last night, and when I got halfway down the street they had forgot a few things in the bag, I went back up there spoke with Monique. She was very professional and very polite and got me what I was missing. I highly recommend this location.

I’ve never written a review for a fast food restaurant, but after the service I received today from Daleyah, it was an absolute must. Let me be clear, I had no issue during my visit, there was no long lines, everything I ordered I received and in a timely fashion. This is a review to recognize someone for giving great customer service for no reason at all. Sometimes it’s easy to recognize good customer service when things go bad, but equally impressive is giving good customer service for no reason at all. That is what I received today. As soon as I heard Daleyah on the drive-through speaker, I knew when I got to the window I was going to request her name to leave this review. I had a good day today but somehow Daleyah managed to make it better. That kind of service means a lot these days and makes a difference from choosing your restaurant vs any other that may be in the vicinity. I will most definitely return; thank you Daleyah.

5/24/2025; I returned to this Whataburger location expecting the same quality service and definitely got more than what I bargained for. "MoMo", "Mel", "MeekMeek" and the entire shift were not only welcoming but were very professional; so much so that I chose to forgo taking my order to go and dine in. Everybody plays their part from getting my food to me fresh to making a fresh pot of coffee for me to start my day. Everyone had smiles and seemed to work cohesively on fulfilling orders whether drive thru or walk in. Outstanding job ladies, your work ethic did not go unnoticed; I may have just found me a new place for my early morning eats....

Good food, great service. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. Trey took our order with a smile, and delivered it just perfect. Standing up to its name, the Spicy Sandwich was Spicy. The chicken patty tasted fresh, and crispy. Adding a Coca-Cola to it, makes it one good meal. The place is clean and packed, and serves 24 hrs... Ambience is good. However, the wait time for the order was around 30 minutes. Unless you are not super hungry, the burger is worth waiting for.

I visited this fast-food restaurant recently and had a pretty good experience overall. The place was reasonably clean, and the food tasted great. What really stood out to me was the extremely friendly staff — they were welcoming and very helpful throughout my visit. There was also a wide selection of drinks available, which was a nice bonus. In terms of pricing, it was fair and in line with what you’d expect for this type of place. All in all, a solid option if you’re looking for a quick and pleasant meal.

Visited TX, and went to this location twice. The team here is VERY efficient and hospitable. They've got a system and it works. Prices are good for decent fast food. Great stop for after a day walking and sweating your butt off. Banana Pudding shake is delicious!

Make sure you Double check your to go, drive thru orders, out of the last six Times I have been here my order was missing one item or two, five Times out of six. Great service Smile and friendly.

The line is always super long at night and the service is slow. The service is friendly though, the only con is that the speed bumps are HUGE there and it feels like you are riding ontop of a huge mountain. I was also told to wait outside in the front of the store for my order since they were getting it ready but i went inside and asked for the order. The manager there, a younger white male, was very kind and helped get my order.

I ordered the honey bbq chicken strip sandwich and my husband ordered a triple burger. He thoroughly enjoyed his burger, while I felt my chicken sandwich was just ok. The chicken strips had too much breading on them, so I barely tasted chicken on my sandwich. But overall 4 🌟 stars!

My order was the survey ticket where you do survey get FREE WHATABURGER with purchase of fries and drink I ordered it with no but they put cheese on (I'm glad I wasn't allergic to cheese 😬 But all in all it was a great burger 🍔 😋

We decided to grab some lunch after a busy morning running errands. Going through the drive thru Daleyah was who helped us. She is such a sweetheart. My questions and concerns she answered with a smile. Daleyah made sure each order was separated correctly and labeled, dipping sauce was added, and drinks were perfect. We were a little disappointed the shake machine was down, however Daleyah's customer service made us not even miss the shakes. Amazing job Daleyah!! Thank you!

It was a long morning, on my way to work from Dr's Office. I repeated at least 5 times or more, no cheese, (it usually makes my stomach hurt). Guess what I got? - Friendly service and food was good. Thankfully, my stomach was fine.

Got sick on a burger. Thought I had food poisoning, thank goodness I didn't. Something tasted off about the meat. Tasted bad. The service was great though.

Went thru drive thru ordered patty melt no sauce combo with white chocolate shake. Shake machine was broke fries were cold and burnt and patty melt covered in sauce. Not an enjoyable meal!

Went for breakfast this morning, ordered two potato egg and cheese taquitos. Place order at 7:12 pulled to the window and did not recieve order until 7:42. Hashbrowns weren't fresh and too hard to chew. No one came to the window to inform me of any delays.

Slow slow service. We waited 30 minutes for a kids meal and #1. The line looks short because they have every single person in the drive through pull off and park to the side or the parking lot and wait for it to be brought out. And the food wasn't hot. You aren't advised there is a long wait until after you pay and the orders were brought out to 2 different cars that were behind me before mine. That being said the person that brought it out, his name started with O was extremely pleasant, apologetic, and friendly. The employees were very nice. Wait for service and food were mid.. food was not hot at all; immediately upon receiving it, I was able to hand right it to my toddler to eat right away without worrying about it being too hot.

Chili cheese burger was decent but for some reason the chili cheese fries came off bland. It's the Chilli itself that's bland cause we all love WB French fries. I think they seasoned the burger enough to help it taste good but the fries need help. The lady running the drive though gave a nice warm welcoming friendly voice over the speaker. That's unusual for fast food but so appreciated these days.

The food is great, but "fast food" is misleading. This is consistently the slowest Whataburger location that I frequent. This last time, we waited over half an hour for our food and missed the opening of the Rangers game. Once you're in line, you are trapped. Genuinely disappointed.

I love whataburger but this place was so dirty, dingy, and the staff was so unfriendly. Almost all of our orders were incorrect and the vibe was not great.

Didn't receive my chocolate shake. My burger was supposed to be plain only, but had mustard at the bottom of my bun. There was some cut up onions on top of the bun.

So, this little whataburger was good. The burger was made just like I requested it, and my French fries were nice and hot. The only reason I am giving it a 1 star is the flies! There were so many flies around the tables and booths! It was nasty! I had to get my food and leave the restaurant because of the flies! I don't think I will be going back back there. Every time we visit this whataburger the service is extremely slow often waiting 15-20 minutes past our pick-up window. The inside dining/ordering area has trash and mud on the floor. Watched workers tossing bags of food around on counters. Seemed very disorganized and inefficient. Whatburgee District may want to review procedures at this location.

Ordered a #4 it was cold and the burger patty was not cooked all the way. The burger buns were not toasted and were stale. The employees did a lot of goofing off and had reckless conversations amongst themselves nothing having to do with work. I arrived at 12:54, and had to clock in at my job at 1:00. My job is literally across the road, so 1 minute away. I went inside to order because the drive through was wild and slow. I thought it would be faster to go inside and I'd be able to make it in time to clock in. I was wrong. There were more than 10 people working the kitchen, so they were NOT short staffed. There were 3 people in front of me waiting for their food. We all waited 20+ minutes for our food. The lady who was waiting for her food before me ordered a single burger with nothing else... 20 minutes... For 1 burger... I received my honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich and Medium fry at 1:16. I was extra late to work and my fries were cold and not well done with extra salt like I asked for. I was actually looking forward to those fries. I will be avoiding this Whataburger at all costs. 10/10 would NOT recommend. 👐🏻

Then accused me of being in the wrong and the coursed then went and convinced the manger to refuse me service without him even talking to me to hear my side. Horrible service. I waited forever for my order, I kept asking about it, and they just were walking around like chickens with their heads cut off. If I could rate this a 0 I would. This is my nearest Whataburger, I came in 3 years ago and I was in the drive thru for literally an hour! I went back today and I completely forgot the bad service I had years ago. TODAY, I went and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches through the drive thru, when I pulled up to the window they said to pull up to line 1. I went and waited for 15 minutes. Had to get out of my car and see what was taking so long. Turns out they gave my order to someone else and they were going to make a new order. They had me waiting another 10 minutes I swear! I go in again to ask for my order, everyone works so slow. Not going there anymore!

It’s simply not the place to be at… workers have no drive ,manager doesn’t encourage workers to be better, nor correct them when they’re lacking effort. But probably isn’t their fault maybe under paid for the environment they’re in. This store could potentially have better reviews if it took the time to work efficiently together.

Arrived at 11:48, left at 12:32 with NO FOOD. Gave me my drink at 12:15 and never came back to the window. I opened the window to ask how long it would take. She said she doesn’t know. Me and my boyfriend have come to this whataburger a few times. they always miss things and are EXTREMELY slow and always takes at least 40 mins to get food out. Drive thru or dine in. Last time we came through the drive thru there were three cars in front of us (not big orders) and we waited for an hour just for two meals. Not coming back. Also the service is also never good. I feel like at this point they need to restaff everyone or just shut down. It's riddled with shady characters as well. At least 30% of the time we have had people ask us for money or free food. Everytime we're there it feels like we're gonna get mugged (even inside). Don't go to this whataburger.

Don’t waste your time here. Go to the McDonald’s down the block — at least they actually care about the food. I ordered something simple and it still took forever. Fries were cold and stale even though I watched them make fresh ones. Burger toppings weren’t fresh and tasted off. The workers were cool, but if you can’t even get orders right, what’s the point? This place needs to shut down until they fix it.

Every time I have visited, there’s something different that makes me not want to return. The food is usually never correct (no matter how simple the order is). A couple weeks ago, I placed a pick up order and stood by the counter for over 30 minutes to get my food (there was no one inside and only a couple cars in the drive thru). While I was waiting, it was very apparent the shift manager was doing 90% of the work. One of their employees was constantly complaining/saying they were quitting, while the rest of the employees wandered around the store eating. Very awkward and frustrating to witness. This time (other than my order being wrong again) both hamburgers were undercooked. I hope others have better luck! I’m definitely not returning.

This was the first time I place an online order to pickup but it was a dine in order. The line took forever with only 4 people waiting. The orders were in a confusion of who what when. I got my order and kindly say this order is for dine in. The new girl say “all you have to do is take it out of the Bag” customer service just went out the door. Then I looked around for condiments and another servicer say “oh you have to put them on when you order. Then I asked can I have some condiments please. She thought this was a trick question. They need to watch a video again on how to get repeat customers. I won’t be going back.

HORRIBLE. Waited over 30 minutes for food. Had to listen to employee "Lil Rat" whine, complain, threaten co-workers for being in her way. She has so much attitude, and not the positive kind. I am literally writing this review as a promise to myself to never go back to this whataburger. I have never left this specific whataburger with a correct order. Not ONCE, and never is your order ready. You always have to drive to the front and wait for them to bring it out. Today I ordered a Cobb salad, and just got lettuce and chicken. LETTUCE AND CHICKEN!!!!! Last Time my husband got a double meat burger with one patty. If you are going to this whataburger I suggest when they make you drive to the front you have them wait by your car while you check your order to make sure it’s correct. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend ordered his burger with no cheese and no sauce, and they made it wrong. We would’ve been understanding, but the lady in the kitchen loudly said “maybe he should’ve ordered it better. I have been here a few times already and I am not one to write bad reviews. I love writing good reviews, but this location has got to get it together. Managers need to step up and be better with their staff, every time I’m here they always take about 30 minutes With my order, while employees are chitchatting and playing around this last time I curbside thinking it would probably be a little faster but it wasn’t much of a difference. I have a newborn and curbside has just been easier for me lately and it took way past the time it said it would be ready. Hopefully this changes soon 😞

Do not go to the drive thru if you have anything to do within the hour. I got in the drive through with 2 cars in front of me. Almost 30 minutes later, I still didn't have my food and was asked to park in front of the restaurant and wait. I was going to be late for an appointment at that point so I left without getting my food. Slowest service I've ever encountered. I've worked retail/customer service for 10 years so I have a higher tolerance for poor service but this was just awful. No remorse, no hurry amongst the employees. Don't waste your time.

I have ordered breakfast bowl twice now from this exact same Whataburger and every single time the hand me my order out the window and I drive off and get on the highway and I don't have any utensils to eat my breakfast bowl with and by the time I arrived all the way home which is 30 minutes away at least and that just depends on if it's heavy traffic or not if there's heavy traffic it's a good 4550 minutes to my residence so by the time I get home my breakfast bowl is cold and I do not eat it once it gets cold I like it fresh and hot and I never get to enjoy it because they never seem to give me a fork if someone orders a breakfast bowl they need a fork to eat it with please next time I would like a fork!! I'm tired of wasting almost $20 for one breakfast bowl that I do not get to eat! Very frustrating!
