Me and my family went to this location a few days ago , and the service was excellent and very nice atmosphere ,clean space the customer service was amazing this young girl helped us I believe her name was erely . She was very patient with us while we ordered very respectful and food was great !

I came to this location a week ago and I wanted to leave my honest review. The restaurant over view was very clean. The fries were crispy and very delicious, my bone in wings were fantastic! The customer service was 10/10, the cashier at the front counter erely was very friendly. I recommend this location because you will have a great experience!

I came into this Wingstop On Garth rd for the first time and absolutely loved my visit. The food was very good and I really loved the garlic parm tenders. The young lady in the front her name was Erely was extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my order.

Amazing food and workers!!! All very helpful and fast. I have never had a problem with this wingstop since I moved into town 6 years ago! I definitely recommend it. I always place big orders and they always get it right and keep everyone satisfied!!

I’ve had consistently good experiences at this Wingstop. The wings are cooked fresh, seasoned well, and orders come out hot. The team is polite and clearly working hard, even during busy times. Overall a solid location I’d recommend.

The cashiers were very polite, asked if I needed anything, very care taking. Food was 10/10 sauced up well,seasoning was not to much and not to little, and was fresh . The place is very clean and organized. 10/10 recommend for any fast food wing place🔥

The wingstop on Garth is far the best wingstop! Service is top tier and I love love how the employees are. Cashier are always nice and always help with any questions I have when I come in! The wings are always fresh and so good, overall this wingstop is the best !

Dining family of 7 at WingStop was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, the staff attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a cozy evening. Highly recommended! We enjoyed everything about our visit at WingStop. Raul made sure we did have our order completed & his smile is contagious. Great job kid!

This wingstop comapared to the 146 and mount Belvieu is not up to date hard to tell if people are ordering or waiting for an order while other wings stop have room to tell not this one poor staff is always getting yelled at because people don’t understand there a rush and this wing stop needs to get this looking better like the rest and have more drink on the fountain not many of us like those drinks

I ordered a couple days ago, first off they forget to put sauce on my wings! I still ate it as I already had to wait 20 mins for my food (all while the restaurant was empty) and didn’t want to wait another 20 just to have it fixed. Fries were good, and the chicken, was good still since it was like fried chicken but it gave me a stomach ache.

Im leaving at review to ask everyone to double check their orders . We placed an order a few weeks ago and they gave missed my carrots and celery, I let it go didnt call because it wasn't a big deal i callee made them aware and thet didnt apologize. The person who answered the phone sounded young. Today my husband placed an order we get home and realized we were shorted half of our order. I called the store the girl sounded confused when I told her they messed up, again no apologize. She transferred me to her manager who offered a 6 dollar credit with yet no apologize. He seemed more annoyed by me telling him, that they need to be more careful when packing the to go orders as this isnt the first time. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS.

Food is almost never ready and when you ask how long they always say 10 more minutes which eventually turns into 30+, most of the time employees are playing around, on their phones, or flooded with one too many customers at a time + phone calls to the store that take a while. I picked up an order tonight and waited at least 10-15 mins and at the VERY LAST second the employee said the order had 3 drinks when it could have been said ahead of time so that by the time the food was out everything would be ready.

I usually come here a lot but not anymore that stops today I ordered two 8 piece meals and my chicken was not fully cooked. It still had blood.

In my honest opinion this is the worst wing stop in Baytown. I received my food though DoorDash and it was terrible, I was missing literally half of my meal and was not notified at all. There was also no lids for my size cup so my door dasher taped a large lid on top and none of the employees told him about the store running out of fries nor the DoorDash either. There’s only kids in the kitchen and the employees are lying and writing the “good” reviews.

Everyone working needs to be retrained. It’s nothing but KIDS running around there. As soon as you walk in you’re waiting 5-10 minutes before getting acknowledged by the 3 employees working behind the counter while the rest are sitting down talking and eating. Orders sit on the shelf and you, the customer, have to let the employees know your order is ready. 0/10

My first and only time ordering from this location. Ordered online, delivered right on time. Opened the bag and found no dipping sauces, cold old nasty fries and o e flavor of my wings were wrong. I called and explained what happened and was placed on hold. 4 minutes later someone else answered like I was a new phone call so I explained again. She asked me to hold for the manager. A fee minutes later another person answers and tells me his "upper manager " wants me to send pictures of my wrong order as if I'm trying to scam them out of five wings and some ranch. So I sent pictures and he comes back and tells me they will replace my fries and sauces but I ordered the wrong wings so they can't help me with that. If they were polite I would have been fine with that. I probably did make a mistake but I was annoyed at that point of being asked to hold over and over, never even getting a manager on the phone and then having to send pictures to prove I'm not lying that I just said forget it. Keep the ranch and I'll just never order there again. I don't need to sit here for a half an hour waiting for a second order of cold fries and some ranch. It's Baytown though so I shouldn't be surprised.
