Fast and friendly service but my salad was smaller than expected or the normal amount.

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and give it a second chance before leaving a review. However, this is the second time I’ve put in an order through the app, showed up to pick up at the time they say(20mins later) and they hadn’t even started. Then they say “we’ll get started on that in a min”. They push everyone that’s in line through first, while I wait for all those to be made. After the 20 mins I waited to come pick it up, and another 20 mins in the store I finally get my order. Don’t waste your time with this place, there’s a nice subway at the Barstow station and you won’t be waiting 40+ mins at a subway for a 6” sandwich.

The subs are alright here. Not amazing, but not horrible. There is usually something wrong with the order with it either being a missed ingredient, over toasted even though they literally have a toasting option which is a single button, or there are other ingredients I didn't ask for. For a place that is usually always dead, they will sometimes completely ignore drive thru orders or won't be notified that there is someone at the drive through. One time I waited thirty minutes before I went inside and asked why they weren't taking drive thru and the only response I received was that they were busy with other customers inside which was untrue considering I was sitting there for half an hour. As far as atmosphere goes, it's nearly dead. The flow of foot traffic is almost non-existent and I have no idea how this Subway is still running. Want my advice, take the 6 minute drive to the other Subway at the outlets, that one is great.

I have eaten in so many Subway restaurants across Washington, Oregon and California, this is the only one with flies hanging around in the vegetable section. And their employees took it for granted, which is even more disturbing. And by the way, there is no toilet paper in the restroom.

So I understand you can run out of ingredients, but when somebody does an online order and they're expecting to pick it up at a certain time and you haven't even started it simply because you're missing an ingredient and we're waiting to ask the customer that's insanity. And we're not talking about a couple of minutes we're talking about 10 minutes after the order is already supposed to be done they haven't even started it yet. The management at the store needs to learn how to properly order ingredients because this is now happened to me two times in a row, and when you read other reviews you realize it's happened to many people. Either way there's another Subway in Barstow and there's another one at the outlets which I highly recommend you take a detour for a few minutes and go to a place that actually is going to take care of its customers. Very disappointing because this one is directly in route to my work but I will no longer be using them. Oh and the other reviews about the drive-thru are totally true they will not even acknowledge that you were there you will have to go into the store to get your online order.

Me and my daughter placed 2 orders on the mobile app. She waited in the drive for 45 minutes after the app said the food was done while I was texting her on the phone. Finally, she went inside because after telling her to pull forward no one came to the window. The lady inside said both orders had been picked up already and there were couldn't get a refund or our food. She was a really rude and said we have to come in tomorrow to talk to a manager. Unbelievable!

The restaurant itself look fine. But when ordering the food counter looked messy and a bit gross little pieces of previous food kinda laying everywhere. The vegetables looked old like they weren't refrigerated properly. I thought nothing of it I ordered an Italian, and my wife a tuna sandwich. I was ok, however next morning my wife woke up violently sick. Confirming my suspicion that things were not properly refrigerated. Tred carefully at this location.

Walked in to get dinner since there would be no more food restaurants on our way to Landers. As soon as I walked in, gal asked if I had an online order, and I told her no. She stated that she was only making online orders amd would not take my order as a walk-in customer. Unfreaking believable!!! I will be reaching out to the owner personally to let her know.

This place is filthy. Poorly staffed. Many times just 1 person and they NEVER EVER man their drive through. Avoid this place at all costs.

Tired of this place. They are always out of things.. the drive thru doesn’t work. I just ordered a beast online there’s no roast beef or turkey in the sandwich they just added more ham and didn’t even tell me. They bread is so dry it’s flaking in my hand. I tried to call but the number doesn’t work. Continues to be Worst subway experience ever so this will be my last time going here. Avoid this place.

The drive thru is pretty much non-existent. Second time I've gone to the drive thru only to wait a good 10-15 minutes with no response. I've left without ordering anything both times. It would be faster to just go to the outlet and get food there. Probably the worst experience I've had at an subway and it's happened twice within two months.

Stop by to get something quick to eat and use the restroom. The restrooms were really gross and dirty. I asked the manager if anyone could clean, which they refused. Anita, the manager, will not have anyone clean due to a rule they have with the other store. The three employees there throwing and slamming the lids all around while making our subs, all while having just two customers.
