This store is quite accommodating. We ordered some wings and pizza and dr pepper you guys were out of dr pepper and called and informed us you out and asked if something else would be good and it was. We are from out of town. David was the one that helped us and we was awsome.
We ordered from this location tonight! When I walked in I was greeted quickly. Zack and his team were hard at work but also having a great time. When we got home we saw how amazing our pizzas looked. Perfectly cooked and tasted just as great! Would recommend having a pizza from here soon. And remember to tip great customer service! Thanks guys for being awesome!

First time this 73 yo ordered a pizza with an app. Hubby usually does the ordering snd gets what he likes, so while he had to work tonight, I got all meats snd VEGGIES I liked on a large pan for the special coupon price! Yum, can’t wait!! Staff are very cool, nice and EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!
These no good goofy ahhh excuse of employees are rude and mentally retarded! The food is disgusting and the entire time we were there we heard amount us imposter sound FXs the WHOLE TIME. Update: the service was way better, the food tasted better but still looked unappetizing, and there still were some questioning noises from the back. Was 1 Star, now 3 stars. Well done!
When an overlook happens, you don't get your order, you call you to follow up, and you're told you can wait for an available driver or cancel the order. You decided to give them a second chance (because you have a work deadline and stop to go out and eat.) and you place a new order only to find out it's free and they want to make up for earlier. Thank you, Domingo's for making it right. Lunch was good, and I made my work deadline.
Lack luster quality. I ordered and paid for extra toppings, pretty sure I got less than normal. Most everything was edible, had to toss most of the the breadstick because it was hard as a rock. Not sure what happened to the pizza, was it dropped or is this the new shape? Wings were decent after popping them in the air fryer to finish cooking.
This store forgets our dipping sauce and icing comepletely almost every time we order (even though they charge us for them in full). Definitely not recommended for those looking to get their money's worth. Can't stress enough the amount of issues I've had with this location.
So yesterday I ordered pizza from your location the driver had two deliveries one here in Bastrop the other one in cedar the driver left at 3:25 and went to the cedar Creek location when her manager said that she should have come to the Bastrop location which is less than 10 minutes away from the store so I waited almost 40 minutes for my pizza and when it got here it was I should have rejected the pizza and went to the store and got my money back. I ended up with pizza that was nasty wasn't cut right it was already the grease had already soaked into the boxes this is how long she took. I should have refused the pizza next time I will not order delivery I will just drive up there myself so I can check the pizza and like I said it was garbage very unhappy with Domino's and their delivery
Not a good experience at all. My order could not be filled because they ran out of bread. Bummer, would have been nice to receive a call before driving 15-miles to find out that my order could not be filled. The "MANAGER" said they called me to let me know.....well, I never received a call. The manager asked what could be done to make it right. First off, do your job. If you cannot fulfil the customers request, contact the customer to make other arrangements. Don't spring it on the customer at he last minute. I would have placed an order for something else, but to try and weasel out of screwing up the order and saying you called, that just don't cut it. Not being honest is not the way to solve a problem. Such a disappointment from what I thought to be a reputable business.
Teach your delivery drivers how to read a receipt so they are not forgetting people’s sodas. Then teach them the difference between the Diet Coke and regular Coke. Soup sandwich.
Called an hour ahead @ 11:30am to Pick-up @ 12:30pm, because it was a "Football" Sunday and I was going to work. I asked if that was enough time and was assured it was plenty of time. Arrived @12:30pm, the doorbell rang as I entered to 3 employees behind the counter and not 1 acknowledged my presence. I asked if there was someone working the counter, again silence. I raised my voiced and stated, "I'm here to pick up an order, my name is Melinda". The Asst Manager came to the registers to said, "You need to chill"! Asked my name again, looked at the screens and said, "It's going to be another 10mins". At this point I realized my order hadn't been started. I said this was unacceptable, I had to go to work. The Asst Manager offered me a refund, but that wasn't a viable option because I need food and not a refund. I asked about Delivery and he said he could do that. It was Delivered an hour later at my job.
This rating is in regards to the business Dominos and not its staff at this location. The staff was terrific and very positive dispite being in such a HOT environment. It's 90s and 100s here in texas and this store was extremely hot and uncomfortable to be in and I was just waiting on my order to be complete for 5-10 minutes. I was sweating and was thinking its cooler outside then in this building but the staff was still working hard pushing orders out. If me as a customer was extremely hot, I can only imagine them. Plus if they are sweating while preparing the food, thats a huge concern. Please look into upgrading the AC unit here or providing fans although it definitely needs the AC upgrade. I'll rate 5 stars if this issue is fixed.
We waited 45 minutes for our pizza delivery. It arrived cold - I called to complain and simply ask for a credit or discount. Unacceptable. I had to be transferred to a manger - Angel answered - the supposed manager at first she called me a liar the proceeded to give me a very rude attitude over the phone which I didn't deserve - Im not used to this kind of treatment from dominoes. Don't waste your time with this dominoes - complete waste of money and terrible customer service.
Rude people with attitude making pizzas just don’t make for good service or great pizzas. If you don’t like your job just find something your passionate about I hope your manager reads you this message I had ordered a cheese pizza stuffed crust when called in 30 minute wait time , when I ask if I’m in line and being answered back that rude I won’t be going back came to little Cesar’s instead this is April 20 and hope the best for people like that I know some days aren’t good but just don’t work if your not feeling in a good mood very rude. Literally I saw the guy cutting the pizzas ask her a question and she was not being a good teammate messed up the whole vibe in there for everyone I could feel it.
food is good, and unlike the little Italian guy in town actually cooked all the way thru...... reason for one star is online ordering... try to order online it says it doesnt deliver. (they do and have dozens of times) It will redirect you to another store and mark it as carry out. i have brought it up several times since i cant get my points or use any of the points i have built up. try to go to dominoes.com and leave a complaint and it does the whole ai run you in circles and never let you speak with anyone human or answer or send your complaint to a human. the store is great the online experience is a nightmare and makes me want to preheat my oven order little caesar, and finish cooking it when i get it home....... update week later website still doesn't work and they won't answer the phone. Just spent 20 mins on hold. Call back off the hook.
I recently ordered a pizza from dominos, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. Firstly, the bread lacked any discernible flavor, making it taste like cardboard. Secondly, there was an overwhelming amount of sauce that seemed to drown out any other flavors, and to make matters worse, the sauce itself was sickeningly sweet, reminiscent of cheap ketchup. As if that wasn't bad enough, the pizza was also severely overcooked, resulting in a dry, chewy texture that was unappetizing to say the least. To top it all off, the presentation was atrocious; the pizza looked like it had been hastily thrown together with little care or attention to detail. Overall, I would not recommend this pizza to anyone looking for a satisfying meal."
